Steam It

Never heated up after 30 minutes, 2 pin plug, not as shown on box it's tiny small cheap plastic. Couldn't find the spoon and when we did it's no bigger than the nail on my little finger. The salt fell out on pulling open the tight plastic bit. It's a complete con! Buy a proper travel iron this is cheap junk that doesn't work! We have also emailed for a refund after they promised a lifetime guarantee and they are not responding to our emails either!

I bought this steam iron whilst on holiday. They said it doesn't get hot and is safe to touch. It gets dangerously hot.
They also said that once it's filled up it has enough water to do 8-10 garments. This is a lie. I had to fill mine up three times to do one blouse and it took half an hour and still isn't perfect. Bought this abroad and took back to my country to use to find the fuse is not compatible even though the sales person told me it was compatible worldwide. Now after a refund and the steam it people have started ignoring my emails. Disgusting service, avoid at all costs.

Strong suggest not purchasing Steamer made in Italy item at any mall kiosk. The item does not work and their customer service is terrible. It is waste of money. They provide you instructions that does not work. They do not reply to your questions or provide information on how to refund your product or exchange the item, except in the email they state that it works. The email is not even written professionally when inquiring it to the product.

I bought this out of excitement. An emotional buyer and should have waited to read reviews. This is light weight, but it takes time to Press clothes as compared to the normal Press, The water container is small and if you need a crispy, elegant press of your clothes, this will not help you. This is Ok if you have already pressed your clothes and need just a finishing touch up. Otherswise, this is a waste of money. Don't spend your money unnecssarily on Steam it.

It's perfect for travel and use at home, I like it cause it can clean my son's shoes, also is to easy to use and I can take it to anywhere.

Never use my life a normal iron, but this one is very easy and can use with any material. I really like it

I loved it the 3 times I used it. The forth time it short circuited the electricity in my appartment. I tried contacting CS in all channels without success. Very bad.

The steamer is good for travel or just to iron a few shirts. I found out the more salt you add - the more powerful the steam that comes out
