I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I had two extra charges from Stockx on my Pay Pal account for almost $1400 after allowing my son to buy a pair of sneakers for $100. This breach of my account as quickly as it was done could only have been done by someone at stockx. Don't trust or use this company.
Stockx is a shady company they sent me some shoes with material sticking out of shoe with no remorse more like C or B grade shoes why would I pay this much for a C or B grade shoes. Didn't want to do anything to fix the problem except tell me to sell shoes back to them an loose 50 to 60 dollars. All the they say is the shoe is real that's bullcrap terrible flaws in shoes an they let them pass through with flying colors

3 months ago ι bought a pair of jordan air 1 low.
The package arrived in acceptable time. After 3 weeks the shoes show a ware far beyond normal. I communicate with stockx and they told me that they can't help me with the return, and they can't bring me in touch with the seller to sort this out. When i told them i will go to the bank to get help they told me that "Stockx has zero tolerance for disputes, and in that case the system automatically suspends the accounts".?
I strongly believe that they have no professional attitude what so ever. Even more i doubt the authenticity of the products sold in Stockx.
Stay away or buy out you own risk.
Please avoid them. I still haven't got my shoes after 20 days. When I contacted customer service, they said it would arrive to StockX office today based on what they see on UPS. But then 4 days later, my status is still En route to Stock X for verification. I asked again and they said the same "it will arrive today based on UPS". They just lie on customer. I dont know when I will receive my shoes. Maybe after several months. I am totally regretted that I should have ordered them on GOAT instead
Bought the omega x swatch moonswatch and it arrived around 7 working days later after stockX have verified its authenticity, which is absolutely fine. First time I have chosen stockX but was surprised with how well prices some things were.
Price attracted me
My bids were the highest bid on numerous occasions and I never did "win" the item. In the sales history it showed lower bids winning at the same time & item my bids were active. Customer service is a joke when you can finally get a hold of them. I wasted way to much time with StockX. I would look elsewhere!

Terrible. Ordered shoes, seller was supposed to have shipped within 3-5 days, but never shipped even after 15 days. StockX says no matter what that they will send you a pair even from a different seller if there is a problem with the original seller, but they wouldn't because they would have had to pay the difference. I emailed with questions at least 5 times & it took 3-4 days for a response each time. So my son's Christmas present never came & they ended up canceling the order. This wasn't what we wanted because we originally paid $230 minutes after they were released & now (12 days later) those shoes are now reselling for twice as much and as stated in their policy they are supposed to get you the shoes you purchased even if they are costing more than what you originally paid. They lied & never lived up to their word or policy! Stay away & be aware. Use GOAT or EBAY instead.

Bought the shoes for school that started weeks ago and at first no problem until they were mailed to the authenticator and that's when problems started. They never updated that they received them and then when I messaged your company they told me they were delayed indefinitely that once y'all figured out where they were you would send them. Then you find them and send them to FedEx and put in a scheduled delivery time for another week away. So now not only are they 2 weeks late y'all did it intentionally. And you have had my money for weeks.

Took 7 days to review my shoes. Denied and was told they were shipping back. It's been days and haven't received my shoes back. Keep being told to wait 2-3 days then after I get told to wait even longer. Horrible company. No phone number. May have actually stolen my shoes. Representative gives no info and keeps trying to get off chat with me. They have no phone number to communicate and chat is terrible and doesn't want to be bothered. Do not use this device

Do not purchase from this company-customer service is awful b/c you can only speak via email and live chat. Their return policy is terrible-I wish we had read reviews before buying from them-they do not take returns. We purchased a pair of purple NB sneakers for our son for Christmas. When it arrived, they are blue. Clearly blue. The tag and box say blue. Our order form that we filled out shows purple. Sent the pictures back to them and explained the issue, they will not take them back for the sneakers we ordered. So now we sit with $250 sneakers and the back and forth emails with their customer service dept for the last 4 weeks. Never will buy from this horrible company again, hoping this review helps someone so they do not deal with what we have dealt with over the last 4 weeks.

