I recently bought shoes in this store and was very pleased with the service and quality of the goods. The shoes are comfortable, stylish and match the description. I will definitely buy here again!
I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I was attempting to sell some shoes on StockX. Shipped the package using their label and instructions. Never received an update but they took 50.00 out of my account. So when I inquired about it they told me that the shoes were missing from the box and only the invoice was provided. Which means someone stole the shoes at their warehouse or at the UPS warehouse. You would assume they would have some type of insurance for this when it happens. But NO! I'm out of 400.00 but it's a lesson learned. I will never buy or sell on this site ever again!
Buyers should be able to cancel the order at any time just like the seller. When you guys give out a discount don't put an expiration date of a week. I don't believe the sellers get penalized like they should. I keep hearing more and more how StockX is not authenticating their items properly.
I guess because of this pandemic everyone is using it as a cause for delayed shipping. But why when I ship through the post office my items get where they're going or I still receive my item in three days max?!
StockX used to be A1 in my book when it came to the shoe game but now I'm waiting an average of 21 days or longer to receive my items. After these last 3 pairs I will be done with you guys...

Not only do they pass fake sneakers but the pass used and wrong sizes. The leads steal accessories and order personal items for themselves instead of ordering what is actually needed. They over work people and sabotage each other. They don't care about their employees and lie and do everything possible to get people fired if they don't like them. Worst company ever there is no structure no loyalty and the leads in the company are thieves.
Excellent service from start to finish. I received the trainers in a quick and timely manner after ordering and they are very nice in real life too. Cannot wait to gift it to my husband for his birthday!
I recently ordered the albino foamposites from StockX. After receiving them and trying them on I found out that they're fake. They look authentic however the cut is poor. In 33 years of living I've never had a tightly laced shoe slide off my feet when wearing them. I contacted StockX about the issue and they replied"this is a manufacturing defect" and "to resale these fake foamposites on StockX."?!?!?! Where is the integrity? I will never use there services again or refer them to anyone!
This site is a farce with inflated numbers and no rules on how that inflation happens. Don't compare yourself to the stock market with no governing body. I witnessed several times. From a friend of mine and myself that they change numbers based on nothing and allow the sellers to make fake bids. Driving the price of items through the roof. Customer service is trash you would hope for more with a company holding onto top shelf items.
Tip for consumers:
Pick another way. Any other way.

I got some shoes and a pair of pants. Was suppose to be a sweatsuit but I’m still waiting on the price that sat at 600 for a year and now jumped $200 when the item hasn’t been hot for a while. Makes no sense there is no demand and then the price goes up.
My 16 year old son purchased some trainers from stockX. Trainers arrived absolutely fine. He wore them for 2 weeks and they deflated. He asked for an exchange which they agreed to. They then emailed to say out of stock. They are now stating unless we can provide photos with the original tags they will not refund. They have taken all of his birthday money and will not refund. Avoid at all costs.
The shoes we purchased were dry rotted. They looked great, but with first wear the plastic disintegrated. We tried to complete a return, online. I followed the instruction exactly and it continuously gave me an error. My husband read the directions and then tried to complete the return, but received the same error when uploading the pictures. There was no other contact information available. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. There should always be a way to reach customer service. This has resulted in a loss of my business.
Hi April, we are sorry to hear this.

Please reach out to our support team, stockx.com/contact, with the following information and they will be more than happy to assist you.

