Great Experience! Product arrived undamaged and on time.
Bunch of liars. I was told a replacement order was being shipped out to me and I never received it. I am disgusted with Supermarket Italy and will never purchase from them again.
Items arrived very quickly and packaged very well to ensure no damage.

I had to keep looking on website to see if it was available. For about 2 months
I asked about crushed calabrian chilis when will they be back on the market. It says they are sold out so i sent a message and never got a response.
I ordered for the first time on 4/28/24. I received the order on 5/12/24. I live in Eugene, Oregon, not so far to deliver.
After my order I was informed, on 5/1/24, that one of the items was out of stock. I don't get how that could have happened because the site lists in stock and out of stock items and I was careful to ensure the item was in stock.
One of the items I received has a Use By date of Nov 2024, though all of the others are well into 2025. That's acceptable, but I question how long that item has been in stock.
I am unhappy with the total time it took to receive the order. A competitor in the same are of the country delivered in about 3 days.
The products looked very good. Carefully packed with no damage.
Great for "hard to find" items and are reasonably priced.
Love the variety and fair pricing. They ship promptly too! I definitely recommend this site.
Everything is good but did not receive any Cento White Clam sauce at all! I ordered 5 cans, and none came in my package. Waited a bit to see if they would arrive separately but nothing. I'd like the sauce sent to me rather than a refund. Thank you very much!

The whole process of finding, ordering, paying, and receiving the Rose Harissa was done very smoothly and well. It is very clear that the firm is VERY interested in showing that it deserves a reputation for a high degree of service with regards to its customers. And that it is hungry and nimble enough to compete with Amazon by offering lower prices for goods that I am interested in. As the title of this review says: "Well done."
