I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I got outbid so I went and bought the shoe somewhere else and got it for cheaper. To my surprise a week later I get a charge on my paypal saying that my shoe was getting prepared to be shipped out. How can you tell a customer that they were outbid then charge them. Be careful of this site.
I ordered shoes on here for the first time, under the impression that I could return or exchange the shoe for another size if needed. Unfortunately the website fails to notify its users that they do not accept returns or exchanges -- what's worse is they recommend you re-sell on the website with little to no direction and fail to tell you that you have to pay a fee to re-sell. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had no choice but to re-sell and lose more than what I purchased the shoe for. $#*!ty website and user experience overall. Would not recommend for new users.

I ordered a pair of Jordans 16 stated as "new", however upon arrival and inspection of the shoe, they were clearly previously worn. Someone tried to refurbish them by putting a new bottom on the shoe, the red edge had been painted over with a new red paint with a crooked Jordan sign, the rubber was painted over with black bleeding into the red, and the guard strap came crumbled in the box, although you could see bits of glue on the pieces, and the toe of the shoe was scuffed. I immediately emailed customer service and they asked for pictures of the shoes as well as a picture of the tag to show it had not been tampered with. I did as requested and they responded that the tag looked like it had been tampered with so they no longer could do anything about it. The tag had definitely NOT been tampered with. What a terrible company
My 15 year old daughter purchased a pair of adidas yeezy boost350 V2 on 9/1 on 9/7 she received an email that they were authenticated there has been no update. They were never shipped out to her. There is no contact # or email so her shoes are in limbo and she is out over $400.
Purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 low Paris from StockX for $500. When I got them I thought they looked a bit off. The insole was falling out of the shoe. And they had this weird discolored stain on the inside. I took them to a store here in Chicago and was told they were indeed knockoffs. StockX says they don't accept returns. That I would have to resell the shoe back to them. So I tried doing that. Only to be told that they can not authenticate them. The same shoe they sell me as "authentic" now suddenly is not authentic. This still has not been resolved and now I am out 500 bucks for a fake a$$ pair of shoes

I purchased my shoes and received an error message at first. I attempted to repurchase them, and the order went through the second time. I received only one email confirmation for my purchase. Days later I see 2 separate charges in my bank, and noticed 2 emails for shipping notifications. I reached out to customer service, and they told me they would send me an email about canceling the order. I received no such email, and now I have an extra pair of shoes that I didn't want.
Customer service told me they would cancel my order, and they never did.
They had the lowest price, but I will pay more next time to avoid this experience.

Had a perfectly unopened Kaws figure I listed through the site. Never even taken out of the original shipping box. Left original receipt etc. Sold the item. Shipped it to them for authorization. They said the could authenticate it. I asked why, then I get it was a manufactured defect. I send send pictures. Then they tell me it was opened. I return with why was it opened. Because they opened it to authenticate yet they don't sell opened items. Now they f'ed me and have the audacity to charge $13 for shipping. Do your self a favor and stick with eBay and trusted message boards

As both a buyer and seller like anything else there are pros and cons today I will speak as a seller. (Also I probably would have given three and a half stars I didn't want to go as low as three and I didn't really want to go as high as four.)
Often times I will get emails saying "there's a new highest bid" on a particular shoe I have listed for sale. So then I go to accept and sell it and then that price disappears and drops dramatically. It's almost like a bait and switch.
As a buyer the turnaround time is very long and I feel this pressure as a seller to get my products out very quickly because they keep reminding you but I know for a fact I have waited longer than two or three days before a seller shipped something I bought so how are they getting away with that?
Also the fact that there is no 800 number which is probably everybody's biggest complaint.
Remarkably I had a pair of shoes that were damaged during shipping and I sent them back and I was refunded immediately I thought for sure I would have to wait or jump through a bunch of hoops.
I really don't care much for stockX I'll be honest However like anyone else the selection here is top-notch and you're likely to find something rare that you can't find anywhere else is why else would you spend $15 on shipping and all these other ridiculous fees otherwise.
I purchased my son these shoes after waiting for them for days we get received a email saying they had to find another retailer to purchase from them we began to wait for the shoes then today 8/19/22 we got another email saying they will be issuing a refund after waiting for the shoes for days this is horrible service from this company.

