I had a very disappointing experience with Supcase. I received the wrong phone case and have been given the runaround trying to return it. After four emails, I still have not been provided a return address or a return shipping label. There is also no return shipping address listed on their website, which makes the process even more frustrating. Poor customer service like this makes me hesitant to ever purchase from them again. I would not recommend their products based on customer service alone.
I ordered a Supcase for a Pixel 9 Pro XL. After a month I received a case for a Pixel 9 Pro which did not fit. I sent it back three days later at my expense. After another month, I contacted them and inquired about my replacement. They said I must provide my return shipment tracking number. I looked and looked and could not find it. They said the equivalent of "too bad so sad." I am not trying to get a refund, only a case that fits my phone. I would not order from them if customer service is a priority for you.
I ordered a screen protector from SUPCASE, and after a lengthy delay, I finally received the screen protector and installed it on my S8, only to discover that it doesnt quite fit.
SUPCASEs website describes the screen protector as follows: Full coverage, Tempered glass, Case compatible and 3D Curved Edge Designed to Fit the Galaxy S8/S8+ Curved Screen. The protector is flat and is not designed for a curved screen.
There is a small gap between the right and left edges of the screen protector and the edge of the S8 display, and this causes 2 problems:
1. There is a very distinct dark line running from top to bottom on both the right and left edges of the screen, especially annoying when there is a light background, i. E., a document.
2. There is a small area of the S8 screen left unprotected on both sides of the screen, which defeats the purpose of buying a screen protector.
Also, the screen protector greatly reduces the sensitivity and responsiveness of the screen, necessitating many presses to get a response.
When I requested a refund or a correctly-sized screen protector, the company completely ignored my request and did not respond.
