I recently bought shoes in this store and was very pleased with the service and quality of the goods. The shoes are comfortable, stylish and match the description. I will definitely buy here again!
I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
Unhappy with how this system works. Disappointed it's not hard to have the buyer accept or confirm the bid if a seller picks it. Also if I get outbid why is that not the end. That's terrible I'm scared to bid on anything else on this site that steals money. I have the MONEY but I wanted the Jordan 3 true blue instead. It's bad when you guys already prepare to tell people it's nothing you can do for them using your site probably why there is no phone support. Finesse at it's best. Didnt ask me to cancel the bid after being outbid. How am I supposed to know its active for the next decade
Charged me 79.99 for a Lego set but never got confirmation and it never showed up. Im so pissed, that was a birthday and Christmas gift to my daughter. What im upset about is that you can not get ahold of anyone in stockX in email or phone number format!
This site supposedly authenticates the shoes before you buy them. Bought $300 Adidas Ultra Boost Silver Medal shoes as a Christmas gift. A month later the fabric is separating from the sole. My son has a ton of shoes so these have been worn maybe 6 times... no way an authentic Adidas shoe would do this. They say nothing we can do about. Beware before you spend a lot of money with them. Then you're probably getting fake shoes.
Need I say more? I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Yes my fault. BUT MISTAKES HAPPEN! There is NO RETURN policy with stockX. StockX's solution is to just relist the unwanted pair back on their platform. Problem solved, more money for stockX, more hassles for the buyer. Lesson learned. EBay is cheaper and easier than stockX... Ohh and they have a return policy too, wild concept.
Terrible customer service they have no live operators you can speak to for a billion dollar comps that's ridiculous. Had to email chat customer service and wait for their response which can take up to 2 business days and when they do respond they just give you the same generic answer and tell you there's a delay and they will look into it but don't respond I had an issue with tracking a package and finally after 4 days of solving the issue myself and receiving the package they email me and tell me they are still looking into it they really need to open a call center but of course it would cost them too much so they just prefer leave their customers mad

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get ahold of StockX customer service. We do have live chat 7 days a week and apologize if you were not able to locate the chat function. Please reach us at StockX.com/contact for any further assistance. We look forward to hearing from you!
Then to find out, after the fact, you state you don't take refunds or make exchanges. I placed the bid, didn't hesitate on the price of $400 yet you sent me used boots? You know I'm pissed when I'm a guy that NEVER EVER leaves bad reviews on a computer. I prefer calling and talking or going to a store to figure things out... but you guys are so terrified of backlash... do the right thing! THINK about it, after noticing the reviews you have a 51% to 30% Love / hate company. That's a pretty bad ratio! GIVE ME my $ back or unused boots. I rather have the boots... AND YES, I took pictures etc. sent them to you guys to have that bs email stating you guys don't respond to emails... These photos, make the boot look better than they are... the first one is discolored as if someone rubbed the hell out of them to clean them, the second photo shows scuffs on side, the third (trust me, the photos not doing it justice) various scuff marks on front...

Overall the shipping and communication experience was great, I just wish I had received more reminders/notifications about my bid prior to it executing/finalizing. The condition of the item was exactly as described and were very happy with the item. I'll just have to set reminders for myself next time :).
Wore the shoes one time and half the Jordan logo on the tongue fell off on each shoe. Stretch marks on the outside/inside of each shoe also appeared after no less than 30 min of wearing. Quite honestly I'm assuming these are some sort of fake Jordans. Will be returning.
I don't get the stock market analogy nor associated display of price volatility, but the ability to find quality, unused athletic shoes that are "off market" but still desirable, is near-wonderful! Paying a higher premium - much higher in some cases - isn't fun, & that's where patience comes in, because for instance, some of the items come from outside of the USA.
Maybe I just didn't do something correctly, but the inability to send an item as a gift - for reasons of security & of the stock market model maybe - wasn't enjoyable.
Most of what I was looking for, I couldn't find elsewhere, & I hoped to be able to send a gift overseas...
This app, bleeds fees from the buyers and sellers on both sides and has no mercy or loyalty to consistently solid sellers. The fact that you can't even trust things to be authentic from them anymore. Will have me leaving the app very soon.