I chose StockX because they are the market leader in finding rare sneakers, or ones that i slept on and want to buy a few weeks or months down the line.
I get an email stating my Ye T-shirt is delivered but nothing came. I have a doorbell camera that sends notifications when anyone comes near the door. Fedex tracking states it's dropped at the door at at 1:34 PM but no address listed. Nothing was there. Basically I got ripped off and robbed. Thanks stockX! No help from customer service, basically to bad so sad. I have escalated at FedEx for full return. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STOCKX

My purchase did not pass the StockX verification process. I was refunded my money and also given a $10 verification code to use before April 30,2023. I have tried about 10 times to use this code and each time it says "code has not been activated". How can StockX send me a discount code to use on a future purchase and not activate this code? What a scam!
The customer service agent basically called me a liar, and wanted proof that I received the discount code. Furthermore, he has total access to my entire account, which shows that there was a discount code sent to me.

Bought a $374 dollar pair of Jordan's, work over the road so I don't get home to wear the shoes until February 18th 2021, bought the shoes December 24th 2020. Got home put the shoes on, wore them for a few hours, and the shoes separated at the soles! On the side, and on the bottoms! Contact these pieces of filth that say there's nothing they can do about these damn near $400 dollar pair of shoes, because it's beyond the 3 day after delivery period for refunds or exchanges. Now, these shoes went straight from the box to my feet and they literally come apart so the 3 day excuse is complete bs! There's no way they can verify the shoe as they claim or there's no way they would've sent that crap to me unless they knew the shoes were defective! This is obviously their game, I will never buy anything from this joke of a company! Buyers beware!

My son ordered a pair of Nike Dunks for $249.25, we never received the shoes according to StockX the shoes were delivered to the wrong house and they where unable to get the merchandise back. My son worked really hard to get his shoes that never got delivered shame on you. SCAM don't buy from here.

While at a Big 10 volleyball camp and wearing for the first time, shoe's soles ripped apart and top toe area ripped open as well. $200 for a pair of Nike's to last for a single use. Since she wore them and cut off the tag-no exchange or warranty given, only warranted for 3 DAYS! Nike unable to warranty due to StockX not being a certified dealer. Offer $50 refund offered from StockX but never given nor any further communication. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. No way to back up their merch. Nike suggested these shoes are FAKE.

Not sure if I just got lucky but I had the very good fortune to receive the Fragment Beijing Dunks ('21) within 5 days of ordering them (including the weekend). Everything was very clearing documented and communication was good at every step. I will purchase through the service again if this is what I can look forward to.
I love the shoes I got my daughters for school the only con is having to do 2 separate orders also the shipping price. But other than that the shoes were in perfect condition came earlier than expected
I bought a skate boats from them and never opened it. I sold it a couple months later and they declined the sale due to the item being damaged. They charged me a fee and refused to refund me the fee or the fact that they sold me a damaged item. Beware. They are a scam. Customer service refused to rectify the issue. Either the item is good since they sold it to me or if it's damaged they should refund me for selling damaged goods. They are a terrible unethical company so buy or sell your items elsewhere. Do not do business with them.

I had a problem that the service helped me immediately as I contacted them and took care of it to my satisfaction. This was my first attempt to buy through the website. And after what happened I immediately ordered another shoe
As soon as I contacted them they answered. They said that my problem was taken care of and they would get back to me within 48 hours. They even came back before me and solved the problem to my satisfaction.
I ordered a pair of Yeezys and on the payment page there was a glitch so I ordered two pairs of the exact same shoes. For two days I tried to get in contact with customer service to cancel one of them but all they told me was I can try reselling them once I receive them, there was no bidding involved now they want me to go into bidding when they could just cancel it for me. They are unprofessional, rude and will take your money. I will forever use Goat from now on.
I have sold several pairs of shoes on stockx and have yet to receive any of my money. The amount is well over 1500. 00 and it has been over a month. The shoes arrived and had wrinkles in the material... almost as if they had been worn... or something heavy had sat on them. I took photos and sent them to the company only to have them respond that they reviewed the photos and to them the shoes were acceptable.
Shipped my return and received confirmation that StockX had received the package from UPS. A week goes by and I haven't been refunded or heard from them, so I email them. It's now coming on two weeks and I haven't heard anything or received my money back. First I get screwed on the order because someone had tampered with it at StockX, and now I'm being withheld my money. Customer service is garbage, I will be choosing a different outlet to purchase from.

Please save your money and time! My package was lost in the mail. Both USPS and DHL acknowledge they do not have the package and it was not delivered. StockX is requiring that I file a police report in order to continue the claims process. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
