This company is running several scams. They are letting criminals use stolen credit card numbers to make purchases. They are also selling USED SHOES as being NEW. I have ordered for the last time 6 months ago. I was sent for the SECOND TIME USED OR DEFECTED SHOES. ONE PAIR MAY BE FAKE THEY DO NOT HAVE A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER- this should be a RED FLAG. "Before the New Year, I purchased Jordan Mars 279 White Fire Red shoes from StockX for 261 US dollars. Since they are sports shoes, I removed all the excess, including the tag, and went to the gym. The shoes broke on the very first use, and I immediately reported this to StockX. Now, it has been more than 20 days, but I haven't received any concrete response or a refund. They offered me a compensation of 25 US dollars, which is laughable. The shoes are a total defect and belong in the trash. Be cautious about purchasing from StockX."

I'm very upset with this company I spent $750 on their site for a bid and it got sold and cancelled on my end to another buyer, it's been now 10 business days and I have never received a refund. My bank says they don't have it. I keep asking them! They said there is nothing processing. Beware of this shady company. Emails are dodgy and customer service has NO pone number.

I had an issue with the level of service received. I've sent many emails and left countless messages. I am always treated the same way - a generic email telling me to provide more information, with no information or platform to provide said information. And then my case becomes closed after 24 hours. Disgraceful. Sometimes I receive a message saying "we'll be in touch with you soon." But no one ever reaches out.

Defaults to US sizing, and then they punish you 15% of sales price for accidently selecting incorrect size and noticing your mistake before posting. Where is the justification for that level of penalty fee? No one can answer the question.
Horrendous customer service, it really has nose dived in recent months. No escalation possible as customer service reps must be told to ignore complaints or requests to escalate.
Do yourself a favour and uninstall the app - eBay 100 times better than this mob

There should be an option to set up your profile in your location and be able to set the size of the shoes in your region, and it then converts sizing to whatever it is in the potential buyers location. No more problems with sizing being incorrect. I'm convinced it's purely like this so stock X can charge penalty fees. And 15% penalty on a high value item is scandalous

Very unhappy. I bought a pair of shoes for my son who wears a size 11.5 men's shoe. After waiting almost two weeks he received a pair of shoes that are a 11.5 children's shoe. I know I selected the correct size when ordering. Filed a complaint, since there isn't any kind of customer service department. Tried to reach someone with their live chat feature but it is also just a computer giving generic responses. So far only thing I have heard from them is that they received my complaint and nothing further. I tried placing them back on the site to be resold In the hopes of getting some money back and they don't even have that size as a possible option for sale. Also like to point out that their actual customer rating is a 2.3. They have absolutely no good reviews on Google.

I spent over $140 on shoes specifically for the summer because the web site falsely advertises an arrival window. They charged me $20 in shipping and processing mind you. Shortly after purchasing they started sending multiple notifications that the delivery date will be much later than advertised, with no estimated arrival... so call it taking your money indefinitely. Story: UPS Lost my package in transit, I contacted Stockx to initiate claim along with physical receipt, video/pictures evidence of my packaging process. Stockx took more than 30 days to work on the case. Ultimately, they tried to deny the claim because the drop off weight "did not" match the product weight. After over 2 years of selling on this platform, I've never had any issues, I've always shipped items on time, and all of them passed verification. Now that once things go south, they are failing to provide support, and trying to deny problems which did not come from my end. Very disappointed.
People, Please be aware of shipping expensive things out to Stockx, as, they would not even bother to help you out if your packages gets stolen by postal services during transit. Will not be using this platform to sell anymore!

I recently purchased a pair of Air Max 90 City packs and $230... the NEW pair (and yes I did order the NEW ones) I ordered arrived with a brown water mark across the toe. After finally finding an email address, I emailed stock x the pictures of the shoe and asked for a refund or an exchange. I was only offered a $20 off my next purchase. What kind of company doesn't have a return/refund policy when you receive a defective product!? The response I received is extremely poor customer service and for the price you pay on their website you should NOT be receiving defective products without a refund/return policy... that is called theft. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing any products from this site... no matter how much you want the shoes... it's not worth it when they arrive damaged.

Warning - Do not purchase from StockX - Scammers! I never written a bad review, here's the first! They send multiple e-mails with confusing and conflicting information. I bought a pair of shoes, got 5 e-mails giving me conflicting info. I thought I didn't win the bid, so I went and entered another bid. Few days later, I get multiple e-mails advising I'm getting both shoes. Contacted support to see if I can get one of the transactions cancelled before they ship the product. Any transaction is final, contacting support is USELESS! Support has no power, just e-mails basically saying "they cannot do anything". I'm warning everyone to please consider before clicking any thing to purchase. Better website and great support is "Goat".

