If you need any kind of parts for your iPhone, iPad, iPod or other hand held device I suggest you give StriveMobile.com a call, or at least check out their website! Even if you are as tech savvy as a rock, these people can help! I cannot say anything bad about them as the process was an easy one and the guys there are very intelligent. Not arrogant, though! Got my part shipped immediately, came in one piece and had lots of help with the repair via live chat and calls and video tutorials. Great place, I advise to all to go and see for themselves! Thanks.
I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.
