I ordered a Smart Money Clip from the Storus website about a couple weeks ago. I guess I mistakenly ordered two of the money clips by mistake, and so I contacted the Storus website for support. They were happy to help me and I was able to return the second money clip and get my money back. It was a little delayed at first, but after a couple days I was emailed directly back and was given a full refund once they receieved the money clip.
Pretty good service, I'd shop there again.
I have been a user of there amazing smart belt buckle that can hold credit cards and things like that and it is great.
