Ordered a battery for my laptop from storebattery.sg online and received it around 5 days later. So far battery has been decent. However battery life don't seem to last as long as the one that came initially with the laptop. Maybe it has to have some kind of break-in time? Will see how it goes.

I was already making a payment for my battery, but it was cancelled due to the corona virus which limits the transportation channel to indonesia. They fully refunded my credit cards without taking any "admin" profit. My first purchase on this website and only decided to go ahead with it after reading some good reviews on laptop batteries. There are bad reviews of hand phone batteries though. I made the purchase on 30 Apr and received the parcel (from China) on 11 May. The new battery looks exactly the same as the original one in the laptop. Replaced it in less than 5 minutes, powered up the laptop and the battery carries 70% charge. I took another 15 minutes to charge to 100%. A big relief for me for buying a new laptop battery that works. I will definitely come back again for future laptop battery purchases. Well done and thank you seller!

Item arrived well packed. However delivery date was a bit longer than to the stated delivery dates. At first I thought I didn't got a real one as the battery brand "Dell" has been crossed out so I hesitantly remove my old battery to make way to try my newly bought battery. After several minor configurations and system test (including hardware - Battery). Much to my expectations, the battery did works well without fault.

Ordered a Dell battery which came after 10+ days.
Installed it, and it works good so far.

I gave feedback that the battery was not original, but they told me that the logo had to be covered for customs purposes. Fast customer service, and a product that is worth it given the price point.

I faced a situation where my account got deducted but the order was never completed. I wrote to the customer care about the issue, they promptly responded and sent the delivery on time. Appreciate their service

CS requested to send the photo of the old battery for verification before shipping. Works good and holds charge similar to my old battery when it was new. The battery came with good packaging with anti-static wrapping too. Good quality. Satisfied customer!

Decided to get a new battery after my current one started deteriorating after 4 years of usage. It was hard finding a store that sells this laptop battery since it is an old model until I came about this website. It has all the model number of the batteries which makes it easier for me to choose from. The battery was delivered in a week and so far the battery has performed well. Ordered a LG gram computer battery, arrived on time, works well (I've used it for 2 months), way cheaper than going to sim Lim square.

Update: March 2024, still working, has about 4-5 hours of battery life left

My son's Asus vivobook battery has gone bad, was sourcing around for the Asus battery supplier. Came across a few suppliers and decided to buy from StoreBattery. I am glad I chose the right seller. Thunderobot is not a mainstream brand and hard to find its accessories, as I am from Malaysia. I found StoreBattery online and many give positive reviews, thought I tried it out. After purchasing the Thunderobot battery with a very reasonable price, I've contacted StoreBattery to send me receipt which the person in charge (Amy) got back to me in just a day time. I've waited around 2 weeks for the battery to arrive. The battery is very well protected upon arrival. I've tried it out and the battery is just great! Everything works fine! It was the chinese new year period, hence there is surely a delay in delivery. However i requested to them that i needed the battery urgently and they ensure that i get my items within the time frame.

Ordered replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop. Received well and works alright so far. Before they send me the battery was ask to send photo of old battery to confirm the same type will order again.

The battery works as advertised and the shipping was relatively prompt. However, I noticed that the amount deducted from my credit card was $55.30 instead of the listed price of $54.80. Not sure why that is the case but could be an exchange rate issue.

Received Dell 14R battery in a well packed state and it is working very well. Customer care experience was excellent and they were prompt in replying. I strongly recommend store battery for your needs!
