Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
I love Stately as a service. They do a great job sending me up-to-date great fitting styles that keep me looking fresh and on point. I don't have time to shop, so I value everything they do for me!
I chose Stately because they are cost-effective, and I really get my moneys worth. Exchanges are easy, and they make me feel like they value me as a customer.

I recently made an online purchase of the Presidential Box from Stately, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the entire experience. The clothes I received were of shockingly low quality and very random styles. It was almost like I received a pile a clothes that retailers couldn't sell and just threw away.
My disappointment only deepened when I attempted to return the items. To my dismay, the company's return policy was not only restrictive but downright unfair. Instead of a straightforward return process, they insisted on offering an exchange – but only if I paid for the return shipping myself.
This felt like adding insult to injury. Not only did I receive substandard merchandise, but I was also expected to incur additional costs just to rectify their mistake. It's unacceptable that I, as a customer, should bear the financial burden for a product that did not meet the promised standards.
Attempts to communicate with their customer service team were met with indifference and a lack of empathy. It's clear that Stateley prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, leaving me stuck with a pile of unwearable clothes and a significant dent in my wallet.
I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Stately. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and extra expenses by exploring more reputable options with transparent return policies. I certainly won't be giving them a second chance, and I hope others learn from my unfortunate experience.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVERPAY FOR ITEMS YOU DON'T LIKE AND CAN NOT RETURN.
I used Stately for 6 months and every month I was very disappointed. If you are in your 20s and clueless about men's clothing and don't care what you get or how much you pay, this could work for you. I invested considerable time providing detailed style information to their "concierge" only to have it be ignored. They will send you whatever they find on the "sold-out" discount racks. I have returned over $800 (their prices) in unwearable items and to date (it's been 4 months), I have received $120 worth of items back. I suggest you look at other services.

My experience with Stately has been entirely frustrating. First, it's been my sense that Stately is just trying to off-load surplus clothing, similar to what you'd find on a clearance rack at Nordstroms, whether the items are what you want or not. I don't think you've ever looked at my style feedback or the photos I uploaded - which came from Stately's Facebook/IG pages - because the items you've sent me don't look anything like those photos or what I've asked for. Right now, I'm stuck with two boxes fully of items I don't want, and if I want to send them back, I'll have to pay for the shipping myself. I might be willing to do that if I thought you'd send back items I actually wanted, but months of experience with Stately indicates that's unlikely. The only reason I haven't cancelled is that I'm crossing my fingers you might be willing to allow me to exchange the items mentioned above. Otherwise, I have no idea what I'm going to do with the items I have. Ultimately, I don't believe I've received the value I've paid for, the experience has been frustrating, and it hasn't improved my wardrobe in any measurable way. You have a lot of work to do to make this service valuable to customers like me.
I originally chose to try Stately because the style in your social media photos matched mine, and I thought your concept made sense and seemed cost-effective. My experience did not in any way meet my expectations.

Shipment was lost at UPS. During several text and emails, I could not convince anyone to just send another shipment. Finally they did.
What I thought would be an easy method to have clothing sent to my address, but it turned into a nightmare this last shipment
