I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid. Explain that
Bought a pair of shoes, took awhile from StockX to receive the product for seller, over the course of a month or so only received 2 emails saying there was a delay and don't worry. I had to ask what's going on with the order found out the product never made it to StockX and was waiting on nothing. I probably would've waited longer if I didn't reach out. Customer service was good and StockX offered a discount on the next order for the inconvenience which is appreciated. Over the course of another month trying to purchase a pair of shoes, it took 3 tries to get the product to StockX. It's unfortunate to see a email saying order has been cancelled and try again. Never had this problem with StockX till now. StockX needs to do better in terms with updating customer with info on the order rather a generic email saying the obvious.

I ordered my son one pair of shoes $182 for a kids 5.5. Received 2 pair. One damaged at the toe(a long scratch). I checked my account and was charged for one with my original 4/4 payment. A week later it pops up StockX charged my PayPal Mastercard in full and put my account over the limit. At this point my experience was terrible and I will no longer do business with StockX. After reading the reviews this happens a lot.
There isn’t a number to call. You have to message them and the responses aren’t like they are understanding you. I would rather talk with a real live person.
I couldn’t find the shoe in store for school
I bought a pair of Yeezy slides and noticed the sizing and shape were different to my other pair. I contacted stock x and said these cannot be authentic because the sizing and shape are completely different. I sent photos to show the difference etc. they agreed for me to send back and double check the authentication. Within a few weeks they were just sent back to me. I contacted them again and they said yes they are authentic. Now 6 months later the shoe is smaller it has shrunk. My thoughts from the beginning were spot on. Authentic Yeezy slides do not shrink the dodgy ones do because I bought a pair of them first. I contacted stock x provided them photos and absolutely no response. I'm now on my 4th email and nothing. I am annoyed because I thought I could trust Stock x for legitimacy but you cannot at all.

The Stockx shipped me a low-quality replica, and they don't want to proceed with a return or a refund. The Nike shoes had a bad gasoline-like smell and started to tear apart in less than a week. The smell should be a red flag during their verification process, but they simply ignored this fact. I have other same-model sneakers and non of them have this awful smell, and none of them have torn apart. This is a 100% replica. Their promise of authenticity is just an empty promise. Be aware.

I ordered my first pair of shoes off of Stockx and they are fake. I paid more than retail price for fake sneakers.
Stockx claims they are real after I've sent them plenty of proof that the shoes are fake!
I will continue to press this issue until Stockx does the right thing and takes these shoes back.

I ordered my daughter some dunks from stockx and we never received her sneakers. They were signed for in Baltimore Maryland and I never received a refund! The process was draining to even get the Refund on top of it all never again will I spend that kind of money online what a horrible experience for me and my daughter! StockX has a policy that the seller must ship a pair of shoes within 2 business days. Well after 5 business day (8 calendar days) I started emailing StockX because the shoes had not shipped. All I want is a refund.
No one from stockx has responded to me at all. I email them daily now 12 days later and still nothing. The customer service doesn't suck, it's NON EXISTENT. And meanwhile I'm out $280 with no shoes, no response and no idea of what's going on.
I received my box so broken up and with so many creases it look like someone was sitting on it the whole time it was in storage. The lid didn't fit the box and it did not come with the Fearless card. Upon opening the box I found that the tow box of the shoe had a defect. I reported this immediately and now I am waiting on a response from Stockx. I hope to get one soon or I will have to open a case with PayPal.

I paid £280 for some Jordans, they were listed around £240, but StockX hides the admin fees until checkout (because that would require having some care for the customers experience). I waited 4 days, then I get an email saying there was a problem with the seller (very vague, doesn't inspire much faith), but they'd found another seller. Another few days pass and I get told it's going to be refunded in 5-7 days. No explination why.They've taken so long the £240 sneakers are now nearly £300 (plus whatever mystery admin fees are going to be added), which I cant justify spending. StockX "promise" that if they make a mistake they'll put it right. It will be interesting to see what "put it right" means. I suspect its going to be along the lines of "tough luck, we don't care".

Let's start with the good. Easy to use platform, quality customer service but one major flaw that means I will never return to their platform. After wearing my brand new lebron 19 shoes less than 6 times, the sole had a defect and the air max sole popped. After contacting StockX, they said they do not offer any returns or exchanges unless the item is unworn, has authenticity tags and was within 3 days of receiving the goods. The only problem, what happens when your shoes fail after wearing them? Nothing. No recourse. No one responsible. Just flushed $280 down the drain. Not impressed. Won't be returning to StockX.

