Going through the sale area of the website and found several shirts. The only thing to improve the website is to filter for size of shirt. So far I like what I ordered.
I ordered Eggo Waffle pajama pants. When they arrived, one entire panel of fabric was covered in blue ink. I've tried three times to reach someone in customer service about an exchange, all to no avail. Very disappointing.
The product did not indicate if it was a size small for children, men or women. The attached link size guide did not indicate any shoe sizes at all so that was of no help. I called twice, no call back but was during Covid 19 shut downs. As soon as I emailed I received a reply and person measured the slippers. While they called this gender neutral, the shoe size is a women's small and would have been helpful to know this.
I was not pleased that the items I purchased were shipped in a "document" priority mail envelope. This can easily be ripped open and items lost and/or stolen. In the future, I would like to see items shipped in safer packaging. Thank you, Bonnie Turner
I was impressed when I first opened the package. The GOT letter opener is the coolest letter opener and it's the famous GOT sword. I love it
I had entered my street adress wrong by one number so my shirt got returned to stylin online. This happened right before I was due to leave on a 17 day vacation so I told their customer service what was going on and asked if they would send the shirt to me at the adress I'd be at on vacation and they did it - no extra charge for shipping it twice. That is excellent customer service and I'm telling everybody.
There were small hanging threads off of some of the seams on the adult shirt, a minor annoyance that can lead to either shirt repair or unraveling over time. A more thorough inspection of the merchandise before being sent out to the customer would be greatly appreciated, to prevent these issues. The childrens shirt in my order was in perfect condition, however.
The package did not show up until January 4th. I felt this was an excessive amount of time but I also realize the postal service was experiencing issues so the time may have been their issue not yours.
I was concerned when I tried to track my order and the USPS website said it didn't exist. I contacted styleonline and in less than 24 hours, they responded to my request by providing a link to the tracking information that showed me everything I needed to know. I received my order a couple days later. StyleOnline is responsive to customer requests and is competent in providing actual answers - not like some places that clearly send a canned response that doesn't actually help at all. I saw quite a few shirts that were out of stock, and that was a major bummer. I hope you guys restock soon?
The shirt that I bought is a little more transparent than I had hoped, but otherwise I am very satisfied with the purchase.
I opted for priority shipping 1-3 business days for a birthday gift. The order arrived 3 days late. When I contacted the company, they said there was nothing they could do and priority mail "is never a guarantee." I asked for a refund on shipping, and after back-and-forth correspondence, they were reluctant to reimburse me half of the shipping cost for the inconvenience.
The only problem I had is every since I went on your website I keep getting ad pop ups on my Mac computer. I made my purchase so did not need to keep seeing anything from your website popping up constantly. That's annoying.
I became aware of your store from the booths they set up at local conventions. However they often do not have my size and have unhelpful people working at them. But I wanted the shirts so I went to the trouble of searching your website.
I received the wrong size for one of the items. It's not a big deal, he's still got some growing to do so he'll fit it eventually. It was just a bit of a disappointment to get a M when I had ordered a S.

Recieved item on Dec 24 even though it was supposed to arrive on the 23. Lots of people had trouble with shipping this year. My delay may have been due to weather in MI and I think it was USPS fault. It got here in time for Christmas regardless. The shopping experience was painless, but I expect that. My wife loved the Item Thanks!
The name of your site Stylin' may be a little too hip for me. IDK something about it seems to be a turnoff. If I find anything else I need from you though I will not hesitate to order.
The process for selecting the item and making payment was smooth and easy.
As this was an international purchase, it was good that I could track the progress of delivery online. It came really quick as well (within a week of purchase)! Great seller!

Pretty straight forward, navigation a bit wierd for finding some items, but manageable. Shipping was fairly quick too, on the shorter side of predictions made by the site, which was nice. I admit if I'd asked to be shipped across the Pacific to me, that might have been more of a test than to the recipient within CONUS. But as I said, within the frame of the particular transaction, all went smoothly.

Happy with my shopping experience, only thing that disappointed me a little was the fact that a few days after I put my order in the shirts I ordered amongst other things were put on sale which could of saved me a bit of money but overall happy with the experience.
I had been looking for this particular tank top since January and I was thrilled to find it on stylinonline because heruniverse had discontinued selling them. I am more than happy and satisfied with my purchase. :)
My original order was for a 'Gizmo' (from Gremlins)Ski Hat as well as a couple more that were of 'Pinky and The Brain'.
It said that 'The Brain' ones were Out of Stock, but let the order go through anyway. I received an e-mail with a phone # to call to get it squared away how I wanted to (instead of how it usually is...where they make the decision For you). I really appreciated that. So I was able to simply cancel that part and nothing was charged to me for the canceled part.
The other 2 arrived as soon as expected.
BE CAREFUL when opening they are pretty tightly packaged. I didn't damage mine, but I can see how someone easily could.
