I was pleasantly surprised they validated an odd part I had ordered by mistake. We need more businesses like this. They saved both of us a lot of time and money in shipping and returning.
They canceled my 2 orders because PayPal did not have confirmation of my address. Instead of asking me to present prove of address they searched in the web and found the name of the previous owner of my house, assuming my address was wrong... How could a serious company rely on Google searches to do business!?!?
Called customer service and they checked to make sure the product was in stock and then helped me process my order.
Sometimes it's difficult to search for something. Not everything shows a picture, and I feel the results are not specific enough.

My experience was good but this survey is 8 months late and I didn't remember my order until I looked it up.
The only concern was the FedEx delivery which ran 2 days late. Otherwise, it's what I ordered and was well-packaged and got here is good shape.
Have ordered these labels from other companies and Immedia seems to have the best prices and good delivery service.
