Tried returning glasses because they were ugly as crap and not what they looked like in the pictures when ordering. This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks, they haven't picked up the box from the post office so I am going to dispute the charge with my bank. I am beyond fed up with the little smart mouth jerks answering the emails!
Customer service is horrible! I received a damaged pair of sunglasses, twice. Both the original pair and the replacement pair were damaged in the exact same area. I contacted their team and they initially gave me an offer... which they then took back in the next email. There is absolutely no support provided and they even stated that "all sunglasses will have minor imperfections." Super unprofessional and not worth the headache for even $5.
Tip for consumers:
Definitely don't use this site, unless you're okay with spending $5 on damaged goods.
My favorite thing about this website is the ENDLESS selection of different sunglasses! For every style, they have anywhere from 3-6+ different color schemes. And for the most part everything is $5! The sunglasses with a plastic frame I definitely think you get your moneys worth, they are thick and sturdy, however, I did notice some of the $5 aviators I bought were a little flimsy, the frame was thin and the lens are almost as if they are just glued on top of the frame verses actually being made in them, and the lenses seem a little easy to scratch, but overall I was very satisfied, fast shipping, full order, no problems at all! They all even came with their own colorful lens bag! Super cute. I will continue to order from them and tell my friends/family about this company!
Q: Customer service is beyond TERRIBLE! I emailed them about a damaged product as well and they offered to refund me my money back or do a store credit. I wanted my money back and they didn't reply for 3 days. I kept sending numerous emails, finally they responded asking for photos of the product and said the glasses weren't damaged and that's how they are. I told them the product is damaged and showed them the product in the opposite color that i bought as well and how the other glasses weren't damaged. After providing images of the broken glasses in the two different colors and how they are suppose to look they told me there is nothing that can be done and just completely stopped replying. Glasses are decent, but customer service is completely disrespectful, unreasonable, and a waste of time.