- photos of your concern
If you are not able to upload the photos please skip that step and still contact support stating you were not able to upload the photos. Our team will assist you from there.
Thank you!
I have been a loyal client for many years but my last shipment got in trouble.
Package showed as delivered but never arrived and UPS could not locate it.
My birthday present for my friend is thus not going to be there.
I am using Stockx on a daily basis to stay up to date on the latest releases and almost exclusively buy from this platform.
Bought a pair of shoes that seem to be about 2 sizes smaller than what it should be. I have owned several similar pairs of the same brand purchased from Nike and never had a problem. Problem is, the don't allow returns!
Found the shoe I was as looking for.
Hi Vasiliki, we are very sorry to hear that your sneakers were too small for you! After reviewing the purchase, we can see the product is in Women's sizing, which is indicated by the word (Women's) at the end of the product name. In this case, if you typically purchase Men's shoes, for Nikes you'll want to purchase 1.5 sizes bigger than you would purchase in Men's. This is likely the issue, but if you received the wrong size (and not a US 10 Women's as the order called for), please create a case using our Buyer Promise Form: https://stockx.com/help/contact/buyer-promise. The Buyer Promise is our program recently launched so we can correct any issues with regards to verification. If we send you an item that doesn't meet our standards, our Product Specialists will re-review the item and if we determine it shouldn't have been sent to you, we will provide you with a return label to send the item back for a refund.
We appreciate your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience you have been caused.
I am about to be on my 5th day on waiting on them to authenticate. The seller next day my item been collecting dust at stock ever since then. Their customer service does nothing but give you the run around.
Worst company ever. They stole our shoes. We have a receipt from our shoes bought from nike. Listed them for sale on stock x. They got marked as having a manufacturer defect and denied. They printed the label but never dropped them off at fedex to return them to us. Then tried to say fedex lost them. And offered us 10% of the value because they were damaged. Sounds to me like an employee stole them. Dont waste your time with this garbage company
Hey Michelle, We do apologize your sale didn't go as smoothly as anticipated.
Please keep in mind when selling we do not have control over the manufacturer's production standards and must work with products that they have cleared for release. Glue, stitching, and slight paint variances are common in all mass-produced shoes. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand. Due to being a live marketplace, some items will pass verification despite having defects.
The value of the item you sold is not determined by the payout price nor the retail price of the item as this item failed our verification process meaning it is not in the same condition as a retail item.
If you have any additional questions or concerns please reach out to our support team via stockx.com/contact.
Thank you!
Once again I am dealing with shipping issues and seems like either UPS or Stockx employees are stealing shoes. I sold a pair of shoes and sent it for authentication it arrived there on Monday the 20th. For over a day I didn't hear from them then they emailed me saying I sent an empty box. I have proof of delivery with the weight documented at the ups store and they are just ignoring my emails now. I have sold 17 shoes on this app and this will be the last time. Also if you do ship anything make sure you don't lose your drop off receipt or stockx will just steal from you.
Tip for consumers:
Don't lose your drop off receipt when you ship items to this company.
Sold a pair on 10/1/22. Shipped to you and you didn't verify them, which was odd cause I bought them from Nike but when I reached out asking why they failed, you emailed me saying you made a mistake and would want me to ship back to you and then I would receive my payout. Well it's 2023 and I have no money or shoe's. Just sitting here waiting for some communication from them instead of me reaching out every month since October.
Hi ERIC, we are sorry to hear you have not received your funds.
After review, we do see that you are in contact with our team and are receiving assistance with this concern. Please continue to follow up with them regarding your concerns. Thank you!
Stockx.com is trash! Their customer service is non existent. The company has a policy in place that makes them un responsible if your package is lost by their carrier/shipper of choice. Then they refused to file a claim on my behalf so at least an investigation can happen by the carrier. I never received the item I ordered, I paid for it, stockx.com got paid and their carrier, FedEx lost my item and stockx.com refuses to file a claim. Then stockx.com is going to end their chat with, we hope for continued business - are you serious? This company is joke, plus I just found out they're sell fakes! My friend brought fakes from China and everything came with a stockx verification tag.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site, believe all the negative reviews- any of it can happen to you

I ordered shoes well over a month ago and they have been en route to stock x for over 3 weeks and no one will answer me emails or anything! For a multi million dollar company they sure like to f&$k people over and have no interest in returning any emails! I will never do business with this site ever again! Stay away! I have contacted the better business b, and will make a huge deal out of the lack of professionalism and utter careless ness for their customers!
100% authentic huh? First time I've ever used StockX I received a pair of so called authentic Jordan 4. Upon really inspecting them (a friend told me StockX is known selling fakes) i noticed right away the tag on the inside is different from any authentic ones. Also noticed the air bubble was way different than the real ones. So mad that these guys supposedly inspect them, but if they did they would notice the tag right off the bat. Stay far away!
A mysterious $350 charge showed up from Stockx. No idea how. So I disputed the charge, successfully, with my financial institution. So Stockx freezes my account. No warning, no explanation as to why. I didn't even know it was blocked until I tried to make a purchase. When I asked, they said disputing charges with a financial institution violates their terms or service. Well, those are some pretty anti-consumer terms of service. In fact, terms like that should be (are?) illegal. No thanks. I'm done with Stockx.

