I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
Stockx is selling factory seconds in-house. Factory seconds are shoes that are flawed and not sold directly by the manufacturer. I knew something was fishy when my bid was accepted in less than one minute, and then arrived at stockx in less than 18 hours and was shipped to me that same day. When the shoes arrived the soles were covered with white marks that I was not able to remove even with a damp toothbrush. Now they want me to pay to send them back. After doing some research I found that other people also believe that they are directly selling factory second shoes. I am sure there are some actual sellers that sell legit shoes, but I would exercise caution.

"I used this page based on a friend's recommendation, but I was quite disappointed. Firstly, I had issues making the payment and ended up making the purchase twice since I didn't receive the purchase notification. Later, the product was sent to me and FedEx left it outside my house where it got stolen. I called FedEx and they mentioned that since there was a photo of the product taken at the time of delivery, they wouldn't take responsibility. I contacted STOCKX and received a negative response from them, stating that they are not liable. I felt that my consumer rights were violated because the package shouldn't have been left outside the house or apartment, as there's no guarantee it would reach my hands. This company likes to take money off from customers without having to give any opportunity to return any merchandise at all. Even if you buy a pair of shoes and they don't fit. They want you to resell the shoes and pay their fees. I will not ever buy from this company any longer. I accidentally bought the wrong shoe size and now I'm stuck with the shoes!
As I live in a third world country, there can be quite a lot of barriers and hurdles in doing international order. But my experience in ordering for the first time from StockX was made super easy and seamless. The order came in less than a week when I put my order and was delivered straight to my door. Pleasant experience indeed.
I bought a pair of Nike dunks (which aren't cheap) and I received them damaged! They had holes, glue and paint all over them. It took 3 weeks for someone to even respond to my concerns! When they did the only resolution was a $40 coupon off my next purchase. They told me that this happens all the time, they just verify damaged shoes and send them to people. I will never purchase from this website again.

I made an order and month ago and the order is still waiting to be shipped by the seller, they have taken my money and no product has been shipped nor can I cancel my order, stock x leaves you stuck which is currently my state. All i get is emails saying sorry for the delay. Well i dont accept and this is ridiculous

They listed a pair of sneakers as leather. The pair I received were plastic - if you looked at the edges there was foam with a thin piece of plastic on top. I had requested a return because of their misleading description - I expected them to be leather. They refused to honour their 100% Satisfaction guarantee and said that they can't control what the manufacturers do!? So do they even look at the shoes when they authenticate? I've touched these shoes in stores and they are in fact suppose to be genuine leather. They were gaslighting me and told me to pay their fees and re list the item if I don't like them…. Don't expect their 100% guarantee to hold up.

Bought sports cards and the signature pack was obviously pulled from the 12 pack box and re-wrapped in shrink wrap- I emailed Stock X many times and received the same response. They needed the original wrapper- my 12 year old son took that off to open the box...

I purchased a 3060ti graphic card for 1,000 dollars and when I received it and opened it to my surprise it had 4 tee shirts and socks. I have been trying to contact some one but of course the don't have a customer service phone number to call. So I emailed them and they said they would get back with me and said that was not from them my package must have been tampered with and their team would do an investigation. But for some reason I still haven't heard anything and it has been 5 days. I would for sure not buy anything from Stock X it is a scam...

My son order from here paid 140.00 for a pair of shoes. They said was delivered to our house, no they wasn't! They said someone stole them! Um, No they didn't! I had 3 other packages when I got home, so if they took that package they would of took the others right?! We have never had anything stolen from here ever! Beware of this place, don't order from here! Luckily he used my PayPal so I'm having them handle this, but I won't everyone to know this place is horrible!
I read some reviews about packages getting lost etc but i still did it because i sell with stockx. Only thing i can say is that everything went perfect. The shoe is brand new, box brand new everything a week before the planned delivery time
Tried to reach out about shoes I ordered, nothing fancy just a pair of dunks that were a hundred bucks, and they sent me tracking info saying it was delivered and refuse to answer me anymore. Now I'm out the $ and had to buy them elsewhere. So now they're 200 dollar dunks. Ridiculous

The shoes we found on StockX were exactly what we were looking for. The transaction was easy and the delivery came a day early. This is our second purchase from StockX and I would recommend them for their attention to detail, communication and quality control.
Still waiting for payout over 4 weeks after the sale, and authentication. StockX have my shoes and have not released payment. This is basically tantamount to theft. No response to my emails or facebook messages.

Stockx is a complete scam. I bought a pair of shoes from stockx that are guaranteed to be verified as authentic. The shoes never left the box or touched my feet. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to sell back that same pair of shoes I previously bought from stockx. The shoe that they sold me, that were guaranteed to be authentic when I bought them, failed the stockx verification process when I went to sell them back. I was told I should have noticed the defects when I first received them. I am not a shoe verification specialist, however stockx claims to be. They are passing off defective shoes as authentic. Completely unacceptable.

