I'm not sure why there are so many 1 stars? I've ordered from stylenanda 4 times and have never came across any issues with them. My shipment takes 7 days on average to arrive. What you see on the website is actually what you get, unlike other retail stores such as ASOS which are sometimes a hit and miss for me. Their jeans are very reasonable priced and way better than my Topshop jeans. However, if I can give 1 advice it is to look out for their free shipping promos since their free shipping applies for orders above $200 USD. Their S size is actually pretty big on me but other than that, I don't find any thing wrong from ordering from this site.
Stylenanda is one of the websites that doesn't seem to care about their customers. Beware that they don't inform that there's free shipping so you end up paying more taxes. And buying from Stylenanda will almost always get you caught in customs.
I bought lipsticks with the total bill of 99 dollar on December 20th, when there was a promotion on homepage that all shipping for all the orders that day would be free and there was not any shipping fee added when I paid for my order, so I assumed the promotion was true. After 3 weeks of waiting, finally my order arrived but i had to pay 32,20 euro for the shipping cost. This is ridiculous! It would be better if there would be no promotion saying things that was not true at all and if I would have known beforehand. Big disappointed!
You see, the other day they told me they are unable to change my order. That consultant was pushing my order to be sent out, and that it went on a SPLIT ORDER. Can you believe it, how desperate this company is? Their policy is not even a policy and their customer service is non other that bull$#*! people who push sales instead of satisfying their customers.

My request to cancel and change my order on Sunday after I have paid was denied. Preparing the order is usually done on a business day. They claim on their website that customer can cancel, edit, exchange their order as long as the status is preparing for shipment. But Rei (acclaim team manager) said it was not possible. Obviously, u will have to pay once you have placed the order, the invoice is out before the status shows that they are preparing your order. Such a dissapointment that the customer service doesn't even support customers choice, and just ignored their own policy. I saw all the request to exchange and cancel that day was not granted. It just meant she had probably ignored all of these requests cuz she is lazy to change the order. What a joke.

I bought the light up shoes. Ended up being $130+. Wore them 1 1/2 times and one of the shoes would only intermittently turn on. Thought I needed to charge them but I'm pretty sure it had to do with faulty wiring because you could see an abundance of glue on one side and that the glue was obstructing the electrical connection. Anyway, it's been two months to get a verdict on if they could fix it and they said NO, IT WAS MY FAULT THEY BROKE AND NOT DEFECTIVE. These people are CON ARTISTS. I spent $130+ to barely wear a pair of shoes, spent $30 to ship it back to get it fixed or replaced, and now they say that I have to pay $47 to ship it back to me?! This is such a scam and I'm so incredibly disappointed. Do not buy from here, I wish I could say it more times...
Stylenanda lured me in with their cute clothes and "free shipping". However, after a month of waiting, I realised something was wrong and looked to see where my delivery was. Apparently, it was being held and I had to pay custom duties to deliver it! I was told I HAD TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE CLOTHES TO GET THEM DELIVERED WHICH MEANS I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE. I have to pay double just to receive a little top and a lipstick! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR "FREE SHIPPING" AS NONE OF IT IS FREE. They also have terrible customer service as I tried to get a refund based on the fact that I was not informed at all of the custom duties and it is still under decision whether I can even get a refund! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, I'LL HAVE TO PAY OVER 70 EURO JUST TO GET A TINY TOP AND A LIPSTICK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT CUSTOM DUTIES. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE. STAY AWAY FROM STYLENANDA. SUCH A SCAM.
I ordered 2 separate orders over $200USD. I received confirmation of orders and delivery dates. Then I received an email stating in need to confirm by phone of charges. I confirmed email but the phone number kept hanging up on me so there was NO WAY to confirm order by phone, The didn't reply to my numerous emails either. After 1 week of trying to reach them I received an email saying they cancelled both orders due to my non response. I don't understand how to order anything from STYLENANDA if phone number doesn't exist! If they charge my credit card for CANCELLED orders I will report them as Fraud!
I've always admired the clothes on this site but never made a purchase because of the shipping fee. One day I stumbled upon an amazing pair of shoes, and sucked it up because they were perfect. Conveniently, a week after making the transaction I received an email saying they were out of stock. I asked for them in black after seeing them as still available on the website, and of course they were also out of stock. Would be convenient if they updated their site before customers spend money on something that doesn't exist.
Anyhoo, I ordered a couple of small items along with the shoes that I would not have paid the shipping fee for alone. After the inconvenience, I asked if it would be possible to get a refund for the shoes and the shipping fee and they declined.
Their reasoning? They're unable to refund the shipping in my case because I spent less than $100 and didn't qualify for free shipping. So, their twisted logic is that since I paid for shipping in the first place they couldn't refund it. Props for the backwards explanation, actually impressive.
This site truly blows, and gives zero $#*!s about customer service. Shop elsewhere because there's a good chance there will be an issue with your order and an even greater chance they won't do $#*! about it.
I just ordered from them 2-3 weeks ago and they said shipping should be around 7-10 days. Since it passed, I emailed them about why it was taking so long. They gave me some half *******@ssed answer and also told me one of the items I bought was sold out and that their website is on a pre-order based system so they are selling items that they dont even have in stock. The item that is currently sold out is still shown as available on the website. It's been like that for the 2-3 weeks since I bought the sold out item. So some unlucky person is going to purchase that today and be notified god knows when that it was sold out over a month ago. If you don't have it in stock then don't sell it.
Update... so now they gave me two options for the refund. 1, is get reward points and 2, is to get refunded back to my card but pay service fees for that refund because apparently the payment method they use has so relation to their company so it is beyond their control. PHOEBE (customer service)... don't BS me.
As for the transaction fee, this is a payment service that stylenanda website is using. Clearly, it is stylenanda's responsibility. Whether service fee is $1 or $100 does not matter. It is the payment offered by your website thus it is the same as coming from your company. So, in the end if there is a fee then refunded amount should include the service fee charge so buyer is getting their full money back.
As for the rewards point, who you trying to play? You want me to save this as store credit and pay $20 for shipping again? Damn, son you trippin on way too many balls.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I GOT SCAMMED LIKE MANY OTHERS. I wanted to return 2 dresses i got because they were so damn ugly and made of cheap materials and not worth paying $90 for EACH. They made me pay 20usd+27sgd in total for the postage back to korea just for the refund. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Items that came felt cheap and was written that it was made in china. I could have gotten a much better deal if i purchased from taobao instead. Please do not do business with them.

