This is a very little known website but they build PCs like pros. Just compare what you get from these guys compared to Dell and you will see what a huge markup you are paying for Dell or Gateway. Plus if you have problems, you can more easily get them solved with their warranty and speak to someone who understands the English language... not someone in India. Prices are as if you built it yourself. I highly recommend anyone try them just once and you will be convinced not to spend extra money at a retail outlet.

**Building a Gaming PC** If you buy from Superbiiz.com and opened the item you cannot return it. Also if the item is unopened they charge you a 15% restocking fee. This is completely a unfriendly place to shop as a consumer with compete out of date returning methods. I made the mistake of ordering one wrong part, opened the box and installed it. Cannot return... Stole my money. You are better going to Best Buy, Micro Center or a similar place where they offer FREE returns on all goods opened and unopened between 14 to 30 days. Don't make the same mistake as me. All Superbiiz is good for is price matching.

Never, ever, under any circumstance, should one ever order from this company. The customer service is terrible, they ship everything the slowest means possible, and their sales people can't type a simple address. I highly recommend Newegg, TigerDirect, Buy/Rakuten, or Amazon. Never this company... just never.

You have now been warned. Their return policy is one of the most restrictive I have ever come across. Order from NCIX, Amazon vendors, as well as Micro Center. SuperBiiz is a rude, unhelpful vendor that should be out of business very soon. Others have gone into to detail, and my experience was the same, I wished I had read their reviews first before I ordered from these thieves. They are a member of Google Trusted Stores, which means nothing, Google fully endorses their policies. You have been warned!

My order hasn't made any progress for 5 days. They claimed that they called and emailed me about it but I never received any calls or emails. The customer service was very nice but not very knowledgeable or helpful at all. After I asked to speak to a manager I was told that "they are unable to come to the phone". Absolutely nothing about my experience here makes me believe that they care at all about their customers. I won't be shopping here again.

Four days after placing my order I contacted the company to see why it hadn't even begun to be packaged. Only after I asked did they tell me that my credit card information was incorrect, when it hadn't been at all. I reassured them it was correct, and finally seven days after placing my order it got to "released for distribution," still on the opposite coast.

During this time, customer service took at least 24 hours to respond to any followup emails sent, and despite the package being in their warehouse, stated that they were now unable to add any form of expedited shipping. This was my first time shopping with Superbiiz, but I would not return to them, or advise anyone to do business with them.

It has now been 2 days since they responded to two emails I've sent, really abysmal service. Naturally the parts also haven't shipped.

I bought an above average price GTX 970 G1 Gaming from Superbiiz about 2 months ago, while my friend bought the same card from Amazon. I've been reading about how companies were offering partial refunds due to the false advertising on the part of Nvidia. My friend was given a 20% refund from Amazon. I got a dismissive email saying I can't even return the card. I'll be sticking to Newegg (since Amazon doesn't accept paypal) from now on.

It has been a long time since I built my own pc but I do remember it being significantly cheaper than buying online. Currently when you configure your system through a major company you are seemingly paying much more than if you just bought it off the shelf. This company is located around the corner from where I grew up and has a real address/phone etc which is rare these days for internet companies. I took a look at their prices and they were far below what is currently being sold at retail for the same specifications. If you are looking to buy a new computer, I would recommend seeing what your money will get you at a larger internet retailer such as Dell, gateway, sony, HP and then compare the specs to what you can get here. You might be able get some significant upgrades for not much more money. Often times upgrading a HD will cost you hundreds extra... here an upgrade to 1.5TB cost an additional $26 from what I saw... Just try finding that deal on other more commercial sites.

This company does not how to do the business. They are holding my order because they cannot find the address in their register. I get a ton of internet purchases on and this is the only one that issue with my address. Communication is horrible. They gave me a phone numb that is disconnected. It is a real hassle to business with them. I should go to Amazon at first place.

Bought a motherboard which had a short in it. Returned it undamaged via UPS who also packed it properly. Next thing I know, they are denying a refund because the motherboard has "damage" and they attach a picture which shows a bunch of bent pins. I feel like I was totally scammed and will not ever buy from them again. Based on the online reviews I think others have been scammed as well which does not bode well for their future. I hope others will share if they've had a similar experience.

