I found the sales rep Ona to be deceitful. She offered me half the money back for items which I never received, and refused to acknowledge that an item was faulty. Overall, very negative. I then found the items on TaoBao for a third of the price afterwards. Ona also stopped answering my messages or emails after I told her that she should replace the item or refund me in full.

I order 3 items from Sunsky, the shipping time was fine, all item arrived then when box is unpack 2 items out of 3 has major crack/damage, I email the sale manager "Aster". His reply was this is not our company problem, you will not get a refund or replacement, as you did not purchase insurance for the package, as I remember correctly insurance was not offer at point of check out, clearly they don't care what you buy or who is buying as they don't take packing seriously, so to all buyer don't buy from this company,

After being contacted by after-sales, they sent me a new LCD (the one I bought its flex cable should be broken in transit) and now everything is fine. Thank you very much for your excellent service and responsiveness.

I really appreciate the ability to contact my own Account Manager. She takes care of everything, answers my questions patiently and is even super flexible when it comes to small changes before the shipment is sent out. Times can be rough, especially in this crisis - but my Account Manager never stopped talking to me or ignored me, she deserves an award, I am not an easy customer. Also there are some nice features, which I haven't seen so far on other suppliers site, for example after a curtain amount you can request sample products for almost free, this helps you to test products out before you gonna decide to sell them. No company in this world is perfect, but sunday really tries to makes the best out of it and the communication is superb, nothing is more worse than getting no reply from your supplier. The product shots are great, the delivery and shipping time is definitely the best from China.

Honestly a great service. At first I was quite apprehensive seeing as I was ordering from a lesser-known Chinese website, but it always reinforces you trust when you have clear two way communication between the business and customer. Sunsky offers really easy communication via their sales consultant,(Ms. Peggy) and the customer. They respond fast to enquiries and give clear answers in good English(not beating around the bush). They offer amazing prices and outrageously fast shipping times(if you pay a bit more), cheaper than Alibaba and DHgate.
