We have loved using Stately! Everything fits! Is the comment my husband always says! When you are 6'5, things do not always fit. The sleeves and pants are always the right length. It has saved us more time and energy. It is the wardrobe hack you want for 2025. We like to move the new in and push the old out with each box! Over time, we are building a capsule wardrobe curated to perfection, based on previous selections. I would recommend to anyone who 1. Wants to look stylish. 2. Wants to save money 3. Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
Very happy with 99%, fit has always been perfect. Quality is great.
Saw the ads, decided to try it and never looked back. Always excited when it’s time for a new box.

I just received my Premium plan box with "bonus" items. The bonus items must be things everyone returned because they are atrocious and not anything in the category I requested. You also can't return them for exchange, I understand they were free, but if you send them back at all Stately will charge you a fee.
I asked for professional (vs casual) attire and received a button up t-shirt, polo, and flannel. The polo yes, but the others are not what I would consider professional at all. The pants were "slim" fit, which I specifically requested it not be, so they are going back as well. The watch was okay, kind of cheap looking but not terrible. I received "sneakers" that look like sneakers and again, aren't professional. I'm not sure if the stylist actually read anything I sent.
And I have to pay to return it, unless I wait and pay another $400 for the next box, then I can return from this box for free. Seems like a little scam. I won't be using them anymore.
Products used:
I kept the polo shirt and watch (watches are non-returnable). I did keep a flannel even though it wasn't what I would consider "professional attire" as it was supposed to be. Everything else went back, and I have to pay for shipping the return.

This companies is terrible. The clothes are terrible, and you wiill not like 3/4 in your box. Also if you try to cancel they will try to make it as impossible as possible. Also, they will not refund you for anything. Had to dispute with my credit card to get refund and finally to cancel. They are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT BUY. You will hate your clothes, they will make it impossible to cancel, and will charge your cc whenever they feel, and will not refund. They are terrible. Customer service is horrendous.

When I got my first job, I knew I wanted a clothing subscription box. After looking online, I chose Stitch Fix and I couldn't be more disappointed. The clothes were not my style at all and I was getting fall clothes in early August! Besides, the clothes inside wouldn't form an outfit (and I got outfit suggestions of more clothes I could purchase - instead of just sending them in my box). Also, I did not like the price and I got a 3XL button down shirt, even though I am a L. So, I quickly gave them up and tried Stately. I loved that the clothes inside made complete outfits and all the fit was amazing. Everything was my style and the price and value were great! I can't wait for my next box!

So obviously having new clothes sent to me is convenient, I'm not a shopper not great with fashion or colors. Setting up my style profile and communicating with the stylists, even as little as I do, gives them perfect insight with picking out clothes for me. I've received the Presidential a few times and the calls I get with that are awesome, kudos there. Stately's customer service is amazing, doesn't matter if it's with returns or accidental cancellations or one time I had an financial emergency come up and needed the money that was supposed to go towards clothing and they helped me with that as well. The clothes are always amazing, all of my favorite outfits come from stately: pants, shirts, button ups, even sport coats. I say 98% efficiency cuz I've had to exchange like two items for sizing reasons. Sometimes shirts are labeled one size but don't fit like that size, ya know. They have exposed me to colors I've never worn, styles I didn't know I needed in my life, options I didn't know I could wear confidently. Stately has really helped to improve my self worth and image a great deal. I'm no longer the T-shirt and jeans guy all the time. You all have upped my game! My last box was amazing! A pair of chinos, jeans, a few button ups, a shirt, a sport coat, and some really nice shoes. Probably $1500 worth of clothes and I spent $500 on a presidential box! Well worth it!
I choose Stately because I was looking for help with getting clothes appropriate for a new career field. A dress code in the business/business casual world. I had tried other sources for clothes but I felt like they were to Gen Z for me, not built on class. When I came across Stately I realized what I had been looking for: class, style, options, and fashionably relevant. I haven’t looked back and regret not being able to invest more in my clothing. While it is a great deal it’s also a large purchase, kind of, so I’m having to learn how to consistently invest in myself. Stately is amazing!

Stately's business practices and customer service are subpar. They refuse to listen and they are essentially stealing money by hiding behind their "terms of service ". I never received a notice of auto renewal and as soon as I saw the charge I called them to cancel. No order was fulfilled nor was it shipped. Shady business practices all around.

Your renewal reminder was in fact sent on 8/13/24 and your cancellation request was not made until after your renewal took place on 8/15/24, which is outside of our cancellation policy. My parcel has still not been delivered. It's 3 weeks since you took my payment and one week since the first scheduled delivery date but still no sign of my package. I am receiving little help from your staff.

Clothing received thus far has not reflected my style choices. Website has limited ability to select style and calling does not allow for any direct communication. There is an option for direct interaction but the price point is too high. I've tried StichFix before and prefer the entire online presentation, styles, and quality. I've repeatedly tried to reach out to Stately and I find them unresponsive to phone and email requests for style modifications. Depending on this next shipment, I may cancel my membership.

We are a bit different than our competitors where we provide a personalized service where you can share special requests with your stylist via your style profile and additional style preferences. This is where you can add notes and inspiration photos so your stylist knows what you are looking for. Our member services team is also readily available during business hours via live chat, phone and email for any questions or notes you would like to add to your profile. If you want to speak directly to your stylist we do recommend our Presidential package which allows for a consultation call on every order, but it is the highest tiered plan we do have. We really appreciate you as a member and if there is any other feedback you have of ways we can improve our service please let us know! We appreciate you as a member!
After a couple shipments I must say I am impressed! The choice of items ranging from watches to blazers, to shoes, dress shirts have really hit the mark. There were a minority of items that didn't quite fit perfectly but for the most part measurements provided in the style profile were enough.
I began to outgrow and wear-out my previous wardrobe from my student years and needed an upgrade but didn’t know where to start. Glad I found Stately.
