Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
I'm not a very stylish guy, and I know it. That's why for a year now I've been entrusting Stately to send me exquisite clothes that I'd be proud to wear. Unfortunately, I don't feel that I'm getting my money's worth. I get a lot of duplicates, a lot of colorless shirts (boring!), And only once did I receive a pair of shoes. I certainly am able to put together some nice outfits now, but I feel my dollars could've been spent better elsewhere.

TL;DR stick to the lower or middle level plans to get some solid staples for good value. The highest level plan does not live up to expectations.
This is a great way to get some solid staples for a decent value. The pricing is fair, but you get what you pay for. At the lower and middle level packages, my opinion is that this service makes sense. At the highest levels, you may be let down if you are expecting truly premium brands/fabrics/styles.
Also, it's hard not to feel that some undesirable/overstocked items are being dumped on you. In almost every box I received, there was something (ranging from socks through button up shirts) that I really did not like but ended up keeping because the exchange process is sort of a PITA and takes quite a while.
All in all this a solid subscription service. Could be improved by including more premium brands/clothing with higher level packages and by simplifying and/or expediting the exchange process.

It's been a long time since I've used a virtual stylist to enhance my wardrobe. After seeing a few ads from Stately, I finally pulled the trigger and gave them a try. I am very clear on my likes and dislikes when it comes to fashion and made a point to personalize my style profile; in the past, with a different service, I would receive items that were not my style but it was cheaper to keep them than return. I received my first box and I was very happy with the quality, the fit and the style of the clothing. A personal note from my stylist, Emanuel, was a great touch to help pair the items I received in the box.

After several attempts to adjust the order, I concluded, this is not for me. I worked with a Stylist, made my request known on items that were not a choice, what shows up in my first order, items that I stated were not my choice. At the highest level for premium service, my expectations are, if the client is asked a preference, that should mean just that. For me, too many excuses to get it right on the next order, overlooked the order in front of you.
I thought the service and product would align with my preferences for style and comfort level, that was really challenging……

So I talked to a rep via email and they said my order was shipped. Bobbie Gave me a tracking order and I plug it in the ups website. Turns out the order was cancelled.
What are you guys going to do about that?
Well the last two boxes went good and I had zero complaints. This 3rd box the order took longer than expected and I didn’t get get an update about my order until I reached out ultimately it lead to it being cancelled. My subscription is about to renew and I’m like where is the 3rd box coming and now you’re taking my money for the 4th? Not cool

Was really excited to start this, but soon found out that the clothes they picked out were not for me. I don't think I ever kept a box they sent. I always had to send back and request different clothes before they got it somewhat right. I did like a few items they sent. The bomber jacket in the first box is great! Some of the shirts and pants I still wear. But overall, it wasn't a good value and I would have to settle for clothes that were just okay. And I would have to request different clothes with every box.
Clothes looked good on ad. Didn't get any of those in my boxes. I have canceled my subscription.

I was for sure skeptical prior to my first purchase. That being said... I have since made 5 different orders from the Regal plan!
For me, if I had to pick my own clothes I would always get the same type of clothes... using this service it forces to to get clothes that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. However, the stylists have yet to disappoint... before using this service I never got comments about my style... now I always have people mention my clothes! If you look good you feel good and it's so true!
I've never used another service other than Stanley but why would I need another when I was fortunate enough to find this one? The loyalty program they have is cool and they do lots of promo codes that allow you to get extra stuff.
The last note I would touch on is just the Quality of the clothes! You can customize the look you get from professional to casual! I love having access to stylists who know exactly what the current clothing fads are and makes me look what I'm doing!

Overall great experience. The value and quality of products for the price is outstanding. The pieces I received were a great variety of brands and styles that I may not have had an opportunity to try. I only had one shipment that contained items the were not a good fit, but the team at Stately happily allowed me the return them for exchange. I canceled my membership for budgeting purposes, but hope to be able to rejoin again in the future.

