After watching a late night commercial about the new lineup at Subway, I thought I would take a look at their web page and see what their menu looked like. I haven't been to a subway in a long time so I was very curious about changes. I was very disappointed to find that the only way I could look at the menu was if I was going to place an order. And since it was late at night, no stores were open so it was impossible to see their menu. Even more insulting is when I tried to leave feedback to help them improve their web page, I could not even do that. You have to have a receipt from a purchase in order to contact them about any of the topics. Why even have a category for help with web page experience if I have to make a purchase first? For all you know I cannot navigate your web page so that I can even place an order. But you obviously do not care about improving your customer base because you will only accept comments from people that have already made a purchase at Subway. If it is non business hours and you are trying to decide if Subway would be a good place to grab some lunch don't bother to consider Subway. You won't get any information about their menu from the web page. Find another sub place that lets customers see their information 24/7.

Food is decent. And when actually visiting the store, folks are nice and service good.
My issue is with their online ordering system, app and customer support.
Ordering via their website is ridiculous. I've tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome, all with the same issues.
Two primary problems:
1. I place an order online and am brought right back to my cart, which still has the items I ordered in it. Payment processes but no actual order is issued. I've tried this at least a dozen times with different browsers mentioned above, at different times, etc., all with the same result. Upshot: I can no longer place an online order. It seems that their payment system will, in a day or so, automatically refund the charge. How thoughtful.
2. This is an older issue: The system will randomly edit my order, removing items from my sub, chips, whatever. I don't find out until I receive my order. I'm charged for what they sent me, but it's still not what I ordered.
3. Subway's support is non-existent. After sending more than 6 requests for support, I received no response. Zippo, nada. I spoke with an area manager but that didn't change anything or help.
I used to think Subway was pretty cool--I'm vegetarian and it's nice to be able to get a decent veggie sub, but I'm kinda done with this outfit. They clearly don't care about their customers.

In December of 2023, I purchased a gift card for Subway from a local retailer in the amount of $100. When scratching off the PIN, it was scratched too hard, and the PIN was unrecognizable. I contacted gift card services and was told to get another card with no balance, and they would transfer the funds to the new card. I did and they transferred the $100 in late December.
I loaded the card to the Subway app and used it for the first time on 02/17/23. My purchase amount was $11.60 I proceeded to use it again in March and found that there was only a balance of $0.50 I sent an email to card service again asking them to confirm the amount on my card. They told me the card "started with a balance of $100 on 12/28/23. The card had a credit transfer of $36.31 on 2/13/24 leaving the card with a balance of $136.31. The card was redeemed on 2/13/24 for $124.21 and on 2/17/24 for $11.60 leaving the card with a balance of $.50." I told them I had not made this large purchase, and asked where the purchase was made. They stated it had, "been redeemed on 2/13/24 for $124.21 at ******* S. Broadway in Crown Point, IN." I had to look up where Crown Point, IN was as I had never been there. I live in ND and had only been in ND or SD since January 1st, 2024.
I have kept asking Subway to rectify the problem and have always shown the proof they have asked for. I have not received any compensation and my situation has been ignored. I feel losing $88.40 is a lot of money and would appreciate Subway correcting their problem. The physical card has not left my home and all transactions I have completed have been done on the app. I am the only person using my phone. Contacting someone is nearly impossible as Subway has isolated themselves so that they can only be reached by email. Phone calls are recordings, and a human is not accessible. Not user friendly

First of all I customer service was bad lady tried to argue with me about not having Swiss cheese Location 645 N. Murray Blvd Colorado Springs I was very unhappy with my sub sandwich it only had 4 little pieces of meat I didn't realize they didn't put much meat on the sub Plus she forgot to put my cheese on it I paid a total of $9.16 I got chips & a cookie for this I didn't check the sub until I got home I should have returned it but I was just tired and hungry I guess it' was my fault I should've been watching her put the sub together I was feeling disappointed

I have notice every time I order on the app I never get everything I ordered and anytime I call to complain they do anything about it I asked for heavy teriyaki sauce, but all I got was chipotle and light mayo, even though I asked for regular mayo

The quantity of meat on the sub are not enough buns are stale, just went to Jersey Mike's fresh rolls tons of meat one of the best hoagies I've ever ate Subway needs to close take my advice go to Jersey Mike's you won't be disappointed

I recently had an experience of really poorly prepared and implemented promotion, The daily deal. I went in and ordered the Sunday sandwich, at the location I was at, the normal price was $5.89, the special price was $6.00. I discussed this with the counter person and she did not perceive and problem. I contacted The main Subway consumer line, they gave an anemic response of having the franchisee contact me. However, this location is shutting down because they lost their lease. I've reported the location before for leaking roof, which has been going on for years and Subway Corporate let this continue for years. Subway Corporate has a pat answer that the franchisee is responsible for all poor customer interaction. This is a lousy policy and really points out how much Subway cares about the customer experience, they don't and won't lift a finger. I've had other problems with using their app and franchisees not preparing the staff to process orders, not opening on time, running out of merchandise, poor sandwich prepping, poor preparer attitudes and so forth. Also corporate customer "care" is arbitrary on what they will respond too, when they will respond to and what they will do, and what they consider an appropriate resolution. The most disturbing is forcing the customer to continue to interact with a bad franchisee, it's like they want to punish you by having to go back to the offending establishment.
This happens so broadly, because Subway is absent in the customer experience and they have an official stance to not get involved. They are not apt to be proactive in customer service, support and value.

