My first order on Superbiiz went well. The item was delivered on time, there was no shipping fee or tax charged, and the customer service went smoothly. I already knew that a representative would call me to confirm my address, so when it happened, it took two minutes on the phone and I went on with my day. I will buy from here again and I would recommend this website to friends/family.
**Building a Gaming PC** If you buy from Superbiiz.com and opened the item you cannot return it. Also if the item is unopened they charge you a 15% restocking fee. This is completely a unfriendly place to shop as a consumer with compete out of date returning methods. I made the mistake of ordering one wrong part, opened the box and installed it. Cannot return... Stole my money. You are better going to Best Buy, Micro Center or a similar place where they offer FREE returns on all goods opened and unopened between 14 to 30 days. Don't make the same mistake as me. All Superbiiz is good for is price matching.

For any kind of PC component shopping I am using Superbiiz which help me to save money. I feel secured to deal with them. But some of the components that I have purchased recently from them is not provided the expected quality. So, I have a little disappointment with their service.
We bought a motherboard from Superbiiz and a part was broken off the motherboard we sent in pictures 2 months before christmas and they decided to not be very helpful and decided to just not do anything about it until after Christmas never buy parts form them again very unreliable.
I have been buying computer components and building custom gaming pcs for years now and I recently purchased some high end case fans from superbiz because they had the best price but after only a few days of use the led on 2 of the fans stopped working (only worked some of the time). I sent them back to SuperBiz for "testing" and I was contacted saying that they could not replicate the issue so they were going to send them to the manufacturer for further testing. 2 months later I am just now receiving word that I will be getting a refund. NEVER AGAIN! Stick to newegg and Amazon
I ordered 6 video cards, they told me they were going to ship them out. The next day they called and said they misplaced 3 of them. I told them to ship the 3 they had out and that the other I would wait for. They called the next day to say the other 3 had disappeared and they no eta on if or when any more would be arriving. This is after I have been assured daily for the last 4 days that I would be receiving the merchandise I paid for.
This was a trial order to determine if I could do my large purchases from them. Needless to say they failed hard. Their customer service will blatantly lie to you to get your order. Avoid this site if you actually want the merchandise you pay for.
We purchased a motherboard from SuperBiiz that came dead on arrival. We could not get any video display from it and ruled out every other component as the problem. We e-mailed Superbiiz on Saturday, June 20th, which was within 30 days of the invoice date regarding a full refund. We were told that in order to qualify for a refund, they had to RECEIVE the item back before the 30 Day Return Period. We will be purchasing a motherboard from somewhere else and selling our "repair/replacement" one from SuperBiiz. We won't be doing business with them again.
I received a MoBo from them. It was damaged but packed in an undamaged box. Asked for a hot swap. They don't do hot swaps. Furthermore, ASUS who made the board had no stock. So my option was to send it back to Super-Biiz. They would forward it to ASUS, Asus would someday repair it and send it to SuperBiiz, Super-Biiz would send it to me. Great process but what do I do for a PC while these weeks and months go by?
Strongly suggest that if you are buying a critical component you avoid this company. In the event that you have problems, they will not help you in any meaningful way. They have no process to escalate problems. Their customer Service Manager (Shawn Y.) refuses to talk to customers. Their upper management is inaccessible. BEWARE. You do not have to settle for a vendor who has such poor warranty service processes.
The rest is your decision. Do not say you were not warned to keep away. Guaranteed I will. Thanks for reading.
Wish I would have seen this site earlier. I'm getting screwed by them as we speak. I ordered $800 worth of parts from this company and they have been stringing me along for a month now telling me the video card I ordered be in stock on the 2nd, then the 15th, and now they have no ETA on when it will be in stock. It's a complete sham of a company and worth spending an extra $5 not to have to deal with this company. Absolutely awful customer service.
