I ordered 3 products from SSS. The quality of 2 out of them was very bad. It took almost forever to dispatch :\. Plus when the products were not good-fit, I initiated the process for exchange, where only 1 product got exchanged due to the poor, stupid exchange policy. I'm stuck with the other miss-fitted product, which is a shirt. Plus they DONOT have a return policy. Therefore, BE AWARE if you plan to order.

Orders since 20 th December till today and yet they say me they haven't manufactureed it and will be able to trace as soon. As they ship the order they have no response also no call center customer satisfaction not proper response over social media and they mail me and say I havent placed the order properly, despite that prepayment is done so I have no use of product bought for the purpose of vacation, they treat customer like $#*! and have no response also properly

I ordered 3 formal tops from Streetstylestore, received material with very low quality and material is very cheep.
Tired of reaching the call centre number available, it is engaged and not responding during working hours. During off working hours, I got the response to ring on working hours.

Ordered boots New Orleans Saints. Came in with New Orleans Emblem and Vikings written on side took almost 2 months to come in was finally emailed back asked me to send pictures and I did. Did not refund me but did send another pair that was supposed to be corrected and that one didn't have emblem. It was supposed to have NOS and then Saints emblem and then Saints written out. I wasn't able to give to my husband as Father's gift because they were not in. On website says boots are Timberlands. NOT. Timberland or emblem no where on them. Cheap boots, quality really really bad. Will never order from that site again. I will also check to see if part of the Better Business Bureaus and report them. Unfortunately I had not taken a picture off website of advertising Boots

Worst experience ever!
This is not the first time I am ordering from SSS.
To start with customer support is pathetic they never answer calls. I have been calling since days but there is no response from the team.
I was trying to place an order and the payment session showed timeout when I tried it again payment went through.
However my money was deducted twice for the same order.
I have been trying to reach customer support for help but it's alway busy.All I get to hear is
(All are executives are busy at the moment and we have raised a ticket for you)
Where is the ticket? Where is the communication?
How does one contact to raise a grievance?

They have worst customer service, never pick the calls. They have pathetic return policy you can not change the product if you are not satisfied with the stuff they have policy that you can only change the size. Not happy with my purchase neither recommend anyone.

I have no idea what the $#*! is wrong with them, I ordered last month it shows product in preparation and isn't arriving, street style store is the most unprofessional and $#*!ed up store please never buy anything from that place it has happened twice in a row now with low quality products and eating my money $#*!ing street style store should be off streets and should go bankrupt. $#*! YOU

I have ordered on 26feb and made payment they deducted my money but there is no order updated in my order section. My order section is blank. It's more than 6days and still, no action is taken. Customer Support Services are third class. I will never order again on this website. Return my money you guys or update my order.

Very worst product recived and they are saying they can't return only exchange is the option... wrong size recived stuff is also not good... delivery is also delayed... not worth pricing... go for another site guys

I ordered a polo shirt called Kuyigos on their website and received shirts that were a different name. They are poor quality and are an obvious knock off of the real shirt that I received from Amazon.

I spent $70 on a very good looking sweater. 1st of all it took weeks to get here. 2nd I read where items run a little small. I wear XXL so I ordered a triple X. It Barley fits on my girlfriend and she's a small medium. I could tell immediately, looks like a child's. I won't even bother sending back. A fricken joke.

I have ordered 2 pair of footwear for me in size 40 when I received the product it was not 40 size and after kota of emails I got a call from one of there representative she promised me to replace my footwear then I got a email from there side that I have to pay some amount for replacement which is absolutely wrong... We are paying for our product and if there is some problem then why I have to pay money... she promised me that I will get a call from there sude And after that there is not a single response from u gyzzzz, please do not treat to customers like this and there is to long process to replacement that after paying the replacement amount they will take 15 days that first they will pick the product. After receiving the product they will go ahead for the next process... Very bad experience

HI I returned a pair of shoes worth 500 but you guys vanish from the site and there is no call center and no help from your side such a pathetic site and I thing you ppl are align not from earth planet.

If I would have a chance to rate the company 0 would have done that. Have had worst customer experience. More than 5 months and more than half of my order has not been delivered. Plus the half that was delivered was faulty had to exchange which they failed to in return they activated a voucher of that amount, which means I would have to order with SSS itself, which honestly I don't want to. Plus, only 1 product I have received properly out of 7 products I had ordered, and it's quality is too low for the price they offer/the quality they calim to have. Don't order, a big NO.

This company is PURE BULL****! I ordered boots and received a different pair of boots that didn't even look similar to the ones that I ordered! In fact they are extremely UGLY! I contacted their customer service and was told I should keep them and give them to someone as a gift... and they would give me a $5.00 coupon towards my next purchase! But I still had to pay for the boots that I DID NOT ORDER! Then I asked for a full refund OR they could just send me the pair that I wanted, since it was their error... NOT MINE! I'm sorry... but if they made the error they should correct it! Then I was told that I had to pay $25.00 to return the UGLY boots to them that I DIDN'T order!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYERS BEWARE! They steal your money and should be shut down! I'm reporting them on Monday 10/19/20!

I ordered from Street style store It took more time, the slippers started bursting and gave so much useless product I have ordered before but it didn't get wasted so soon The slipper's sole is also bad and twisted please return my money

This is a fake site. Plz don't buy any product with this bcz I have purchased some clothes but I received different items then I have return but they told me they don't have retune policy but they have already mentioned on them website 100% return policy.

I order shoes for father's day on May 24 and up to date July 06 this item never received. The tracking number link does not provide any updates and lately found out that the number does not exist.

Fraudsters, Ordered 3 shoes for amount more than 1k. It's been so many days, no response from support team, no tracking info.
Don't order from their site. They are just here to loot money..

Bad material and stitching. The length shown on the model is different from what it will fit you. They don't have a return policy so you're stuck with whatever faulty product you get.