Easy and smooth shopping experience. Overall things could move faster, and there does seem to be some dead listing, like one bid was never acknowledged by the seller, and there was no buy now option with the desired price or reserve so that kinda sucked but the purchase I did make, aside from being a little slow through the process was good. I bought below retail but by the time you consider stockx fee and shipping I wasn't far from paying retail at all. Shoes I bought were 84 and normal retail is 120, fees did eat most of that middle ground….t
If I could give 0 I would. I have used this service twice now and my latest experience has made them lose me as a customer for good. I purchased some shoes for my daughter's birthday on 9/30. My purchase was authenticated a few days later and now has been "waiting for carrier pickup" going on 2 weeks. I know COVID has caused some delays but seeing i work for the shipping partner in the finance department I know we aren't delayed like that and we push our pick ups(that's how we make money). After reaching out to them they showed no concern about my order or the importance of it. They act as if they are the only service out there. My money will definitely be spent elsewhere from now on.

You cannot sell anything on StockX because the website that they outsource for their "payout" doesn't communicate back to StockX. So when you try and update payout info, you are out of luck. It's extremely glitchy. Use GOAT.

Someone had compromised my account and had tried to make some purchases and sells and divert any money that might be coming my way... obviously they couldn't purchase or sell anything and I explained this to a Stock X rep but still went ahead a charged me a fine! Really? They took no accountability or ownership of what had happened. They could care less that this happened... all they were interested in was their integrity... what integrity? They like to enforce their rules but don't take responsibility for what happens on their site... Avoid this company like the plague. They are unethical, uncaring and completely and utterly in unprofessional. You will regret it if you deal with them. Learn from me.
Many glitches in system is an understatement. We ordered a shoe size and confirmed size before dishing out a ridiculous amount of money for my sons one bday gift. And then we get a confirmation for a completely different size that we absolutely did not order. Notified them via email immediately because we did nothing wrong. And guess what - nothing they can do because of their policy which obviously does not account for their own technical/website issues. Note - this is my second review posted ever and the first one was on same issue on another site. People deserve to know about things like this.
Buyer beware! Their site is NOT secure and their customer service is so slow that a simple breach of a password lead to $1400 plus being removed from my checking account, causing late fees, over draft fees and missed payments in general. Their prices aren't any better than competitive sites.

Love my ones! Brand new, fabulous condition and they came a week earlier than expected, which worked out perfect because I was afraid they wouldn't show up on time for the event I needed them for. StockX kept me very informed every step of the way and I really appreciated that.
They sold me a pair of new sneakers that stink like cigarette smoke. They refuse to take them back. I complained to my credit card company and StockX banned me from their business. What kind of company inspects a shoe and gives it clearance with such a bad smell. They keep quoting that they do not accept returns. But it is your job to inspect the shoes. I have never seen the shoes so how would i know that they will stink like cigarettes. If you sell anything online you have to accept returns. Thats the whole point in buying online. If a customer can not see an item, or touch it before buying, how will we know if it is damaged?
So I purchased some shoes direct price. Lebrons mr swackhammer. Of course a rare show only released in Chicago. After back and forth with StockX out of no where I get an email saying that they failed to authenticate the show and have issued a full refund. I got 2 prior emails from StockX that if they seller failed to go through they would find me the shoes at no additional cost. No attempt was made these guys are a joke and will only cater to famous people. Not to the average person. Dont waste your time trying to purchase shoes here. If you don't get them in store I guess that's your loss.
Do NOT shop with Stockx! I ordered a pair of Nike Blazers and the seller mis-advertised the shoe for sale. I have in writing that Stockx would accept the return for a refund based on the circumstances. They even issued me a return shipping label. I shipped the item back only to have it arrive back at my door a week later in a destroyed box! Stockx refused the return and now claims they never agreed to accept the return. I have everything in writing. THE WORST. They lie.

Earlier I tend to buy some shoes at brands' websites, but these days, after finding out about Stock existence, i gave up this idea, simply because it's cheaper.
Whenever you enter Nike website you understand that some brand new sneakers cost a lot. You start seeking for some other website where you can acquire the same pair of sneakers cheaper. For no reason, I wasn't aware of this company's existence, I don't know why. After I understood that I could buy here new jordans 10-15% cheaper, I thought that it was the best substitution. Shoes are completely legit and branded, the company doesn't sell fake pairs.
StockX through UPS lost my parcel.
They don't even care about the parcel lost, they just told me "we are not responsible" and won't even ask UPS for a refund on my name... because they just don't care?
What is that sort of customer experience?
I'm really feeling like its a lost of trust from such platform and won't recommend it in the future if no answer is found.

My son saved his money for months to get Yeezy shoes. Cost 3390.00 he wears a 6.5 amd ordered an 8 to be sure they fit because stock x does not stand by there products. He cannot even get his shoes Yeezys from Vietnam onto whole foot. Stock x has basically said too bad.