The absolute worst experience I have
The absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering anything from online! This company took my money immediately and waited 5 days to ship the item, then used the slowest shipping available! My child will not have the item for Christmas due to them taking 2 weeks to get the item to me! This was not advertised this way at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are looking to get the item promptly you will be waiting 2 weeks or more to get the item! I have called their customer service multiple times and only get the same answer " the item will ship today"! Everyday the same answer!
My son who is 15 bought a GPU from them, never worked called for a RMA and after asking twice got the number to send this back, on our dime. They now stated it is rejected due to a S/N "Sticker" that was there it was. They will not let you talk to an owner or manager, they do not answer emails now and will not refund or even give a store credit. Windy a CSR told my wife sorry she was only a CSR and there was nothing she could do, try the manufature and would not let her talk to anyone who could help. If you are lucky and don't have any issues great but if you do you will be out of luck. Spend a couple extra $$ go to a good retailer Not Them Buyer Beware!
I'll just list the facts, you draw your own conclusions:
1) About 2 weeks after buying a motherboard from Superbiiz, Visa Fraud Alert called about suspicious charges on the card used for that purchase.
2) The charges were made at a Target in Hayward, CA, which is in Santa Clara county.
3) The local phone number listed on the Superbiiz website is in area code 408, also in Santa Clara county.
4) I live in Atlanta, GA, and this is the only purchase I have ever made from anyone in CA.
TERRIBLE return policy. They ship out DOA products and tie your money up through an RMA process while making you pay to ship the junk back to them. HORRIBLE service. Spend the extra 5% and goto NewEgg
I ordered the wrong memory for my computer. Because I opened up the postal envelope they said it was opened. I never even broke the warrenty stickers or touched the memory and the declined my return. I ordered ddr4 2133mhz 2x8gb hyperxfury memory. I needed cheaper memory which is ddr3 1600mhz 2x8gb hyperxfury. I even offered a even swap. Now Im stuck with memory I do not need.and im gonnahave to sell myself
Didn't come early, didn't come late and the product is in perfect condition. Everything went according to plan, no complaints here.
I received my order in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The product was securely packaged and came undamaged.
The shipping and processing times I have experienced with my latest order from SuperBiiz is completely unacceptable. I placed this order on the 27th of June. My order has actually been split into 3 different shipments, not two as the rep suggested in an email to me two days after the order was placed. That's good customer service, but she stated it was to "expedite" the order which is a complete lie.
The first package left SuperBiiz 3 days after the order was originally placed, with the last two packages leaving yesterday (July 6th), 10 days after the order was placed. This now pushes the expected delivery date and the arrival of all parts ordered to 15 days after the order was placed. I would like to add that I also purchased parts for this particular PC build from 3 other vendors, which have all arrived as of Friday last week. SuperBiiz is the only vendor that has yet to arrive as of last Friday.
I purchased these parts from SuperBiiz because of the prices of the individual parts, however shipping costs charged by them push the price higher than two of the other vendors I ordered from. Regardless of this price increase for shipping, the shipping and processing times are still significantly longer. This is not a satisfactory result one would expect when shipping prices are higher than competitors.
Because of the deception regarding shipping prices and speed of delivery, I will not be placing orders with SuperBiiz again. I'll also add this wait is for an SSD, a case and a processor. What they quote and state is not information to be trusted. 15 days of shipping and processing is unacceptable for such a small order, shipping charges higher than competitors and all packages staying within the domestic United States. They should not advertise fast shipping times and lower prices, it's far from the truth.
Sell something they don't have and lost ability to communicate after receiving the money.
Do not buy without protection.
Fast shipping and good price as usual. Will use them again. Highly recommended. Always the go-to place for PC parts.
This site had the best price for memory (Samsung DDR4-2666 SODIMM 32GB/ 2Gx8 Notebook Memory) for my NUC (NUC8i5BEH). The order came quick and worked as expected. I would highly recommend for and 8th generation NUC. I would definitely order from again.
