Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
They have problems with the shipping service that they use, twice they lost my orders and even if they send you another package that means I have to wait another 2-3 weeks,the products are ok and I will pause with membership so they will have time to re group and probably improve to be a better business

I've been a Stately member for a little over a year. They really listen to your feedback as each box has been better and better. It's perfect for people like me who hate shopping, but want to dress well. 10/10 I recommend this to everyone.
I had tried other subscriptions like this in the past and was underwhelmed by the products. I chose stately because it seemed a bit more grown up in style. Less "what's hot" and more timeless styles that can be worn anywhere.

Most of the clothes sent to me either don't fit or do not match my style, although there's supposedly a personal stylist choosing each item. To make you feel like you're getting a lot for your money, they add in a bunch of items I never asked for, don't like and would never wear. Worse, they don't want you to send them back for an exchange or credit. I have one more box coming, this week. If it's more of the same, I'm canceling.

I really love the communication ability with the stylist and the ability to trade in things I don't like while being able to try out styles that I would normally not be sure would work for me.
Cost and ability to trade in items that don't fit or suit me.

I've needed to return one item each of my last three boxes. Stately makes it easy to exchange the items. They send a prepaid UPS return label and all you have to do is pack it and take to UPS. The replacement is in the mail after UPS scans the return.
Not having much of a fashion sense, I decided to put it in the hands of the experts. It has worked out well.

Before buying any clothes from Stately, I had only been wearing a small set of clothing that I was comfortable with. After I had ordered clothes from Stately, it really broadened my horizons on what other types of clothes and styles would fit me. That's not to say that every piece of clothing fit me; some clothes weren't to my liking, but overall I had a good experience with the clothes I received.
I was curious after having heard about it from a family member. I felt that I was ready to try out more types of clothing.

I said I didn't want long sock with my order 4 times and yet they still continue to send me long sock even after acknowledging my request. Who wants to pay for something they are never going to use?
I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately due to this and they continue to charge me and have yet to respond. This company has a serious problem with communication. My request was very simple, yet this team cannot get it right. I am about to send a really bad review. No one has even reached out to me and yes, I have contacted them the day after. They even sent me a belt that was WAY too big for me. It's like they don't even know who I am? Please cancel my subscription immediately!

Each of the boxes I received contained a fabulous selection of coordinated items. The stylist listened to me and understood my fashion desires. They got a true sense of my business and casual needs. They were extremely easy to work with on returns of items that just didn't fit right, or maybe I couldn't see myself getting much wear out of them.
Compliments a plenty at work, church and just out for a casual evening. My biggest hi-five comes from my wife who loves the new outfits.

I expected better quality clothing with the regal package - but it has been the same. Brands like Penguin, Ben Sherman, etc are not exciting. I thought I would be exposed to new brands with your service and it is not the case.

The pants that I received are a pair of khakis. They look just like the Duck Head khakis I received in my last box. The shirt is purple and brown. Defiantly not colors that I would consider conservative.
I do like the shoes, but that is about it for the entire box.
How about some short sleeve golf shirts considering it's summer? Ben Sherman is an option as long as its conservative.

I specifically stated to the stylist that we are in summer in New Orleans from April thru October, yet they are still sending me long sleeve fall/winter shirts. They ask for feedback, but I don't think they read the feedback?

The first time I got a box for my husband was around Christmas time and the outfits were great. Everything looked great. The brands were great and we were very satisfied. The second box that came was more towards March so we had high hopes of early spring outfits and were disappointed when we had similar clothing to the first box. The brands were less exciting, and the clothing looked almost similar to the first box. The third box we received thinking maybe the second box was just bad luck was almost identical, black jeans to the first pair and nothing else in the box brought any joy so we decided to cancel the subscription

After one exchange, I gave up trying to get what I wanted. It costs more money to make secondary changes. To make matters worse, I just received an email that a second package is coming. So I contacted an agent after realizing that I was charged again, and I learned that there is not an option to cancel online. That would explain why I was having trouble canceling. That seems like an intentional marketing strategy to push sales. If it were easier to cancel, or if they accepted returns (a restocking fee would be okay), it would seem more like a reputable service. Satisfaction is NOT a guarantee with Stately. The only guarantee is that you will pay.

Based on my style preference and my supporting statements, I do not feel like I'm receiving product that fits my wants. I feel like I receive product that is close to what it seems I might like and what is available to send. For example, in my last box, pants, and shirts were all the same color (basically). There was no contrast and wearing them together would look like Geranimals. I want to be excited when I get a shipment and open the box. Lately, that is not happening.

There's always something that i wouldn't have chosen if i was doing my own shopping. They're pretty good at taking care of any issues but I don't really enjoy complaining and asking for an exchange. I wish I could be given options by the stylist which i can choose from. For example, i received a blue shirt in every package so far. I would not choose another blue shirt.
