Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
What a great service, with busy schedules and a busy life. This helps out a great deal and the outfits that are chosen are spot on!

I like the clothes but just wish the clothing brands were more diversified. Additionally, they send things that are unreturnable which can be frustrating especially if the don't fit.
It was the next best thing after Nordstrom Rack Truck Club closed.

My actual waist size is 34"
I have received several pants from stately in this order and in previous that have a tag that stste they are 34" waist but when you try them on they are 36"
I even measured the pants and they are all 2" bigger than stated in the tags

My latest Stately box, like all boxes, arrived earlier than anticipated with an excellent selection and everything that fits well and looks well. I couldn't be happier!
I chose Stately for the convenience of the experience and the comfort of having a stylist pick excellent choices for me. In all honesty, I might not have made some of these selections on my own but this out-of-box thinking is proving to be stylish and dependable. I like the overall experience and I plan to keep with it.

I do mostly like the clothes that have been sent so far but at the same time would also like to see outfits that resemble the ones in your advertising pictures.

The quality and creativity of Stately products is a strong suit. I am trying different styles to get me out of my traditional wardrobe and it has awakened me to continue this experiment.
As a Presidential member I did expect better attention to detail. During my initial interview my sizes and preferences were noted. I'm 6'2" (taller than average). I gave neck and arm sizes along with chest and shoe sizes (13w). Not your traditional runway model. I hand no issue with pants sent to me because they are measured in inches. I continue to have issues with shirts as they are sized in generic terms of L, XL, XXL. Most clothiers know that generic sizes are not consistent. I have returned most shirts because one manufacturer's XL wouldn't fit a traditional medium. What I'm suggesting here is that an extra step to be taken to ensure the numeric measurements of a clothing product instead of an often inconsistent generic letter size. This would reduce costly returns and reduce customer satisfaction.

I feel like my age is the only factor used to pick my clothing. Things I'm sent one month are similar to what I got the previous month and my style preferences don't seem to be taken into account.
I thought the overall style was better than the other services but I have been disappointed.

I'm very clear when I state that I wear slim fit clothes and I still get baggy clothing.
I was hoping to get someone who really pays attention to detail on picking my clothing.
