I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

This company is an outright JOKE and run by thieves. They sell and resell fake/counterfeit shoes with flaws and defects, and try to pawn them off as authentic and new. And charge double retail! If you are sharp enough to notice they are fakes and try to reach out to their customer service- they will run you through hoops, make living hell for you and not resolve at all. I was sent a very clear knockoff and faulty pair of Yeezy 350s. I contacted StockX the same day I received the package. After 100s of back and forth emails and picture requests that very clearly showed they are faulty and fake (with glue spots all over, toe boxes point in different directions and the pair doesn't even lay flat or in the same direction) they don't do anything. After threatening to contact my credit card company, they finally agreed to process a full refund and sent me a return shipping label. I sent the shoes back in the mail and they sent them back to me! I sent them back a second time and they refused the return package again. Only shop here if you want to be ripped off for a fake pair of kicks with defects and a headache. Hundreds of other reviews with the exact same experience- they send fake and defective shoes and claim they are authentic! Check out all the horrendous reviews on reviews. Oi and BBB website. Stock X has a 1 star average from thousands of reviews; that alone speaks for itself.
Honestly, all I can say is AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These people are outright scammers and theives! Shame on you StockX!

StockX is not a regular retail store. We are a live global anonymous resale marketplace. Buyers and sellers are located across the world as are our authentication centers. All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.
We give an estimate of 9-12 business days for all deliveries, however, this is subject to delays.
We do not guarantee shipping information for any item until after and only if the item passes verification.
While we work very hard to stay within our estimated timeframes, we can not guarantee a delivery date. In addition, we do not deliver our own packages, so we do not have any control over carrier delays and/or how fast an item passes through customs ( if needed).

I purchased a pair of Nike Dunks from StockX for my Son's Birthday and look at this mess. Per StockX website no refunds or exchanges but we are welcome to sell them back? But why would I have to do that when StockX dropped the ball? This exactly why Nike is suing them now... this is RIDICULOUS & I'm pissed! I submitted all the pictures to StockX to let them know the shoes were fake, I was told their 'Sr Authentication' team would review my concerns. Well of course their Sr team concluded the shoes were authentic(Bullsh**). This multi-million dollar company is literally robbing people for their money, charging 3,4 and 5 times the amount (sometimes more) all to send a knock off. This is pathetic and really need to be stopped.
-Left shoe made in Vietnam, Right shoe made in China?
-Tag in left shoe stitched upside down
-Nike labels on the tongue are totally different
-Shoe strings are different
-Left shoe is heavier than Right shoe
-The design, stitching, look and layout on back of shoes are NOT the same

I have not received my package yet, although it's showing as delivered. After investigating this, it turns out that the delivery driver stole the package, but the company cant call stock x to verify this information to them, so stock x won't file a claim for me to get my money back because it's past the 3-day window. Are you serious? A 3-day window? All I asked is for them to file a claim so fed ex can give me my money back since their driver took my package and stock x refuses to do so. Even on the "proof of delivery" it does NOT EVEN HAVE AN ADDRESS where the package was delivered! I will NEVER ORDER from stock x again. Bad enough I paid almost $300 for some sneakers that only cost $190 in the stores, but to just take my money and refuse to help me is messed up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered these sneakers for a special occasion for my daughter, when the shoes did not come, i had to hurry and reorder them so they would come in time. The first ones never came, and fed ex admitted their driver signed for my package, but in order for them to refund my money, they need stock x to file the claim. STOCK X REFUSES TO DO SO BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE 3 DAY WINDOW. I cant help if an investigation takes over 3 days. THEY won't EVEN CALL FED EX TO CONFIRM WHAT IM SAYING IS TRUE, they won't even look at the proof of delivery to see it has not been delivered to my home. SO YALL TELL ME, ARE THEY WORKING TOGETHER TO STEAL OUR MONEY? WhaT OTHER REASON won't THEY HELP ME?

First of, Stock X made me pay 63 EUR extra for taxes and processing fee, after that the told em the Shoe was deliverd to me, but nothing ever came to me. After 5 times trying to communicate with Stock X they banned my Email adress, that means there was no way to contact them anymore, then I decided to call at the post office and ask if my shoe ever arrives, they told me, that the shoe was never send away. Then I contacted pay pal and they told me Stock X wont give me any money back.
Now I lost 228 EUR and havnt got any shoe (and they banned my account btw)
