I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.

I was a little hesitant about fixing my phone myself. But you cant beat the price compared to getting it done at a repair shop. I ordered my screen got it within a few days. I took my time and installed it within an hour. I'm pretty happy with the result and would fix it myself if I ever drop my phone again. One last thing, save yourself a lot of trouble and order the toolkit, those screws on a iphone are not regular screws.

Screen came not working, payed returned for replacement and was told flex cable has physical damage and claimed I did it. It took me 9 days to get in contact with someone, I realize that if I choose sales, someone pickup but no one picks up for customer support. I followed the instructions, test before installing. Anyway I ended up paying to have them send the damage product back to me. When received, the flex cable was pulled out from the screen which they claimed I did. Also, keep in mind that there is 2 departments, repair and sales. Repair section ripped the cable and send it to the sales department and told them they got it back like that. Total rip off! Wasted $80 on iPhone 5s screen. I replaced 4 phones before using other websites. StriveMobile is a rip off! You have been warned!

Ordered an iPhone 5s screen with free shipping. It came well packed in sturdy box and I am now enjoying a crack free screen. Learned my lesson the hard way, always use a case if you're riding the bus.

Wow - it's not often that I received such good customer service that it literally made my weekend! I order an iPhone replacement screen (which came really quickly) but unfortunately, I had ordered the incorrect model number. I contacted Strive Mobile and was instructed to return the incorrect version and once received, they would credit my account so I could place a new order. Well, several days after returning the incorrect screen, I received an email notification that my order had shipped. Since I hadn't actually placed an order, I quickly contacted customer care to inquire. They had kept notes from my previous call and went ahead and shipped the correct model. This site is really cool! I used the live chat and ended up fixing my own phone MYSELF! It was really not that hard and the tech helped me the whole way. This site is very user friendly and you do not even have to interact with a person to purchase. The live chat feature is really great. It arrived within 2 days of ordering, so incredibly fast shipping for being free. I swapped out the screen in about an hour using their guides and couldn’t be happier with their service!
