I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that

Parasitic leeches. I would never buy or sell through them. I have before, always overpriced after the endless fess they add on and the shipping costs they leave you with no option but to pay. I liked using their portfolio, until they decided to ruin it and take away everything useful about it such as a quick overview of market value, potential gain, and your rank in their system even though the ranking was backwards if you were in the top 1% they showed 99%. Which is just basic moronic sense for these guys. But they took away everything useful to add an NFT portfolio. LOFL. As if anyone who buys NFT's is going to use stockx's half a. Ed portfolio when there is a whole ecosystem of excellent apps for buying selling and tracking performance of NFT and your portfolios. That has to be hands down the dumbest trending riding idea these dummies could've come up with. Nobody cares they arent using your site for that, many of us arent even using your site to buy or sell, now that you've ruined the portfolio there is no reason for some of us to use your site anymore. Get real. Youre sh"t

All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.
We give an estimate of 9-12 business days for all deliveries, however, this is subject to delays. While we work very hard to stay within our estimated timeframes, we can not guarantee a delivery date. In addition, we do not deliver our own packages, so we do not have any control over carrier delays and/or how fast an item passes through customs ( if needed). In addition, the holiday season does play an effect on delays as it does with most businesses.
We do not guarantee shipping information for any item until after and only if the item passes verification.
We do not have control over the manufacturer's production standards and must work with products that they have cleared for release. Glue, stitching, and slight paint variances are common in all mass-produced shoes. Due to these facts, some items will pass verification despite having minor defects. Slow delivery. Not worth the hassle. Ebay is faster. Paid over a week ago. I'll just use ebay next time
I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 low Shattered Backboard Sneakers that were advertised as new. Upon opening the box, it was apparent that they were not new. The soles showed dirt on the bottoms and the sides showed slight scuffing. There was also slight scuffing in the area around the ankles. They were either extremely shop worn or worn at least once. Since these were a Christmas gift for my daughter, I showed her the shoes later that day and she did not want to keep used shoes. The same day they were received, I took the numerous photos required for the return, including photos of the tag that they attach, still attached to the shoe, and through emails the return was approved. Now the company is claiming that the tag was tampered with (removed), so the return is denied. If the tag was tampered with, it was by StockX after receiving the return to have a reason to return them. There wasn't even time to have worn the shoes. I ordered from this company before, without any problems, but now I will not order again because this is how the handle a problem. The tags seem to be a nice scam to deny returns. Even though I have photos showing it was attached, there is no way to prove it was that way when shipped. I am currently debating filing a complaint with the BBB to warn others.

Order at your own risk. I placed two orders. The first order was as described, the second was not. I believe they put those tags on items because they can always claim it was tampered with. In this case, they said it was removed. So they claim I went through all the trouble of taking all of the photos and returning the shoes, when they specifically said that the tag had to be attached and untampered with for a refund, and the tag was not attached. Why would I waste my time like that?

These shoes are a perfect fit. They are comfortable, I can wear them all day without any problems. The material is high quality and they look great!
My delivery came super fast and the shoes look really good. The only problem I had was the box being a little messed up but it's fine.
Was a clean and smooth delivery but there was quite a lot of trouble in regards to finding our address so ended up waiting an extra day
