I recently bought shoes in this store and was very pleased with the service and quality of the goods. The shoes are comfortable, stylish and match the description. I will definitely buy here again!
I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I purchased a pair of Yeezy 350 V2 Black (non-reflective) through stockx and when I opened the box I immediately could tell something was off with the shoes. The shoes were dirty, glue all over the shoe, a random white thread in the black shoe. Etc etc. I had also purchased that same shoe through the adidas website and compared both shoes. It is apparent that stockx sold me a counterfeit good. I contacted stockx for a refund as it is not up to standards and they are refusing to refund/return the item. They gave me the "mass production quality" spiel. Which is a bunch of hogwash as I have purchased several Yeezy's through authorized resellers and have NEVER experienced quality issues. This is such bad business practices! I have filed a complaint with my credit card and hope they help me resolve this but in the meantime I am doing my due diligence to warn and educate people on this company. They should be out of business at this point with the amount of similar complaints there are against them. I wish I had researched this company more before I invested my hard earned money into an item that is FAKE! If you have experienced the same issue, please file a complaint through the BBB, write reviews where ever you can as it can help any future possible consumers avoid becoming a victim. I saw a previous review mention filing a complaint to the FBI (https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx) which I may do as well.

So basically this is my 2nd review for stock x in 24 hours. I have left one with trust pilot and stock x replied to me asking for more information (which they already had - like my name and order number) then after another 7 hours go by - no reply at all. No update no chasing up of my order. I sent them a pair of trainers almost 7 days ago and it's been at their verification centre ever since. I'm in the UK so all this rubbish about COVID affecting it is terrible. Stop blaming COVID - it's nothing to do with authenticating trainers and clothing?!?!?!?! You don't have an influx of things now just because of a virus! Only company I know who sends generic emails blaming COVID. It's an absolute joke. They owe me £97 and have been ignoring my emails and it's only until I write a review on trust pilot that they get back to me? But then after I reply to their reply / I GET NO REPLY SINCE! Chase up my order and get my payout sent to me now. I am not using stock x ever again in my life for buying or selling it's an absolute p***take.

I ordered my Jordan 1s on October 29 and I received my shoes on November 5 it took a bit longer because I ordered on a Saturday and that Monday was Halloween and stockx doesn't ship on weekends or holidays, but overall my experience with stockx so far has been phenomenal.
Tongue tag was a little damaged when it arrived. Would expect a little better quality control from stockX, especially when purchasing such a expensive sneaker.
I ordered shoes from my boyfriend and been waiting over a week no update shipping anything, I try to contact StockX asked for update they're just said I have to wait 7-12 days to ship to StockX after one week StockX said seller didn't ship the shoe to StockX they're cancle my order and match the price with new seller and I have to wait another 3 weeks to get the shoe, I contact StockX customer service asked for cancel since it's seller fault and they're don't give me any options have to wait it 3 weeks to get a shoe, I ordered for my boyfriend our anniversary 6 years and he's love the show! That's the point I ordered it and I don't get on time and Gould have an option to get from new seller or cancle so I can get new gift for my boyfriend!

I order 5 pairs of shoes For myself an my 4 children the prices are already too high it's like a Price gouging site for things you can get somewhere else for cheap, ok all the shoes are coming to the same place on the same day but there is no quantity option so I had to pay shipping 5 times an there is a processing fee I paid the processing fee 5 times as well, an also taxes 5 times. This is a rip off as I sit here an think about it I think my kids would've been happier if I would've just given them the money from these shoes instead of wasting it here. I'm waiting right now for a response to do a return this was a waste of time everything done December 11th an nothing is here an won't be until after Christmas it's no point if it's after Christmas. Two pairs where for special needs kids an that's all they wanted now I don't know what I'm gonna tell them cause I chose this site to buy from. Just think twice before you purchase here. Plus one of the shoes didn't make it through so they canceled my order I needed the shoe so I had to re order the price was higher an so where the fees just trying to get gifts for Christmas that's it. Epic fail one of my orders don't have a picture but I ordered it an the one I ordered days after I ordered my kids on the 11th came first I don't understand how the shipping works it's not sent out by date at all can't be.

The order came through and the expected delivery timeline was pretty long to be honest. However, it came through much faster than expected, less than a week and I'm very impressed.

AVOIDDDDDDD accidentally bought sneakers. What happened next: received an email tellin me the payment failed. Received a new one telling me the deal went through. StockX is flat out scamming people, that's what it comes down to there taking sales and not paying out customers and not sending shoes to customers. I have sold multiple shoes and they haven't sent 1 payment. There email response is generic and gets sent to all customers. There customer service doesn't exist. Whoever repacked my video card didn't properly tape the retail packaging of the GPU, so the GPU got OUT of the box and flopped around the inside of the shipping box, damaged the mounting bracket and one of the fans. I was using this for a water cooled build, so the GPU itself was still fine for that, but I didn't want to waste time sending it back, and risk having to pay even more for one since these were extra hard to get. So basically my options were: use this busted up video card, which now has reduced resale value because the stock HSF is busted, or send it back for a refund and likely have to spend even more for another one.
Fine I guess.

TERRIBLE! I placed an order for $229 on July 11th, they told me my expected delivery date was July 28th. It is not August 15th & still no sneakers! I received an email saying delay in shipping 7-10 days due to covid & now 3 weeks after receiving that email STILL NO SNEAKERS! I have sent 2 emails no return, beyond unprofessional i definitely will never be ordering from them again seems like i just got beat out of my money & sneakers, total rip off!
I recently purchased a pair Jordan Retro 5 from StockX. What caused me concern into checking the level of Authenticity of the sneaker is that upon opening of the shoe box there was a strong caustic smell of spray paint. A smell I have never before experienced with any sneaker purchased from a reputable show store. Upon closer inspection and comparison to the same sneaker purchased from Nike there are many noticeable "fake" markings.
1. The color variation is not the same, when the StockX sneaker Jordan 5 is compared to the same Jordan 5 sneaker purchased from Nike the color is noticeably a different shade, almost purple.
2. The inside label on the Satin of the StockX shoes, reads "made in China". Any website that looks for Jordan Fakes will 100% say that is a #1 indicator, and lastly,
3. The smell and feel of the shoe upper when compared to the shoes purchased from Nike. The smell I have already described and the feel of the StockX upper is different, not the leathery feel of the Jordan sneaker purchased from Nike.
I am very disappointed and will never shop at StockX after having this experience especially since they DO NOT BACK the AUTHENTICITY of their product and this is most evident in their return policy. Even when provided with photo documentation to support items 1 and 2, they ignored the facts.