Hey Eric, We are sorry to hear there was an additional unauthorized charge on your account.
Please be advised what you are seeing was a pre-authorized hold from a purchase attempt that wasn't successful. Typically you would see this hold fall off your account in 3–7 business days. The charge will remain as a pending/ processing transaction on your account until the bank fully clears and release the funds.
Please be advised that we have a strict policy against disputes where our system identifies users that file disputes against us and suspends the account from further use indefinitely. As a result, buying and/or selling from your account will be prohibited if a dispute is created.
Please be advised that creating a duplicate account to bypass the suspension from the chargeback is also against our StockX Terms and Conditions. If a duplicate account is created, our system will detect it and proceed to suspend the duplicate account as well.
Please reach out to our support team via stockx.com/contact with the following information and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Stockx offers no return policy and no money back guarantee.
If there is a problem with your order (size, colour, damage, wrong delivery,...) they claim they are not the seller and consequently take no responsibility for it!
I am appauled this company is in business. They should be ashamed of the scuffed pair of shoes they sold me that they claim were new. I contacted them the moment I opened the box and saw the large white scuff and asked for a refund but they stated, "the shoes were reviewed by our team and met their standards and no refund would be provided!" What a joke! Met their standards, uh, if you're selling a brand new shoe then it should be new, not used and scuffed. This is the most fraudulent company I've dealt with in a long time and I highly recommend any future buyer beware of using a company like this that stands behind lies and cheats you out of paying more money than a shoe is worth, especially when it arrives used and damaged.

I used StockX a lot until an issue, then had to use support for the first time, and they simply do not care. I did some digging on twitter to learn that what happened to me is common so I will no longer use StockX and move all business to exclusively https://www.goat.com/
H Justini, we are always looking to improve the experience for our users, and really appreciate the feedback. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at stockx.com/contact. Thanks for your patience!
I did my first purchase on StockX for a pair of New Balance 550 Au Lait. The processing seemed to be going well with authentication process and shipping about 10 days according to the app tracking. Was getting excited to receive my sneakers. Unfortunately the shipment showed delivered, but I did not receive my purchase. After this being quite a disappointment for my first time purchase experience on StockX. Trying to connect with customer service through the chat has been a nightmare, after multiple attempts to connect, waiting in line and being disconnected halfway through the chat unresolved I must say it was absolutely some of the worst I have experienced to date. After I have spent approx. 6 hours to finally get to file a claim and to submit a affidavit. To then find out I have to wait another 10 days to process my refund. Probably not shopping there ever again.
Tip for consumers:
Be cautious with your purchase from this site, the customer service is terrible and you will wast a lot of time to fight for your refund if something goes wrong

Hey Steffen, We are so sorry to hear this and we hate that you did not receive your item. We will be taking your feedback back out to the team to improve your experience in the future. We thank you for using StockX
They told me 7-12 business days depending how long (the seller takes) which wasn't long. The seller shipped the item immediately same day if not the next day. I've been waiting for my item for almost a whole month which is kind of ridiculous especially if you paid 800$ Makes me think I had a better choice by just going into the store and paying the extra few bucks. This is not worth the hassle at all. At this point I just want a refund. I do not recommend buying from here at all.

Just received my Jordans today to a clear sticker that reads display shoes the shoes clearly looked used and dirty the stitching was falling off on one of the shoes plus it has running paint on the bottom no authentic shoe has running paint. How can the person inspecting the shoes miss all this. They are a huge ripoff will never buy from them again better of on ebay for real.
