Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
Once they charge, you are paying no matter what. They charge your account, then send a text saying they are starting the box. No recourse, no refund, no chance to say no. This is a business model built to take your money, and the terms and conditions lock you in.
If you do decide to use the service, SET A NOTICIFACTION for yourself because they certainly won't.
Lots of potential here, but sadly the are not customer-focused. All that matters is that monthly charge and then you are locked in.

I do t feel the style of clothing g recieved is as nice as the advertised sets they show to draw you in. My last order they charged me $55ea for 2 shirts that are from super basic brands that were probably $10ea and a pair of no name canvas shoes that they charged more than the worth. They say you get $600 in clothes for $300 but the order I got today was about $150-$200 in worth. I'm going g to cancel. I can get better prices on my own.

I wear dress pants and a dress shirt 6 days a week. I thought I would try something different. Wrinkly shirts, tight fit, sleeves that aren't long enough. I guess that is why I pick out my own clothes. I will say, and I was open to wearing something different and I got that.
Stately sounded good. Most of the clothes were far from Stately.

I have loved 99% of the clothes I have received. It has been a great addition to my wardrobe and I have gotten so many compliments on my outfits. The quality is amazing and the fit actually is great for a guy that is 6"2 and 280lbs. I recommended this to all my friends.

I'm mostly happy with the clothes I get, and they fit great. Some items are exactly what I notified them NOT to send me, like solid white tops. I also did not like the shoes, so I eliminated them from my account. I also wish the website had more infor.ation, like package tracking

My box included a pair of shorts, A button down, short sleeve shirt, a short sleeve, T-shirt, a pair of khakis, and a belt. This box would have been perfectly fine probably a month or two ago At the beginning of the summer. However, at the beginning of fall, I was expecting something a little bit more seasonable. I feel as If my box was designed to get rid of the summer lineup and not take into consideration my location and the upcoming season.

My designer has done a great job organizing my shipment by style and time of year even when style changes are made between shipments.
I tried another service a few years ago as well as the personal shopper service offered by Macy's.
Stately provides products by style and season and everything fits well without having to go to a location and try things on from a large selection. If something doesn't fit, it's an easy exchange.

Stay away. They falsely advertise on their social platforms. They don't follow directions on looks you want and then won't refund, plus make it harder to exchange. Buyer beware!

Not great quality materials or brands. Most shirts have loose threads or the material is very thin/flimsy. You'll have two pairs of pants that are the same size and cut and have drastically different fit. There is no vetting any of the outfits beforehand, so you're left guessing what you will get. On the first box, I only really liked one of the shirts, a black button down. I left handwritten notes as well as emailed all my feedback. They asked me to send everything back so they could try again. When they sent the second box, the message starts off "We know you didn't like that black button down shirt, so we won't send you any more of those." Umm what? Second box had two items I didn't mind, and in setting up an exchange it looks like I'll pay for shipping back. Whatever they end up sending me (who knows?!?) I'll probably just keep it and eat the cost of anything I don't like because I don't want to keep paying for shipping for them to guess what I would like. You are way better off going to a store and having someone help you put together an outfit, or just copy off a mannequin outfit you like. Better to have one or two pieces you love and high quality than guess on whatever flimsy stuff their algorithm decides to put together.

if they send you something that they deem "no exchange" (meaning their $#*! stock they want to get rid of), you can't exchange it. No way to know ahead of time what you're getting, what you'll be able to return. Start paying for shipping on second exchange. Will take a couple weeks to get your box.

Do not use this service. I signed up for Stately during Black Friday because it said on top of the $600 worth of clothes on the Regal plan, you also received $150 of extra clothing items in your box. I filled out a a very detailed style profile which stated I wanted business casual, more work clothes, no watches, etc. I received my first box and I guarantee it had to have been pre-filled and sent without ever reading my style profile. I received a pair of jeans (slim fit when I requested straight), a Henley, a flannel, a shirt jacket, and a pair of boots that I had to read the tag in order to see if they were actually leather. My wife hated it as well, so it wasn't just me. Of, course they will not refund your money. Then, they were supposed to send me my next package ASAP. I was notified on 12/20 that it was being sent by UPS. The concierge led me to believe my box was already gone. I checked my order status after Christmas and it was canceled. I was not notified, I had to find this out on my own. Of course, they blamed it on UPS. But, coincidentally, my order was canceled at around the exact same time I canceled my membership. They have now refused to send me a box and have issued me store credit in their reject store instead of sending another box. Which means I also lost out on the $150 of bonus items.

We have no control over boxes once our courier services pick them up. On our end we did let you know that we would be happy to issue you store credit, so you can use that on another order or since you did not like the clothing you received you could pick out your own items in our Out of the Box store. We completely understand your frustration and we will be sure to also share this feedback with UPS. We appreciate you giving us a try with your first box and hope you enjoy using your store credit!

The box was generally pretty good. There were a few things that were out of my comfort zone but I started this subscription to expand my wardrobe beyond its previously boring state.
I chose Stately to expand and update my wardrobe with new, contemporary styles. I would love for the process to include opportunities for feedback and input more efficiently. I would love to preview my box before items go out. I would love for the return/exchange process to be simpler. I need more choices to provide on why I wish to return an item. I would also like to be able to select more than one option. For example, I may wish to exchange or return an item both because it does not fit and because I already have a similar item.