I for the most part liked it, but it always felt like you were dumping out of season clothes on your subscribers. And you would send me things that I specifically asked to not get. I had the top level and so I just decided to cancel. Too much money to have the wrong colors and sizes and clothes I couldn't wear for six months until the weather changed.

I was not aware that a customer could not return items for a refund.
I received a box of clothes that was more appropriate for summer than the upcoming fall and winter.
If I am forced to pay and keep what is sent to me then obviously it has to be 100% what I want/need.
It saves me time from shopping however, communicating via email and now having to return items etc is actually becoming more work than shopping for myself.

Overall it was a positive experience. I received a really nice pair of red shorts, navy blue tshirt that fit nicely. I received a hideous button down shirt that was an awkward fit and is already in the garage sale pile. Received a black collarless shirt with a button neck; really liked it. I also received a free pair of no show socks that refused to stay on my feet so they have already been thrown away. Overall I feel my boxes have been nice but I don't find with the designs/brands it's worth it.
I wanted to elevate my style and not look like a total $#*! daily.

Liked the apparel very much for the looks I have ordered. It's 100% worth the money. The shoe that has come with the order itself is worth 120$. I'm super happy with what I have got.
Only problem with stately is they add the same apparels/belts/shoes/cap/watches to new looks and that makes it difficult to choose since we already will be having those. If we go for stylist curated ones, we may get the apparels with same color what we already have.

So I've received 3 boxes so far and your advertisement before I signed up said that I have 3 days to choose a particular "select your look" and IT NEVER gives me an option. It always says nothing in my size. I'm a large…. That's a typical size. Why is there never anything available. That was one of the reasons I left ThreadBeast to come to stately was for this option.

Stately is a great service and it offers me a lot of variety, especially with fashionable casual clothes. I receive items that I would not normally buy for myself and that has been great. The only drawback is that I receive several of the same auxiliary items, such as watches. The watches are great but I don't need 5 of the same style.
Other than that, all is pretty good.

Started off ok with good conversation about goals and attire use. Provided some pictures of advertised combinations I liked. Boxes were hit and miss, duplicates of dress shirts that were sent in previous boxes, casualwear that was requested not to be sent, some items of poor quality, and a general state of feeling like very little of was communicated was actioned.
I liked the idea and appearance of marketing, but quality in practice does not align to image portrayed

I wrote a terrible review recently on my first 3 boxes which were all returns because nothing fit my style profile and most evwrything didnt fit. Stately reached out to "make it right" after I canceled. The 4th box was hands down the worst. I said I needed professional work clothes that were not trendy or flashy and I live in a hot area so need thin clothes. Every item was casual, flannel level thick and hipster. They literally included a fleece. With the feedback of thin, professional work clothes only... they included a fleece. What a joke. Dont waste your time or money. Your profile will not be read. Never again. Im having to donate all my items.

Overall, I've enjoyed receiving some new clothes and looks that I probably wouldn't have chosen for myself. Not everything has been a homerun, but most I've enjoyed trying out. My last order I was slightly disappointed because I thought I chose a combo that included a pair of light green pants. But instead the pants were Navy (my 3rd Navy colored pair). They're great pants, so it's a small disappointment. However, the biggest letdown is that I've had a couple shirts that are 100% cotton that have shrunk too small after the first wash and I've only gotten to wear them once. So I'll just give them away.
To try something new that would shake up my style a little bit.

Products that you guys provide are not what you say they are. Certainly it worth the price that is listed at the list pricing. Shoes and belts are extremely cheap and not worth $90+ for a belt and $200 for shoes.
All clothes are extremely wrinkle prone esp in comparison to new types of clothes these days.
Wanted new wardrobe to choose from and trying to get out of my comfort zone with new clothes

First box showed up after over a week in transit and was very disappointed. Was suppose to be a mix of clothes and all were on the same theme. Red pants really and a sketchers belt? Sizes that didnt fit and a 15% restocking few for returns. Worst is I cannot return the socks or cheap sketchers belt.