Ordered a watch on Stockx. Shipper was in Netherlands. Allegedly "lost in transit." Called Stockx and spoke to the customer service. The claim has to be made in a certain amount of time or is "waived." "nothing I can do, blah, blah." Now they have the money, and I have no watch. "Make a claim with the shipping company" they say. Good luck with that. I am NOT the shipper, so I have no right to make claim - according to the shipper. Bottom line, I am screwed and Stockx doesn't care.

Best part of StockX is the variety! Being able to find limited stock or limited color ways, is great! I've found a lot of styles that I did not even know about. The process is simple and very detailed.
Several friends have recommended it in the past.

I ordered a pair of Grape 5's from Stock X. They took 2 and a half weeks to arrive from the U. K. When I opened the box, the right shoe had the little green Stock X tag on it. On the same shoe, all of the paint was coming off on the bottom. So now I'm out 317 dollars on a fake pair of shoes. I have bought several pairs of retro Jordan's, with the quality being very satisfactory! I'm now emailing them every day, with not one response! I have posted this review with the BBB and anywhere else I can find! Please don't order from Stock X, they are a scam! They don't authenticate $#*!!

I returned a pair of shoes, with screenshots from their own terms and conditions site, and since no news... no refunds, no shoes, and incredible silence. I tried to reach them by Messenger, by mail,... nothing at all. So I decided to post on their Facebook page, wherever I can my opinion on them. Every day, on every Facebook post, write about what are thieves in responses. They will never reimburse me (almost 200 €) but I will not let go.

Do not buy from StockX, unprofessional customer service, claim to have verified the item prior to shipping but in my opinion they did not as I received it damaged. Tried to reach out to them via e-mail and they didn't reply to any of my points, especially the one about the value of my refund.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They sent my shoes to the wrong address and refuse to refund me for the purchase. They won't even respond now. No one should trust this company. Even trying to get a hold of anyone is a nightmare and they clearly don't want to deal with customers.

This was my first experience with StockX. I made a purchase which came visibly damaged and re-taped by FedEx. I reached out to StockX support and asked for a waiver of claim so I could work with FedEx to resolve the damage caused (the shoe box was destroyed), they would not provide one. Instead they offered for me to send it back to them so then they could make a claim with FedEx for themselves (my guess is so they could keep both the sneakers and the claim money). Meanwhile that particular sneaker went up $50 in price so I would have had to pay more for a replacement. They offered me free shipping for my next order, which is miniscule anyway. I will rethink purchasing sneakers from them again in the future as my collectible sneakers have now been severely devalued at my expense.
Ordered these only to have the initial order cancelled due to the seller not being able to ship soon enough to meet expectations (I reached out to StockX and received that explanation). I did get another pair quickly after that (the one that resulted in this survey). Overall despite my original frustration with having and order cancelled and waiting a few more days for the process to play out, I still have only positive things to say about StockX.
StockX double charged me for a shoe order. Then when I disputed it they canceled my order and banned my account. I have never been refunded for the shoe order they cancelled. I've spent hours trying to get my money back. I can't believe companies like this can operate in the US. Good luck StockX. You'll fail as a company and I won't stop until I get every last dime back.

I purchased a PS5 for my son. Price total was $1024. 34 item was apparently authenticated and everything. The item was shipped via FedEx. What I didn't know was that StockX requires no signature on any deliveries regardless of amount. Needles to say my son PS5 was delivered outside and stolen. I submitted a police case number and video from my neighbor of package being stolen and StockX does nothing. I would never recommend ever
I'm very pleased with the results of my order. I originally had a issue with theft and my package was stolen and rightfully so I was very upset. I contacted stockX to see if anything could be done after going threw the correct channels with the
Authorities and waiting a few weeks stockX took care of the problem at hand and ended up helping me tremendously. I will be purchasing again!

Happy with the first product however still waiting for the second pair, delivery times could do with a bit less waiting time, so if you need them in a hurry I wouldn't recommend buying from here. I'm sure they will be worth the wait though.
