Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!

Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.

So I have to go through the process of returning it and waiting for a replacement. I've been happy with the boxes so far, but this instance left me kind of "meh."

I tried stately for six months and it has been a disaster. I have received boxes that had the identical items, the wrong sizes, and poor quality styles. When I went to have exchanges occur, they took forever and lost one of my boxes in the mail. I would not recommend this service to anyone

Stately should share the contents of upcoming shipments with customers prior to shipping to confirm the items will be well received. Instead, your customer just has to trust that whatever they open up they will love. I've now received my third shipment as a monthly Presidential customer. Last month I received a cheap looking watch in my box and I shared the feedback that I did not need another watch (and that it also felt cheap and flimsy). Not only did I receive another watch in this month's Presidential box, it was the exact same watch (brand, color, style - exactly the same)! So now I have two of the exact same cheap watches from Stately and they won't let me return or exchange either one. (Item was listed as non-exchange when I went to fill out an exchange request). Also you make the exchange process way too difficult. I travel a lot for work, and only offer a fast 5 day window to request an exchange (you do not allow returns for a refund), and by the time I returned home last month I had less than two days left and missed the request window. (Which I learned on day three when I went to request a return of the first watch). So now I have a suit and two watches I don't like and would have not purchased on my own.

I hoped to receive custom curated boxes of clothes based on my input and the ability to select out of styles and colors of items I already have. I wanted to get a good deal on versatile styles to enhance and freshen my wardrobe.

Horrible! Don't waste your money! I said no short sleeves or brown, I got two short sleeve shirts (horrible material) with brown shoes. The jeans they sent were made of stretchy junk material ($130 according to them). All off brand. None of what they show. And no refunds! Well they will refund items but not if you order a box. Why is there a difference? Total trash experience. Go order from Stitch Fix.

I was a member of another clothing club for years. Then the pandemic hit, and something changed with that company. The customer service went away, the cloths were not unique, and the overall value went out the window. I started looking for a new home and found Stately Men. After just now receiving my fourth box I have to say I am very pleased. The stylist nails my style in each of these boxes. If they don't, exchanges are super easy. Customer service is fantastic, and they are constantly checking with me on my subscription boxes as well as when I'm simply looking in their store. They reward loyalty with bonus item and reward points. They have a unique way of making my style a priority and personal. I love Stately Men and hope to be with them for years to come.

The first several boxes that I received were amazing! I loved the style, the fit, the quality... I could not have been happier. I even upgraded to the next level because I wanted more of what I was getting. The boxes started having very similar items such as watches, sunglasses, polos... Since they were monthly deliveries, I assumed that there were only so many things that you had to choose from. I then delayed my next deliveries over a few months thinking this would help. As each new box would arrive, I was hopeful to see new things. I even reached out a few times to my consultant asking for specific pieces or occasions that might help in the collection process. Still, little change happened ( there are only so many henleys that I can wear) and the style of the clothes moved further away from "my style". The most recent box was the worst one yet. The description that the stylist placed in the box for how to wear the clothes was very well written, but the colors and styles didn't seem to match what was written.

My intent was to cancel my subscription. Bobbie reached out and offered some solutions. I am still waiting to decide what the proper next step is.

I have just returned to stately to give them another try after a bad experience with shipping and billing. Basically billing but not shipping
Currently I am a little disappointed with the boxes containing items that are too similar. First box had some nice chino style pants the second box contained another pair of pants from a different designer but looked exactly the same. With the ads I see I was hoping to get those outfits and not ones that are muted colors and basically look the same in both boxes.

I'm deciding right now if I will continue or end your service. You sent out a message that customers had spoken that we wanted better quality items and few of them, as opposed to more items that are cheaper. I have requested a sports coat in my profile for over a year, yet never have you sent me one, or mentioned why I would not get one. If that is in the more expensive offers then let me know; don't just keep sending me very cheep shirts. In addition, sizing has been all over the place. I keep changing my requests because I'm trying to get a good fit, yet a large button-up shirt ends up being to tight and an XL is HUGE. I just want to get a box that really meets my needs.

I first signed up during a black friday promo where they advertised $500 worth of bonus items with your first box. I received the same bonus item 3 times despite providing feedback I did not want that item (watch) at all because I already owned many watches, they sent me 3.

On several occasions they have sent me items that are exactly like items (even in color) from previous boxes and they're sending me items that are not in my style profile.

Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom Rack and pick out clothes you like, because that's all this box is and by doing so would be cheaper.

Customer service is non responsive to complaints and feedback. Save your money.

I have needed some changes made to my wardrobe for a long time. I'm not the kind of guy that's always up-to-date on the latest fashion, or one who ever pays much attention to my clothing (as long as it's not beat up, dirty, or wrinkled). The boxes shown online for advertising / promotion all looked great and something I would really like. However, every box received has been nothing like what was shown. I reduced boxes from monthly to quarterly to try a seasonal look but the one just received really only had 1 shirt I would wear. I will be cancelling and trying something else. I think the process would be better if you showed me the box before sending. I would have been able to reject or update prior to sending and resolve any design issues / concerns. The last box is still sitting packed up after looking and will be donated without removing from the packaging

I just got super frustrated trying to explain to various people what I was wanting and needing from my subscription with Stately. I had to exchange my last box three times (which I appreciate) but even the stuff I did receive in the end was not very good quality clothing or very stylish. I am pausing my account for the summer and will possibly start it back up in the fall, that seems to be where Stately fits in for me. Changing things on the fly seems to be a bit of an issue for your current process, may want to look at a more efficient way to communicate customers wants and needs if in fact it is even achievable...