I have got a pair of sneakers from this website, they came too big. I have try to send them or get to exchange them, but no, this website does not offer any refund or exchange, only to rebuy them for a lower price that you paid. Feeling like anyway I have no choice, I have send them back for the resell the next day, in the exact same condition they came. And I have pictures to prove it, however they did not accept my shoes arguing that the box was broken and they even charge me $15 for it. Do not buy from this website you will regret it.

I never got my items I haven't purchased 1 pair of shoes no customer service they will have you calling the bank a million times because of payment failures and when the bank says it's all good and it still doesn't work you know it's them haven't been able to purchase 1 pair of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes August 25, haven't received them and they said they would refund the money and it takes 3 business days. I have the receipt of the refund emailed to me but I haven't received anything in my bank. Can someone tell me if they actually refund? First time using this site.
Was browsing a pair of sneakers from my phone adding them to the cart but not confirming. All of a sudden while still on the cart, got an email notification about order being placed.
I contacted right away the customer service who said that was not possible and that the order couldn't be cancelled.
I am since then stuck with an unwanted pair of shoes.

All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.
There is no option to place an order in "your cart" There are two ways to purchase on the marketplace. A Bid signals your intent to buy - it is your financial offer for an item on StockX and can be accepted at any time. A Bid will remain active until it is accepted, expired, or canceled. You can also purchase an item outright at the lowest Ask as a Buy Now.
The order was placed as a Buy Now, meaning it was purchased right away at the lowest Ask.
Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

Using their app I bought a pair of shoes. The app let me know that my purchase didn't go through. So, I almost immediately pressed the button again to finish the purchase and, again, the app let me know that my purchase didn't go through. Within several seconds I got not one but two confirmation emails saying I'd bought two years of shoes. So, I immediately emailed their customer service desk (on a weekday before they opened for the day) to let them know about the problem with their app and that I only wanted one pair of shoes. I received an email from them with a case number. I have since been ignored and both pairs of shoes have been shipped when, if they had read my email, they could have stopped the second transaction... but they didn't. Their faulty app is not my problem and I should not be penalized. I want a refund of the second transaction.
I purchased 2 pair of "supposedly" authentic Yeezy slides one pair a size 4 and the other pair a size 5 both pair fit the same way! So I tried to sell them being that stockx doesn't do returns, we'll come to find out both pair are not authentic so I've paid over $300 for some fake $#*! $#*!! I would never ever recommend anyone. And I regret not listening to ppl tell me that this company sells fake $#*!!

When I first searched this company to buy an expensive pair of sneakers for my grandson, it looked sketchy. I placed an order to purchase his dream Christmas present and received no order confirmation, no thanks for your order or any indication that the transaction went through. When I returned to the website, it showed that there was only one pair left. I tried to order again and about 10 minutes later received an email, thanks for your orders 3 minutes apart! I tried via chat, email etc to cancel the second order. I finally received an email response that they do not accept cancellations or returns. What a SHADY company! I would warn any to never purchase anything from Stockx.

I have been a customer of StockX for a while now, and I recently purchased some off-white shoes. The shoes I received where damaged, full of glue residue, logo damaged. I reached out to customer service thinking east simple return. I purchased $400 shoes, I received a damaged product, easy return like in any other company. To my surprise they are telling me that is passable to their standards that they can't provide a refund.
I am in shock and disbelief that in 2022 you buy a product get a damaged one, and they won't refund you.

I used StockX to find 3 rare funko pop vinyls and am happy that I found them on this site. I was sceptical at the start but they are way more trustworthy than eBay. Bidding is nerve racking but I got pretty fair prices for my items. The delivery was quick and I'm happy that items are checked before they sent to me. I will definitely use them again
It was between StockX or eBay and I got scammed so many times on eBay I vowed to never use them again so I decided to try StockX.
I ordered a NEW pair of sneakers but what arrived were refurbished sneakers. They had been scrubbed to where the white was beige/brown. The outer soles even looked like they were replaced and were a different color from the midsole. I submitted a ticket on the issue and was told the shoes passed StockX standards for new and I was offered a small partial refund or credit towards another purchase. If the sneakers were listed as "like new" I would have made a different decision as a consumer but I purchased based off them being listed as "NEW". I will not be purchasing anything else from StockX.
Offered a minimal refund or credit towards a future purchase but they continued to state my sneakers were within the allowable standards for new and kept saying “ Keep in mind the options were offered as sneakers sold at retail, some pairs will pass StockX's verification despite being unlaced, tried on for fit, and/or having slight manufacturer flaws and imperfections. Shoes may also pass verification despite the box having minimal damage from shipping, discoloration from storage and/or any normal wear and tear due to aging.”. All of which didn’t apply in my case.
