I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I ordered a pair of Jordan Bred 11's and when I opened the box the left shoe had the sole coming unglued at the toe area and the right one is just starting to come unglued. I've emailed them 4 times with a complaint and nobody has told me how I can get my money back. I paid $410 and the customer service is horrible! I will NEVER buy from them again!
I sold shoes with StockX and shipped to them exactly as requested. I received an email saying they had not received information about the shoes being shipped and without any warning cancelled the sale. I sent shipping proof and they advised they would honour the sale. Once they received the shoes they shippend them back to me. No communication. I have now lost the $60 it cost to ship the shoes to them. They are now ignoring all my emails to their support email address. Never sell with StockX. They are an absolute joke.

80 percent of the sneakers ordered were factory damaged products that could of not pass quality control and factory soiled with a extremely messy grease. After painful attempt with customer chat I was directed to website site that handles claims for exchange or refunds in damaged products. After 12 attempts at filing the claim I gave up. It's costing more money In time trying to get that browser domain to work. Also encountered problems with app, customer service, and website for return. Downloading photos just didn't work at all, tried different Apple devices and read tips from other customers on maneuvering through app using Apple phones but to no avail. Looks like stock x also is connected with manufacturers in getting damaged products and selling them. I'd say beware and expect issues. If you have the patience and the time to waste roll the dice if you need these warnings try to find another vendor. They suck

Bought shoes, stockX deemed New. Never worn, tried on, or even removed from box. Sold same shoes, stockX deemed "damaged". Exact SAME shoe. Double standard.
Insult to injury: all relegate info in first email. All. Yet, 4 back and forth emails asking questions that had already been addressed, dragged over the course of more than a week.

Consider alternatives. GOAT, eBay.
Consider taking detailed photos of shoes when they arrive because stockX won’t document the flaws because they’re “still considered DS” except when they wake up on a random Tuesday and all of a sudden that minor factory variant is now “damage” and seems the shoe not New, even though it was when you bought it. Double standard. Class action anyone?

Would not accept my credit card and when I reached out asked me for eat more information than I have ever been asked before. Then told me they still cannot use my card, never told me why and suggested I just keep trying cards until they work. There is no way to delete your card info from their site. They were communicating with me until I asked them to delete my card info then suddenly stopped responding. 100% a scam

This company has many flaws. Their verification process is inconsistent and lacks good structure. They may pass or fail without any rhyme or reason in the future I recommend ebay or Goat stay away from them

If you purchase from Stock X and something happens to you package during shipping, good luck getting it resolved. They will skirt around to avoid finding a solution to the issue. Customer service is extremely poor. I will never buy through this company again.

Bought a pair of $200+ sneakers that had scratches and looked worn. The company's suggestion was to resell them on their site, therefor ripping someone else off. Also impossible to unsubscribe from their millions of newsletters and emails, wrote to support with no reply. I would never recommend doing business with this company.
As a frequent StockX customer I had a bad experience and will no longer purchase from this shady company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my GF on a Sunday. Within an hour of purchase she informed me the size was wrong. I tried contacting customer service which is impossible since they don't have a telephone number. I emailed them and they said all sales are final. I told them I just needed to change size but they won't allow. C'mon it's Sunday and the order hasn't even been processed yet. Bye StockX. Goat is much better. At least they allow 3 hrs for cancellation if u made a mistake like I did

Bought a pair of adapt AirMax on 3/27/20 said it should be at my home 4/6/20 - 4/9/20 it's been 10 days and it's still en route to StockX tf thought sellers were given two days to ship! We are going on two weeks! And still no shoes. Plus lack of communication makes it really frustrating. They can even let me know is going on. Just apologize for inconvenience? Ok but where are my shoes? And or where is my refund? These shoe are a lot of money to not hear anything about what is going on... I will never buy from them again! I was better off getting them from eBay and taking my chances. StockX is a joke!

Have been buying from stock x for years. Gave stock x info for family to buy my daughter Nike shoes. Shoes came while we were on vacation 7 days after the shoes arrived. We cannot communicate with anyone at stock x because it's past 3 days of arrival. The shoes were authenticated, but are obviously defective or fake. She has the same model in other color. The R on the back of the shoe is coming off. There are loose threads in the stitching, marker marks from where pattern of shoes were cut, black rubber is rough and spotted. I could go on and on. I have pictures to prove. Don't buy from them. Will send fake with authentication tag and if you can't file a claim within 3 days you're screwed. Horrible service

Even with a fraudulent activity they still are going process the payment and make me pay for shoes I didn't buy. They have not shipped or anything so I don't understand why they can't stop the order. I was decent customer will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Customer service isn't great fees are more than any other shoe selling platform shipping times are unreasonable and the app is slow and they don't have new shoes dropping until they drop or a few days before.

As an avid sneakerhead I do my best to hunt the most unique and even rare pairs! Of course their price is rather high and I do it seldom, but, nevertheless, when it comes to buying seasonal shoes, I always either buy something in stock, or place bids. Very convenient.
Unbelievable. I bought a hat that didn't end up fitting, so I resold it same day. Fast forward a week later and StockX decides it shows signs of wear. What kind of Bs is that. I "returned" aka sold it immediately, returned In it's packaging and even with its giant attached verified hologram tag. Won't ever be using stockx for shopping or selling again. Other alternatives with actual customer service.
It was pretty good. Might've been a slight smudge on one of the shoes but that also could've come from me wearing them cause I just didn't notice it until later. Didn't have any problems, order came before I expected it to
First time ordering from stockx. Package arrived early, right within the time frame they said it would, and product was damage free. Also have peace of mind knowing the shoes have been verified authentic. I'm satisfied.
They lost my item I sent in for resale and blamed me for it?! You believe this!?! These guys are crooked thieves! BEWARE! If something Bad happens you'll never hear from them! Thats when customer service and accountability is most important. Read all the reviews especially the bad ones because they put the blame on the rest of us and take no accountability. They think just because they did what they say they'll do isn't special- thats what we hire you for! But its only when something goes wrong and how a company responds is what separates Nordstrom from Walmart.
I too purchased a pair of sneakers and their was glitch and it ordered me 2 pair instead. They Don't care it's all about the money! Wish I had read these reviews but that would not have kept the glitch from happening. JERKS! I'll stay with eBay.
Their one job if authentication. I've sold many times on stock x. First time buying, they sent the incorrect shoes. They'd sent the 2020 grinch when I've paid for the 2010 model. Customer service is only available via email and they were not helpful. Horrible experience, horrible company to purchase from.

Poor poor service. Every step of the process took a week. They verified shoes authentic and they sat and never shopped two weeks. Then they cancelled the order once leaving a bad review. Ordering said 7-12 days. It's been 30? Then the reason for cancelling was spiteful. Stock x clearly has the shoes since the already verified authentic. They return no correspondence. Order elsewhere. Scammers

Received clearly flawed and damaged item. Reached out to customer service who said it passes retail standard. I confirmed with a local retailer that they would not put the product on the shelves with this visible damage. Threading coming out in multiple places, dents in multiple places. For paying hundreds of dollars, this is not acceptable nor is the company's response. Will not be utilizing their services again.