I purchased, not bid, for a pair of shoes and accidentally ordered Mens. Caught it but nope can not exchange or cancel. But I can resell it on their site. This is bad service. Even a return with a restock fee would have been nice. Never will order from them. Bidding is a different game.
I am updating this and stating that StockX did infact, helped us out on getting the shoe purchase taken care of. I now give them a 4 star. The -1 start is due to the fact that we really had to work to get it taken care of. But was much appreciative.

This was the 26 pair of shoes I bought from stock x. My 27 arrived today without a box top. Look at these shoes! The freaking blue sole crumbled apart and destroyed the shoes. I paid $275 plus their shipping for these shoes and received them five days ago. I put on to see how they fit and they started crumbling. Who the hell verified these? I mean I guess they verify anything to get your money. Pathetic. 27 pairs of Jordan's that cost me 4900 dollars and this is the service I get. It gets better you can't even call them. Pathetic
Amazed this business has not folded. Does not meet promised delivery times…just keeps sending messages that order has been delayed. No other explanation or attempt to fix problem with order costing almost $300. In the age of Amazon, this is totally unacceptable. Certainly learned the lesson to never deal with StockX again!

I purchased a pair of retro 1 Jordan's for my son. They came from Hong Kong and I could tell the logo on tongue was totally off so I had them checked out and they were fakes. I sent proof to stock X and they did nothing about it after I paid over $300. Do not buy they are not authentic
The exact second I pressed pay for my order I was emailed saying that during this window of time someone else has purchased my item, they still took my money though. The support was no help at all and now i have to file a dispute with my bank.

I was not happy with the shoes I received, since to me they did not meet standards for authenticity, plus they came with a small stain. I sent photos to them (one of which is attached below) and although I'm a repeat customer, I was refused both return for refund or website credit.
They just told me I could resell on their website and basically scam someone else.
Worst customer service ever and chances of fake products although they claim to have experts looking at authenticity.
After receiving damaged shoes, I immediately put in a request the day I received the shoes. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive a response. Please look into the reviews of this place and do not purchase from them or you will be out money and be left with a crappy product.

I purchased shoes and in less than 24 hours realized they were the wrong size. Contacted their customer support before the shoes ever arrived at stock x to cancel the order. They advised they could not cancel, even though the shoes never were received by them or shipped by them to me. When asked to speak to a manager, the service representative ignored my request. When repeatedly asked, I was refused and they just ended the chat. Horrible customer service and do not recommend this marketplace.

I'm surprised at how this company is still in business despite all its shady practices and abuse of customers. First, when you have a problem, don't expect help. If your package gets stolen or goes missing, they'll tell you sorry but good luck, can't help you. Expensive! They double dip. They charge the buyer fees on Everything, shipping, payment processing, tax etc. they then charge the seller the same thing so they're collecting the money twice. Other platforms only charge the fees to seller but on stockx both get hit and only one that benefits is stockx.

Do not buy from this company. The consumer is not respected! The company allowed my minor daughter to charge $1,267.18 on my credit card (playing with the bid option) for a pair of shoes that cost $273 on the buy now option. The company restricted the account and discontinued communication stating they have a no return, refund, or exchange policy. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.

I ordered a pair of yeezy boost didn't care for the color, never wore them and decided to sell them back. I took a pretty good loss on the sale. The shoes still had the StockX verification tag in them and they told me * too many variances in materials and construction when compared to authorized, retail items. WHAT either you sold me a pair of fake shoes to begin with or someone isn't good at their job, which is it. Then the customer support is next to useless. They need more information? Do not risk it!

Bought a couple of pairs of shoes on this site with relatively no problems. However, I bought a pair of Jordans and the front of the shoe when I received it was clearly chipped and not even. The company was fairly responsive to my emails but they kept asking me to send different photos of the shoes which I provided them everything they asked. Then they finally said they would send it to Quality Control and then wrote back and said sorry we are not refunding you because we authenticated these shoes and we stand by our word! This is not something that happened during shipping or during wear, this is a defect of the actual shoe and the plastic and how it adheres to the shell. I will never buy from them again and unless you are prepared to lose three or $400 depending on how much you spend, you are definitely rolling the dice here!
