Sunsky Wholesale has been flagged for suspicious review activity. Many of the reviews look fake and are currently being investigated or have been removed.
After being contacted by after-sales, they sent me a new LCD (the one I bought its flex cable should be broken in transit) and now everything is fine. Thank you very much for your excellent service and responsiveness.
Paid $113.30 for an item after coupon, but the package is lost during transition. Which I do blame the delivery company more. However, after usps reimbursed me $106.35 (the insurance only covers up to $100, and $6.35 is the shipping charge). I did ask SUNSKY to refund the rest few dollars after, but they refused and said it's entirely delivery company's fault, and they won't refund any for it. Ok, but this indicates if you do purchase a lot, and the package is lost during transition, bad luck for you but they won't refund you a cent for it. I don't really suggest to purchase from this wholesaler. Even if it's not your fault, you should help the buyer get their money back from the delivery company, but in USPS unless you've purchased enough amount of insurance, you won't likely receive the amount you've lost, SUNSKY didn't mention any of insurance part, which they might also blame delivery company for it because it's not directly shipped by USPS but from a delivery company in China instead. Domestic shipping by USPS afterwards.

I order 3 items from Sunsky, the shipping time was fine, all item arrived then when box is unpack 2 items out of 3 has major crack/damage, I email the sale manager "Aster". I tried to leave a review on the Sunsky site but if you write anything negative they just delete it. Don't believe anything on their site it's all made up rubbish.
Jarvis is a complete waste of time, he is there to deflect and deny, nothing more.

I really appreciate the ability to contact my own Account Manager. She takes care of everything, answers my questions patiently and is even super flexible when it comes to small changes before the shipment is sent out. Times can be rough, especially in this crisis - but my Account Manager never stopped talking to me or ignored me, she deserves an award, I am not an easy customer. Honestly a great service. At first I was quite apprehensive seeing as I was ordering from a lesser-known Chinese website, but it always reinforces you trust when you have clear two way communication between the business and customer. Hi. Their customer service are not so good, still waiting on answers when my new phone that I ordered will be send to me in South Africa. What I expect from them is that they only can send a email or message to tell that it will be send in day a day or two's time.
I bought a brand new smart phone and after a month it broke. So I asked the sunsky agent about the warranty and answer was that the phone has no warranty. How come a brand new phone has no warranty. Its some thing wrong with this picture. Beware
