I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
StockX app is brilliant, and quick postal service, but was a little disheartened to say the least when my parcel arrived (chucked over my 7foot fence) into my rear garden, boxed was creased and far from pristine, felt like the shoes them self may not of been 100% dead stock, just a minimal dirty sole of the shoe. And a zip element of the trainer won't 100% close
Beware! StockX does not stand behind the products it verifies! I purchased a $1,300 bag from the site as a holiday gift. The bag was clearly used. Company guarantees items are new and "perfect". Still has the StockX tag on it, and the company refuses to accept return. I havent used it. They sent me a return label when I complained (as soon as I received it) but then denied return and wouldnt explain why.

Don't buy bags (or sneakers for that matter). Feel free to sell whatever you want.

I bought some shoes for my brother. Don't know too much about sneakers but once the Jordan arrive, it was so obvious how fake and defected replicas they were. I reach out and never an answer no response and refund. Now my brother is stuck with fake $300 Jordan's. If i would of read the reviews before i would of never. Please don't waste your money with this fake sneaker sales, it's not worth and the shoes look very cheap!

I received the order, but it took a while before I knew if my purchase was accepted and complete. I never received a confirmation email stating that my bid had been accepted and I'd be receiving the shoes. I did however, receive numerous emails keeping me up to date after they were shipped and I was appreciative of that.
My package came in a lot faster than expected. I am just extremely satisfied and got the best surprise coming home from a hard of work and to see my shoes from stockx arrive a week in advance!?!?!?! Say less
Delivery was quick and easy. There are different processes in the purchase and delivery, but they send you an email from each of them, which makes the purchase more secure. It arrived earlier than planned and I loved the sneakers
My experience with customer service was horrible. They don't have phones and you can only email. My son tried to order some shoes but it keep sending a email that order was declined. Then about two weeks later shoes was shipped and I had no idea. They down street to a neighbors who took them. So when I tried to dispute shoes Stockx said they was dilvered. So with the paperwork they sent the credit company I had to find the shoes at the neighbor house. Dealing with stockx customer service was horrible and would not take shoes back even though said charge didn't not go through.

If something goes wrong you have no recourse. Went with you creditcard company based on how they have there policy wrote.

I received a used quality item, it did not arrive in original packaging. I purchased the same item again for comparison. StockX, you need to understand that this happens in a marketplace. However, not providing an option to fix the issue is unacceptable.

After reviewing your case we can confirm that the item received was within our DeadStock condition. We strongly encourage every seller to include the original tags and clear plastic sleeves but do not require them as we understand they will vary if the original purchase was made in-store or online.

I purchased a Nike tech outfit paid $280 dollars for what is said was the jacket and joggers only jacket came in the package with a $114 dlr tag on it. Never got an answer from them or a refund or the joggers

Excellent Products & Follow-Up Service! Ordering from an online source can be fraught with risk - who knows who you're dealing with on the other side or if the product will be as good as the pictures look?! But my experience with the store has been outstanding.
I thought StockX was good and reliable but I clearly thought wrong. StockX has pushed my order date back not once, not twice, not three time, BUT four times. I still haven't received my shoes. I do not appreciate StockX, StockX's employees, nor the owner of StockX. They are all $#*!ty. I wish i could get a refund and just never give them a single dollar again.
StockX is definitely not getting my business again. I ordered a Jordan combo pack from them and both pairs of shoes fell apart after only wearing them once. I was so upset i put $750 worth of product in my trash can. Because of my love for shoes i dont like when a company doesnt stand behind their product. Flight club nor GOAT has ever sent me product that has fell apart.

This morning I was scrolling on stockx and I found this expensive pillow, I view it and I dropped my phone my thumb hit the purchase item. I tried to cancel the order and Stockx doesn't let you do that. So I have to cancel my credit card and get a new one over it.

Super sleek and cool. I appretiate the tags still being on them. I got the sand color from stock X too, but there was no tag or wrapping paper and they had a dirt scuff on the top of the shoes. So nice that these are new and clean.
Like many others around Christmas time I was looking for the new Xbox series x and there were none at the stores. I did some research and found that Stock x was selling them with a markup. I looked up company and then decided to buy an x box series x from them. Paid $150 more than selling price so I could get one for my kids. When I completed order on December 22,2020 I was given a delivery date of January 5-January 15 for delivery. As I waited for the item to ship I read all the negative reviews and became very concerned. December 31st I received e mail that x box was verified and would ship soon. I received the x box today January 6 th and it was wrapped in plain box so no one would know what it was.
As of today you still cannot find the new Xbox at stores so I feel they provided me with what I needed as promised.
All the bad reviews scared me but StockX came through for us.
They still dont have my order a week later and saying they encountered a problem and are awaiting for my order to arrive. This is over a week now. Never again will I order from there. There is no way to contact them through the APP either. I cant seam to find a way to see how much longer until my order will be here. Never again.

I've sold a lot of items on stockx and had no trouble other than their fees that are definitely too high. However, I recently sold a hoodie that was completely new in the bag, but when I received it from supreme it had a small tear on the bag. The ear was probably a 1 inch long cut, so it's nothing. However, apparently this one inch tear counts as the item being "used" so they made me pay the shipping back. Luckily they didn't make me pay the stupidly high fee since I've sold items before.
I really wish i could give no star. Worst customer service in the whole wide World of retail business. I bought my sneaker on 04/14/202. Is almost getting to a month now. I still haven't received my sneaker. Stockx said my sneakers was shipped via FEDEX with Tracking Number **************. The last time there was any activity with the tracking number was on 04/30/2021. I have reached out to both Stockx and Fedex customer service and no one seems to know where my item is. The most annoying part of it is. Stockx customer service is the worst in the business. Every time you reach out to them. You will be assigned to a new agent. Which makes no sense, because they don't keep track of who they talk to. Stockx i just want my money back! That's all i need, my money. This will be the very last time i deal with y'all. There are way more better and efficient sites. To get sneakers from, avoid these scammers. They will messed you up so bad!

Although I've heard good things about this company, I decided I would give it a shot and be a first time shoe buyer. Turns out a whole 2 weeks go by and they've canceled my order after paying almost $400. I've wasted my time and money on bull crap. Never again will I use this site. They've lost my business once & for all.

Ordered two pair of shoes. Got one and was surprised with a customs charge of what I paid for the shoes.
Second pair never arrived. A refund was issued but not for the full amount. Can't get hold of a live person to ask why... rip off. I will never order shoes from this company again...
I sold a pair of shoes for the highest bid. It said error as soon as I hit sell. They take down the high bids and sell to the low bid and pocket the rest. Do not do business with these scumbags. Sell local
Sell fake or damaged items and wont let you return. But if you have to cancel a couple sales they will ban you. I spent thousands on there crappy site and they banned me for canceling a sale. Dont waste your time with these clowns, there site will be gone soon enough!
The shoes were in great condition. There was what seems to be a circle drawn with a marker on the left shoe beside the check but it was cleaned well enough that it's not visible from a distance. Box was torn, but I did not plan to resale. All together great.
I will not order shoes from this company again. Order July 23,2020 an it's August 17,2020 No communication nothing just holding on to my $230. As of today I ask for a refund my daughters birthday has passed already. At this point we can get shoes somewhere else. I'm demanding a refund but there is no one you can speak wit.