Please be advise that Stock X's customer service is Trash! I ordered a shoe, they took my money, once I received the shoe, it was clearly damaged. They refused to admit that it was there fault and went as far as accusing me for damaging the shoe. I reported the issue an hour after it was delivered. They do not verify anything, they just put the green stock x sticker on it. No one likes to be accused for anything they did not do. This experience tarnished my whole experience.

Absolutely don't buy anything from this fraud. They have a "no refund", "no cancellation", "no return" policy. I bought a cloth with the wrong sizing. Their customer support basically told me to go away and read their BS policy or they'll ban me from buying anything again.
Tip for consumers:
Shut it down already and return investor's money

Hi Devin, we are sorry to hear this.
StockX is not a regular retail store. We are a live global anonymous marketplace. Buyers and sellers are located across the world as are our authentication centers. All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and all purchases come from different sellers located globally.
Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.
Due to being a live global anonymous marketplace, we do not guarantee the delivery of any item until after and only if the item passes verification.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and that this purchase didn't go as planned.
If you have any further questions please contact us at stockx.com/contact. Thank you!
I was skeptical at first, but not skeptical enough to place an order. Of course sucked into ordering a PS5 on 11/28. It took 16 days to receive and then another 8 days for them to verify. The unit 'shipped' on 12/20, but I won't receive until 12/30. What a joke. With disclaimers of delays for the holidays, I guess nothing I can do other than write a 1 star review, unsubscribe from their emails, and never use the site again...
I ordered a pair of sneakers and got two pairs—they duplicated the order, charged me twice, and are now refusing to take back the second pair. They keep telling me they don't "do returns" even after they admit they are the ones who made the mistake duplicating the order. They keep sending me the same canned response saying lucky me, I can now do business with StockX and sell the extra sneakers! I don't want to, I want my one pair, and to be charged once. This is fraud, and their customer service is negligible. I would not order from here, go to your local spot and use someone who doesn't steal. Because it is theft to charge people twice for one order. That is THEFT.
For selling my used sneakers, StockX has been the finest option I've found in the past three months that I've been using it. Once you've uploaded your photos, the procedure is quite simple and takes less than an hour.
Stockx are liars I was defrauded on a pair of shoes from eBay sent them to stockx they charge me 15% penalty which was the amount of $200 and after I explained to them what happened and from the very first email they said my account would not be closed. They refunded me half the $200 yet they closed my account anyway. As i read other emails I should have just ran the other way then to do business with a company like this. Total crooks
I doubt there are very many people that buy as much as I do. It is non stop refunds and delays. They have sent me shoes that they list as men's shoes and then they send me a women's shoe lol They send out these trash messages about how they are delayed and looking for another seller only if the price is high. If you happen to get a good deal on stock X, there is no way they will do that. They will just cancel the order. If you try to reach them, there is no phone number. You don't get to talk to anybody. The worst customer service ever. Send an email. Good luck. They say the seller has 2 days to send the shoe. These guys are clowns
Horrible. Email or chat only. All the millions of dollars these clowns have they can't answer a phone for a customer. Embarrassing. They definitely don't care about the customer.
I buy and sell shoes. I am in the community. They have a huge selection. But their reputation is horrible. And now I understand why...
We are disheartened to learn of your experience and disappointment with customer service as we do strive to provide satisfactory service every time! We are working towards having phones available for calls in the upcoming months as we do take this feedback seriously! We have live chat 7 days a week if you have any further questions. We would love to hear from you at StockX.com/contact!
I spent time before the sale confirming some details of an expensive gift item I was purchasing for Xmas. Most of the information I received was wrong.
I was also over billed and can't get a competent person from StockX to resolve. This is the second order of $400+ sneakers purchased from this company and my last due to billing issues and quality control issues/suspicious of authenticity.
I don't think that their authenticity checks are very good and these shoes came with several issues. I emailed support and got a useless canned response and have now spent a couple of hours trying to get my $20 in over billing back. What a waste of time. Customer service is lacking...No phone support, tickets are replied to days later and live chat is subpar at best. I will be looking elsewhere for my gifting needs in future. When issues arise, you will spin your wheels for days.