I brought a Intel I5 11 generation processor from them on Ebay. They had the best price and it arrived in a sealed box. I put it on my new motherboard and the computer is working great! I'm a very satisfied customer!

I ordered 4 case fans for my new desktop PC and not only did they charge me at minimum $13 for shipping on a $27 order (that's almost 50% more!) It took nearly a week for the parts to even leave the warehouse and a phone call for them to finally send me the tracking number. Afterwards it took nearly a week for the fans to even show up. Garbage site.

I had heard shipping was slower than other retailers, but the deal on pc fans was too good to pass up. I was surprised when the package was on my step a few days later with a quality product. Thank you!

Good pricing. However, I attempted to return a product that was unused though out of its box, and they wouldn't let me return it at all. I even offered to pay a restocking fee, but they wouldn't budge at all. No store credit, nothing. That ridiculous policy is why I would never shop through them.

Item showed as $77.99 when i saw it on the site. I placed in my basket and it was $82.99. I called customer service with no result other than a stubborn girl who had been working for superbiiz.com for 5 years said she couldn't do anything for me. So i went on the chat and spoke to Libby who helped me and honored the rate and now I'm yet another happy customer thanks to sweet Libby

I needed a Mini ITX motherboard for a downsized case and 7-year old parts. SuperBiiz had the exact motherboard I needed at a reasonable price (found via google.com/shopping). I bought it Monday, and it showed up on Wednesday. Part's installed and computer's running great! Very pleased, will use again.

Fast delivery, and purchase arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. With no problems to report, I don't know about their customer service record, but so far, so good.

The absolute worst company policies and customer service. I ordered a product, received it realized only after opening it to take a look at it that it was not the correct part that I needed so I did the normal expected thing and contacted them to return it so that I can get the correct product but I had no idea that this company will not take your return once you open the box, NOT if it's been used, but once you open the box!

REALLY? An unused prodect is now somehow looked at as used to these idiots and they will not refund you your money, Everyone do yourself a favor and find another more reputable company to deal with because if something like this happens to you don't expect to get your money back or any type of customer satisfaction, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Product was at a good price, and was delivered quickly. The package arrived in good shape, and is in working order. What else can you ask of a web store purchase?

I did some of my Christmas shopping there. I did save a little bit. The main reason I did my purchases there was the site was one of the online retailers for the Supper Talent flash memory drives. That gave me the confidence and security to deal with them. I have ordered two items in separate shipping. They offer free shipping when used First Class mail and UPS with a chart for the different types (next day, second day...). I tried the free shipping USPS and the 3rd day UPS. I placed the first order with the free shipping on 11/26/10 (Friday) and on 11/29/10 I had the product. The second order I placed Sat 11/27/10. The processing started 11/29/10 and the tracking shows me I will have it on 01/12/10.

I got billed after the processing. They do not work on weekends so for the Fridays order my credit card was billed Friday and for the Saturdays order on Monday.

The order was delivered in a timely fashion. Price is on par with other major web sites. The order was well packaged in the box so that the OEM box was not damaged.

After reading many reviews, next time I'll choose a retailer with a much more accommodating return policy just to protect myself as a consumer. If I'd had to RMA the power supply, I know that it would be very frustrating for me to wait weeks through the process, let alone pay the shipping cost for it.

Order was placed on a Friday, paid with PayPal and the payment processed quickly. The power supply that I bought was shipped on Tuesday evening the following week, and a tracking number given. West coast to East coast UPS shipping was 4-5 business days, as it arrived on Monday the week after that. My recommendation is to not order on a Friday; Wednesday or Thursday, at the latest.

The price with a rebate was lower than Amazon at the time, but the day that it arrived the price on Amazon was $2 less without a rebate, so your mileage may vary. If the rebate goes through without a hitch, I don't mind depriving Amazon of the sell, personally. The PSU that I bought is functioning without issue, so I don't expect to need to go through RMA with Superbiiz. It also has a 10-year warranty, which is why I've registered it so that there are no worries on my mind.

Easy and quick. The item worked first time and every time. Have had it less than a week with no issues.