We placed an online order tonight for pickup at the Subway on Shawano Avenue in Green Bay, WI. We picked up the order and brought it home to eat. Once home we noticed one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly, to the point that my daughter would not eat it. We tried to call the Subway using the phone number on the top of the receipt, but received a recording that the number was not valid. We then tried to call other area Subways in hopes of getting a new phone number. We didn't get through; some didn't answer and some said their phone numbers were out of service/invalid. Why can you not get a Subway to answer or have valid phone numbers? I then drove back to the Subway we ordered from and received no polite greeting and no apology. The employees were not sanitary (one had long hair not pulled back and the other had no hat and blew his nose and put on his gloves, without washing his hands in between). I have never been so disgusted. I will never order from this Subway again and will tell everyone who asks how bad it was. Get your phones working, that is such bad business. Unacceptable!

I used to be a big subway fan for years, but after this incident I went through I am no longer a subway fan. I've ordered from my local subway a few times and it was usually good until the last time. I paid for extra meat and they didn't gave me a regular amount. Sandwich was made horrible and skimpy. They also gave me expired chips. I reached out to subway several times just to get ignored besides the 1 email I got from the manager of the one near me just said to call them and we can discuss a refund.I shouldn't have to call I should of just got a refund and an apology. I reached back out to the mananger and they ignored me. I also reached back out to subway themselves and they ignored me each time. Since Subway themselves didn't care to help me or refund me as well as the manager of my local subway, I will no longer order from Subway again. They have a problem with giving refunds, they ignore you and don't care how you feel, and they have gotten skimpy with their meat/toppings and charging more.

Reached out to them THREE times and they never responded! I uploaded my receipt and told them about my experience at my local subway I'm not happy and I want a refund. I got expired chips and they didn't put double meat on my sandwich like I paid for. The manager reached out only saying sorry and to call to "discuss" about a refund. That's bs. I shouldn't have to call and subway themselves should respond to me and give me a refund. I ordered from Subway on Melbourne Rd North Geelong 8/11/2021. The food was OK, but I added a note for the menulog delivery driver to ring the door bell so I knew my food had arrived & for driver to lock the front gate behind him. I opened the door to pick up my food off the ground, I thanked the driver & he Asked me for MORE MONEY FOR RINGING THE DOIR BELL & RECLOSING THE GATE! He wanted $3 extra for ringing the door bell 3 times & $2 extra for. Closing the gate behind him! The bag my sandwich was in smelled like filthy body odour! Menulog delivery drivers are the worst! Subway just didn't care about the delivery process. Last time I ordered from Subway (same place), my sandwich took 2 hours to get to me! WORST SUBWAY PLACE IN GEELONG!

I used a coupn at Subway in Walmart Supercenter (******* Highway 441 South Commerce, GA *******) but they denied coupon saying that the coupon is not valid for my order(Sweet Teriyaki chicken) but valid for other type of meat. Even though coupon doesn't mention any subway type.

I tried to place an order while walking to the Subway at 19 W Main St, Madison WI, but it was acting up. (The order was placed but never actually said so.) When I got to the store they told me they had order for me… the idiot at the cash register flipped the screen to show me he had no order… yeah, he let me try to read a list of current orders written upside down and in reverse.
Once the guys preparing orders had decided I had no order (it totaled $50!?) they just ignored me, and waited on everyone else as if I no longer existed. They just ignored the old woman using a walker to get around!
I walked around and got at the end of the line AGAIN and ordered my sandwiches… the guys fixing sandwiches were all Spanish-speaking and had trouble understanding me so the one "waiting" on me just walked away and went to the back and sent an speaking-English guy up to wait on me.
He got my order made, and literally grabbed a handful of napkins and shoved the wad of paper into my bag… they were more like non-useable trash than useable-napkins. Wadded up and shoved into my $50 lunch order.
Was I mistreated because I was old and disabled? Or do they treat all of their customers like "trash"? I do know I won't go back there, and it's the only Subway that I can get in to, as the next nearest one is in a basement accessible only by stairs so I can't get to it.

The lady that says she is the manager at the location at 3171 Amwiller in Doraville is RUDE NASTY EVIL MEAN! She tried the scrape things off the bread and reuse it right in front of me. I called here out on it and she threw the bread on the floor.
