I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
I bought a pair of Jordan Retro 3 Fire Red (2007) and they began to peel within 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and will not use them again.
I paid over $250 for a pair of Nike dunk shoes, which had a defect on them (photo attaches). They were supposed to be brand new. I reported it on their website, (sent photos which they requested) and I was then sent a shipping label. I followed all of the instructions to return them appropriately for a refund. The verified tag remained on the shoes. I returned the shoes the very next day from when we received them in the very same condition they were received by me. A week later I followed up on the return. Stockx responded that they rejected the return because they claimed to have found wear or use on the soles of the shoes. We did not wear or use the shoes when we received them as we noticed the defect on the side of the shoe. Again, they were supposed to be brand new. They sent me photos of the bottom of the shoes, looking brand new still but looked a little dirty (see photo). They claim they received them back with wear and use on the soles. Again, I returned the shoes to them in the exact condition that they sent them to me. I am extemely dissatisfied and disappointed with my very first experience with ordering/returning stockx. I would never have imagined that they would pull something like this and that expect me to accept a defective pair of Nike Dunks for $250 plus. I have responded to them requesting to speak with the manager or supervisor and have yet to be contacted. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
I bought a pair of Kith New Balance 990v4 8.5 for my son. Amazingly, they claim they were authenticated and were perfect, but they arrived in a New Balance Box clearly marked "SECOND". Not only were they seconds but they were not the Kith Collaboration. When I emailed customer service, I was told that the box that they came in was damaged so they sent me the box with the word "SECOND" stamped on it. I was never notified that the box was damaged as my son resells his shoes. Their final response was take it or leave it $20 coupon code for a future purchase. I'm actually going to take this one to Small Claims Court just to prove a point. They could have easily remedied this situation by refunding my money but they don't really care. I don't understand how you can say shoes are authentic when they are in box marked "SECOND". How is it that they were lucky enough to find a box marked New Balance 990 v4 size 8.5 with "SECOND" marked on it as a substitute box for the supposedly damaged box. What a coincidence. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. On May 5,2020 the Air Jordan 1's Royal Toe dropped and they were sold out before I could purchase them for my daughter. Due to Covid-19, my daughter has been stuck in the house since March and she hasn't been able play any sports or socialize with any of her friends. I wanted to get her these shoes for she can have something to look forward to. So, I decided to go on Stock X and make the purchase. I ordered on May 12th and received the order on May 18th. My daughter was home, of course, and she was excited to see that her package has arrived. She opened her package and saw that the NIKE SIGN (check mark) was receding from her shoe. She was so disappointed and so was I. I immediately try to get in contact with Stock X, but of course they are so fraudulent that they don't have an direct contact number. You have to contact them by email and who know's how long that would take before I'll receive an response. So, I went through my bank to dispute the transaction. And I sent their FAKE shoes back.
They claim once they receive your sold item they will verify it for authentication. This process takes 2-3 business days.
I've sold two separate shoes and had no contact with them until I reached out to support to ask why the app isn't updating.
The first sale was 9/21 and I shipped within that same hour of sale. They arrived on Wednesday 9/23 but on the stockx app it said it would arrive Thursday 9/24. Fortunately for me I have my own delivery app to check when items ship and are received and it notified me the item arrived. I contacted stockx and they told me nothing, but someone manually went in after our email correspondence and changed this item to received. I get a generic email on Tuesday 9/29 stating "your item arrived at stockx for verification". That's 6 business days. Terrible.
The second sale was on 9/23 and again I shipped it within the same hour of sale. This item arrived Monday 9/28. I contacted stockx again with screenshots showing the time has been delivered and this time no one emailed me back, instead I get the generic email of "your item arrived at stockx for verification".
This whole experience has been terrible and I'm not happy by any means. I still have not been paid for my first item and it's been long enough that I should've been paid for both items already (see photos provided).
I will not be using them any more and I suggest that if anyone is going to be selling items to do so on another platform. Personally I've had more success selling items on mercari and payment has been paid once customer rated the item. This stockx craze is all hype and feels very fishy.
Any company that have customer service number is suspect to me.

They sent me two of the same order. You can't get them by phone, you can't get them by email and because their system was messing up I guess which was the cause of generating two orders there was 170 people in the queue ahead of me. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them to return the other pair of shoes and to get my refund. I even googled another email address and that email address wasn't any good either. I filed with PayPal to get in contact with them so I could return the duplicate order And so they banned me from their website and said they take it very serious when someone does a charge back. What is charge back wouldn't have occurred if they weren't having a problem with their system which generated two of the same order and you can't get a hold of them. They have no customer service other than online chat I tried to go in multiple times And each time it was 160 or more people in the queue waiting. Very unprofessional to not even have an email they can respond to in a situation especially like this. It's not the customers fault

BEWARE There is no customer service phone number and there is no customer service email. You have to sit in a queue behind hundreds of people. And in my situation their system was having a problem that day and it generated the order twice. So I was charged twice and got two pairs of shoes and can’t even return the extra pair they sent by mistake because I can’t get a hold of anyone. And then I end up file and PayPal dispute so they could get a hold of them and StockX banned me from their site

Shoes were in perfect condition but the colors didnt look anything like the photos. The photos showed a tan/beige colorway but the real sneakers are light pink/purple.

Stockx is the absolute worst sneaker platform to conduct business on. Horrible customer service and they'll respond back 10 days later with a mass produced generic email blaming covid for delays.

I've ordered a couple pairs from StockX now after the headache of trying GOAT and both have been received with no problems, my most recent one arriving only a few days after ordering!
It arrived a few days earlier than expected but I never received a notification when the sneakers were verified and did not have stickers of stockx
My ordering experience was cool but this shoe was a waste of money! Those slides are worth about $40! Next time I will do better research