Update: Sadly I need to modify my review. I have made the mistake to order from Stylenanda for the second time in March 2020. They sent my order with split shipping which is ridiculous, they are claiming that I should let them know if I want my order to be shipped in one parcel. What is even more ridiculous is that they have used DHL express instead of regular post which means that I need to pay taxes and DHL's (which is 20 EUR / package?!) for both packages. I would need to pay around 80 EUR... I have ordered clothes for 100 EUR so I hope you see how ridiculous this is. Obviously their customer services does not care AT ALL.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER from Stylenanda.
I'm very shocked to read all these negative comments about Stylenanda. Yes, the shipping was indeed quite slow but I'm based in Hungary, EU so I understood that the shipping will take some time (I regulalry order from Korean and Chine through Ebay).
I was a bit worried about my package, especially when I was reading all these bad reviews but when I have contacted their customer services and they were super nice and helpful. They have even sent me the tracking site of the Hungarian post which is pretty amazing. :D So overall I'm very satisfied and happy with their service and with my pruchase.
I would give style nanda a -10/10 if I could. They have scammed me big time. I ordered two dresses and one pair of earrings. However the dresses were undoubtedly ugly so I had to return. Their return policy says to email them about a request to return which I did, and I got approved. They also said I had to send them my return parcel tracking number before June 20th. So I sent them the number 6 days before the due date. The charge from the post office to return the parcel was 20$ and that is not worth it in my opinion, but I still sent it back.
Today, June 20th, I received an email from them saying my request is denied because I did not give them my tracking number. They were rude as well claiming that I "failed" to follow the instructions when in reality, they were the ones who failed to acknowledge my email regarding the tracking number. Therefore, my clothing and money are gone, so stylenanda has played and scammed me of 300$ worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK IT.
BEWARE ordering from this site. Sure, the clothes look nice enough, but honestly, the quality isn't really that great and doesn't justify the price, and one can easily find similar items on many other notable Asian sites (for less).
Note that their sizing is completely OFF and inconsistent and often, even after reading the fine print on the supposed measurements, you will still end up choosing the wrong size.
Which will lead to you having to return things. Well, the big no-no is how misleading their return policy is -- prior to ordering, you might read their return policy and think it seems standard enough.
What's NOT indicated there is that after you request to return, they will DEMAND you use ONLY EMS -- not just any regular tracked airmail, mind, but EMS -- to ship back your returns.
EMS, as everyone knows, is exorbitantly expensive and will generally cost far more than what you're returning. If you don't send it by EMS, they say they won't accept the return.
Further, if you don't give them the tracking number within 3 days of registering the return, they won't accept it either. So be prepared to DROP EVERYTHING AND RUN to the post office soon after registering your return.
Nor do they do exchanges, with shipping fees borne by them, though that's what is stated in their policies (I screenshot all this in case they decide to quickly edit anything now).
Of course you don't know any of this before you purchase and you place your order in good faith. Well, beware and learn from my experience. Steer clear -- try Ledin, Shein or even Ali or some other such company if you're looking for Asian-style fashion instead. NEVER AGAIN!
