“I bought mbt shoes, at least I thought I did”

I bought mbt shoes, at least I thought I did. I have never received my order. The customer service is unreliable, unclear and they never answer your questions and requests. I live in the UK. I requested my money back. They have never addressed this request. They keep giving me tracking number. When I check it says that my order is in China, apparently delivered. It is a joke!
