Ordered a furnace and my credit card was charged immediately. 24 hours later I get an email saying the furnace is out of stock. Five days after ordering the furnace I get an email saying they have not had the furnace in stock for several weeks. When I ask them why my credit card was charged if they did not have the furnace in stock they became very rude and tried to blame me saying that the website stated the furnace was not in stock. I went back to the website and tried to re-order the furnace and nowhere on their website does it say that the furnace is out of stock.
