I order something for a friends car pedal extenders for car. She is short and sit to close to the wheel. But she found a way to move the seat so she doesnt need them. So I called Summiteasy and told them my story and they said there is a "20% restocking fee." What?! I told them i didnt even open the box. I was told " we still take 20% to restock." So you get paid to take a unused item and put it on the shelve. Don't buy from them they take 20% if there is a problem.