Hey Brad, We do apologize for the inconvenience and delay in response as our team has been handling a high volume of cases.
We are sorry to hear your purchasing experience hasn't gone as smoothly as anticipated. We have stringent authentication standards where we would never send an item to a Buyer that we did not deem as passable.
Buyers and sellers are located across the world as are our authentication centers. All purchases are coming from different Sellers located globally! We do not guarantee shipping information for any item until after and only if the item passes verification.
We give an estimate of 9-12 business days for all deliveries, however, this is subject to delays. While we work very hard to stay within our estimated timeframes, we can not guarantee a delivery date. In addition, we do not deliver our own packages, so we do not have any control over carrier delays and/or how fast an item passes through customs ( if needed).
If you have any additional questions or concerns please reach out to our support team via stockx.com/contact.
Thank you!
My brother bought a hella expensive supposed "new" hoodie which came first of all with lots of scratches on the print & was definitely washed before. The worst part was that the hoodie was washed too hot so it changed the overall fit of it. We contacted stockx several times and sent pictures but we didn't get a refund or any further information and it's been 2 months by now.
Recently, I bought some Air Jordans from StockX. The sneakers arrived on schedule, precisely as promised, and in excellent shape. In comparison to buying from a nearby store and even eBay, the price was fantastic!
I'll definitely utilise StockX again when I need to buy shoes.
Purchased a pair of Brand New Air VaporMax... received them with dirt on the bottom, smelled like cigarettes & bends from being worn. NEVER AGAIN! Had my account cancelled once they said they could only offer a $20 discount. Why in the hell would I purchase again after this, $20 is disrespectful when I paid $235 for the shoes. It clearly states on there site that if the mistake was made by them then that's an exception for a return. Clearly whoever supposedly verified the shoe Failed because a partially blind person could see that the shoes were not New. They don't take responsibility for the mistakes. I'd never recommend StockX
Fast Delivery! The product was just as you see it on line no flaws. I ordered Balenciagas which runs true to size. They look wide when you put them on though but they're nice looking sneakers. I Recommend anyway to buy them. They are a good catch!
Ordered a pair of yeezys on 7/19. First seller "had problems with shipping" so they hook me up with a different seller. As of right now and since the 2 day lead time starts over when you get a new seller they STILL haven't shipped. I knew I should have ordered them from eBay. Will NEVER buy from stockx again. I can't contact the seller and there's no way to avoid dealing with sellers who don't ship quick. The vague nature of the relationship between stockx and the sellers is a major turn off. Never again.
Tip for consumers:
I don’t recommend stockx because as the buyer, when you choose buy now and not a bid you can’t get ahold of the seller.
I was ecstatic to see I had finally won a bid however, the bid was for a size that didn't fit and was placed months ago in the past.
I've been attempting to re-sell them on StockX but with all the fees not only am I out a pair of shoes but I stand to lose around $50-60 dollars in both fees and price setting from StockX.
I wish there was some sort of immediate 48hr or 7 day return system in place.
The shoes and box are still in immaculate condition collecting dust in my house.
I will say that I have had many positive experiences on stockx, but 2 of my last 3 orders had visible and obvious stains/marks on the shoes that were authenticated. Buying a DS shoe should imply it is free from obvious imperfections. One order had significant stains of green on a tan shoe from the ink on the packaging paper. The last order has silver paint all over the sole. If the authentication team missies these issues, it makes me question how much they even looked at the shoe.
Took forever to get through the chat bot to then wait in line for a rep. Disconnected randomly so I had to wait longer. After talking to the rep I was just sent a form that I had to fill out all the same information I told the rep. Waste of time.

Hello James, We are very sorry that an issue occurred with your item. Due to StockX being a live marketplace we are unable to alter or cancel a bid once an order has been confirmed. We also do not accept returns or exchanges. We understand this is not the ideal situation but that is what’s great about our platform, this gives you the chance to experience both sides of StockX which is buying and selling. If they are in the same condition that you receive them in, reselling them on StockX is really the best course of action.
