Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
Loving the clothes that have been selected by my stylist. My only complaint is every month when my package renew occurs is I get asked if I want to speak with stylist prior to next box I email the concierge to say no. And this isn't done. Several days go by then I get an email saying since we haven't heard from you we will now begin to build you box. This causes delays in getting my boxes

I love the packages they put together. The clothes are great quality and there is lots of variety in every box. The only thing I don't like is that is seems they don't keep track of what they've already sent you. Now that I've been getting a box every month for around 9 months I've gotten a few items that are repeats or very similar to items I already received. Returns/exchanges are easy, but it's a little frustrating since I would think they could see what they already sent.

Good service. The turn around time for approving returns could probably shorten. I expect it's a manual process that could be automated. The items and sizes are usually very good but sometimes things don't fit. I recognize that I am notoriously difficult to size as I'm between sizes and my feet are two different sizes. I appreciate the good customer support and I enjoy the customized approach. Box presentation is a chef's kiss.

I was skeptical about signing up for this service but I was interested in trying something different. I hate shopping for clothes and have zero sense of style but always appreciate and even envy others who are well dressed. I have gotten 3 boxes so far from Stately and love everything they have put together for me. I get a lot of compliments from friends, family and colleagues.
At the time, it felt like a high risk to choose Stately because it was a random add that kept appearing on Facebook and I am generally skeptical of what I come across on that platform. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I’m 3 boxes in and have zero regrets.

I know for sure that I will be paying quite a lot more at a mall for the total amount of new clothes I got. $157 seemed like a lot but all things considered, it's really a good deal. There are usually one or two pieces that doesn't click but even not counting those pieces, I think it's still a deal. I save so much time trying to find the right clothes for me. It's like I'm outsourcing the styling task to Stately. I'm more than happy not having to spend time or extra brain power on this task.
I don't want to put too much effort into stylish clothing. I tried Stitch Fix and I'm kind of getting the same types of clothes after some time so trying Stately.

Very happy with the clothes chosen so far. Response is timely and changes are made easily. Clothes are well made and fabrics quite good. Accessories I'd have to say leave a little bit to be desired. Cheap sunglasses and watches specifically. PX brand really needs to go. Why pair nice clothes with less than desirable watches, or sunglasses?

For three months in a row I received a long sleeve grey polo. Exchanging the items was easy however it seemed like the items were not chosen and selected for me. I also provided feedback that I wanted jeans, no socks and preferred solid shirts. Those requests are mostly not met. I enjoy many of the clothes that I am receiving however it does not feel like things are being styled or picked out for me.
I choose Stately due to items being picked out for me and being able to provide feedback which would dial in my wants. However with repeat items and request not being met I am unsure if I will keep the service.

My order had corduroys and a plain white button down shirt. The rest of the order included the third pair of khaki pants I've gotten and dress boots which are not my style. I have repeatedly provided feedback about what I like to no avail. I don't think the "stylists" even look at the feedback customers provide.

Father's day gift, was skeptical of a paid service. Figured it was going to be a one and done thing, where I wouldn't wear anything shipped. Totally wrong. Loved every item, and the stylist even sent something I've always wanted but would never purchase on my own.

Stately has been giving me new ideas for my wardrobe. I've received 3 boxes so far. I've had to send several items back, but we're still getting my sizes and style dialed in. Customer service is good, as long as you don't mind waiting for an email reply. There is no customer service phone number.

The stylists clearly do not look at the style profile or order history. I got the same pants 3 times and about 80% of my items over 4 packages were green! I asked for no more green and they kept sending more green. The items in the boxes looked nothing like the outfits shown on the marketing pictures.
I thought it would be worth a chance because it should have saved me time but the effort to return most of the stuff in multiple exchange processes ultimately doesn’t save me any more time and the prices are not that competitive for what you get.

As a person who was a horrible dresser, Stately has completely changed how people look at my style. I have gone from being t shirt same pare of jeans hoodie and baseball cap guy. To constantly getting compliments on how I dress! Thank you for reviving my style when I had no idea how!

I have tried to work with you guys and even told you that if you don't get it right that I would move to another company. I stopped for a while because I continued to get a watch and a belt and a man can only have so many of those. I have provided my sizes and the shirts are always so big because you switch brands, etc. I spoke with support about 10 days ago and they scheduled a call and no one called me on the time agreed.
So yes, I cannot continue to do this.
I chose Stately because I was hoping to avoid the need to look for clothes by going shopping. I love the concept there seems to be a proficiency issue that needs to be resolved before I try you again.

At this point, I have received two shipments, and although it has accomplished, providing me close that are different from what I have bought I cannot say that I really like any of it. My attempts to describe what I would appreciate, receiving seem ineffective. As for the value, I have asked to return items that had a very high price tag on it and received and return items on par with a solid color T-shirt that I could buy at Target. Since the clothes delivered, don't exactly match what I was trying to describe they will probably be worn very infrequently, and therefore add to the low value.
I decided to try state we because their marketing led me to believe that they would listen to my opinions and be able to provide an awesome new selection of clothes. And I will probably try one of the other companies to see how well they perform.

The boxes are getting better and better due to my stylist listening to my requests. I'm in my 50's but look like I'm in my 30's so I sent a picture of myself with an outfit and the stylist took it from there and I've been very comfortable ever since. For the most part, the product has been good and the sizing decent. I have always struggled with shirt sizes between L and XL depending on the brand and style. This has resulted in the need to exchange items. The bad part is certain items are not exchangeable leaving me with shirts I can't wear.
I also find the web site to be less than user friendly. It is challenging to find your way around to make changes or even know what is shipping. It states that I should be able to update boxes/preferences, but it is a bit kludgy.
I like the concept of getting trendy stylish clothes without having to go to stores. They never seem to have all the right sizes. This way I can update my wardrobe and all I have to do is donate those clothes I am ready to part with.

The customer service rep I had was awesome she made everything work out for me I had a couple of items that I did not wear but I had for a couple of 3 weeks and she worked it out where I could return them so I couldn't have been much happier
To be honest I gave stately a try because I have been with Stitch fix for several years now I think I'm on my 100th fixed or 105th fixed something like that and I'm starting to get a lot of repeat items so I just wanted to try stately see if I can get something new

I have enjoyed to date all the items that my fashion focal has been sending me. They all fit and while they are things I would not normally select myself they all look great on me. I have enjoyed branching out with these new looks and am getting a ton of compliments.

Thus far I have been very pleased with the style of clothing selected. I have only had one situation where the style was not something I would purchase. Sometimes, the fit in pants may not always work, but I am leaning towards going up in size as a solution.

It's great to find somebody who caters to men's needs for a change. There are plenty of services out there for ladies, but few exist for the man. We wanna look good too. As a manager at a senior living community, I don't have a lot of time to put towards curating a professional wardrobe, and then going around and actually purchasing the pieces. It's nice to have somebody who can do that for me, and know that everything that comes out of the box is gonna work together in unison giving me multiple options.
I chose stately because I liked the initial pictures I saw online, but then as I looked deeper and got more information my impression improved even more. They really have a polished Service that anybody would be proud to be a part of the closing is all really nice quality and accessories are perfectly matched, all for a decent value you always receive more in every box than you end up paying for!
