Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!
Sizing has been difficult. Shoe too narrow even though I said I wear a wide shoe EE. Pants have been too slim and our to baggy. Brands all seem to be from the same manufacturer. Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
Box was great a lot of items to choose from. I would recommend to any business professional or individual who is looking to add a different style to their wardrobe.

A few nice items that I'm happy with and wear regularly but a lot of items were weird-fitting or unpopular colors/designs. None of the boxes I received looked like the ads.

I chose to skip my order for the month of February and they charged me anyways. Refused to provide me a refund even though i contacted them approximately 8 hrs after the charge hit my account.
These people are the worst!

Just doesn't seem as personal as I thought it would be. I have received the same couple shirts twice now and they're not even totally in my wheelhouse of style. My wife says it has more grandpa vibes than mid thirties . Hopefully this next box will be better. Is there a way to send back the shirts that are duplicates for different ones?

My experience with Stately has been great. I can't believe how many compliments I've gotten on various pieces of clothing I've received. I originally intended to try Stately for 6 months or one year, but now I'd like to continue longer. I've only had to exchange something for a different size once, and the process was very easy.
I chose Stately because my wardrobe needed to be updated and it was difficult to shop on my own because I’m color blind and don’t always match my clothes properly. Rather than buying multiple outfits at once when I have someone to shop with me, Stately allows me to get one new outfit per month to keep my wardrobe updated.

I'm enjoying the curated boxes that come monthly, except for the socks! I don't wear socks, and even put it on my profile "No Socks!" They're wild to begin with, but they keep showing up in my boxes. Otherwise, I do enjoy what I've received so far.

I am definitely happy with the additional boxes I have received from Stately. You dont force the issue. You allow me to pause the box or even put a date I want it six months from now? The flexibility is unique for internet purchases. Being able to adjust my needs within the personal profile style and have your professionals keeping me filling confident when I speak in front of crowds has taken just another decision of my plate. You guys are perfect. My wife loved the whole box full of clothes.

Experience has been ok so far. Boxes arrive on time. I was looking forward to some nice summer outfits/shorts and button down short sleeve shirts for this summer. But my last box for July included black pants, and a long sleeve half zip. Yes, I could send it back but they will come in handy this winter. It would be nice to get things season appropriate that you could wear right away. Not have to Waite for a season change.

I ordered one box of clothes and then like 3 months later my credit card got charged for almost $200. Immediately I tried to cancel it and they said it was too late, I was stuck with it and can't return it. Only later I got an email saying I was getting another box, that I didn't want...after they already charged me. Horrible strategy to keep customers... Stay away!

I don't really like shopping and desperately needed some new business casual clothes for work and casual clothes for the weekend. I am also a bit challenged in the fashion department. Stately is just awesome to work with! They honestly exceeded my expectations. I felt like my stylist just nailed it with every box and always took my feedback into consideration. I've also never received so many compliments on my wardrobe (especially from my wife!). Occasionally I would get something that didn't quite a fit and exchanges were prompt and super easy. I plan to keep using Stately into the foreseeable future and look forward to every box!

When a colleague of mine recommended I start dressing better for work, I went looking for a service that would help me and I found Stately. I have received so many compliments on how I look now! It's now one of the first things people mention, "Wow! Paul! You look great!" Then I tell them that I am using Stately. The clothes are all good quality and, again they look amazing! I tried Stately for several months. The number of gray jeans, black jeans, and gray shorts I've received was silly. Shirts were so varied in size they were either too big or not big enough. I truly got tired of complaining and returning clothes so decided to cancel, even after trying a few stylists.

This last order procured by a stylist is a disaster, it looks like stately has concentrated on their weekly social media "looks" and decided to just throw a bunch of pieces that don't even work together into a box and ship it out. I literally am keeping only one shirt and sending everything else back, pants, shoes, polo...very disappointed after 4 other boxes, this could be my last. It literally feels like a bunch of surplus pieces thrown into a box.

I signed up for the "Presidential Plan". Had a phone call with a stylist. First box arrived and stylist missed the mark. The sizing of the clothing runs extremely small. The quality of the clothing is like that of a suit Wearhouse 2 for 40$ type of place. Stanley marks the clothes a high price but then you get a "deal" with the subscription. After first box was received; I did need to make some exchanges. Had another phone call with a stylist, she missed the mark, then had to do a third exchange for a few items. Disappointing. Scam. The marketing is good because it makes you think you'll get some quality items. But I should know by now one gets what they pay for.

I have been really pleased with Stately. I felt stuck in a rut with my clothing and didn't want to spend time and energy trying to research clothes. I was pleased to discover online companies that curate clothing for you. I tried stitch fix first but it didn't work for me. When I found stately I was impressed by the simplicity of their initial assessment questions, and the fact you get to choose outfits from their social media to show the types of styles you like.
When the first box came I was thrilled. I loved the style, and the way the various items could be interchanged to make multiple outfits. They even nailed the sizes. When the second box came, I liked it even more, and was impressed that the outfits were complementary to the first box. I'm several boxes in and my wardrobe has been significantly updated. The outfits are interchangeable, and I've appreciated the accessories that have come with it. It feels good to be "updated", and it's been a nice bonus that people have been complementing me on my style.
With a couple of items the fit wasn't quite right. The exchange system worked really well and I was able to get a size that fit. I'm VERY PLEASED with my stately experience!

Stately scores a perfect 5 stars at charging my credit card but takes its sweet time in actually sending me any products (which I have not received yet btw) i gave them 2 stars as i figure i WILL ultimately get some kind of merchandise in the mail
If it takes you 2 weeks to send me anything I feel that you should wait that long to charge my card as well. If you need investors for the company... that is not what i signed up for
I thought i would see what is offered at the price they advertised. So far i am not impressed

I picked the Presidential Plan which is $499. (Read the fine print. No refunds!) Setting up my style profile I asked for no slim fits or V-Necks. First box received had two slim fit shirts and a v-neck. Requested returns on all items. Then the second box came and still had a pair of slim fit jeans that showed up. Requested a return on the second box items and now I get to pay return shipping because it's the second box. Requested but they don't do that per terms ans conditions! Good news is I get store credit for brands that don't work for me. Hard lesson to learn but please read all the terms and conditions

Always high quality/great brand merchandise, but some are just just my style. I have reached out a few times to get access to the more specific curated option, but I was told it's only for new customers. I have also asked about quantities between the different membership levels and didn't get a favorable answer. Just a little more flexibility will put this product into a class of its own.

My wife has used curated boxes in the past, so I was a little leery of committing to an all or nothing type of box. I've recently changed jobs, and the new position requires a little bit of an upgraded wardrobe for my normal business casual.
