Terrible place to do business. Ordered Toto sinks - company states "we are close to Toto headquarters so they can get product To you fast." if you consider fast to be over 14 days for an "in stock" item, then this is your place for business! Not me!
Several calls requesting order status went nowhere. "we'll have to call you back" (which never happened).
Calls to speak with a manager were met with excuses such as "I will have one call you back" or the classic "my supervisor is in meetings all day."
Followed up with Toto and they couldn't understand why it was taking so long to ship an in-stock item...
Consequently, Toto has lost a customer for life due to the poor business practices of supply.com.
You have been warned...
I ordered a part for a job last Wednesday and was promised it would be here on Friday. I was told it would ship on the day I ordered (Wednesday) but it shipped the day after (Thursday). I have a screen shot indicating it would be delivered on Friday. The part arrived today (Monday). I would have ordered it from someone else if I would have known it would be late. I did not have a job for Friday and had to reschedule the job that I had Monday. Lost out on a day's work. I contacted supply.com early Friday but they were unwilling to send me the part for Saturday delivery. They were not even willing to give me a discount and take off the shipping that I paid to have it here on Friday. If you order from them do not count on getting your parts on time. Do NOT schedule a job thinking you will have the parts when promised.
They kept my credit card number on file and filled an order that I did not order, yesterday they said they would return funds today they will not return funds and they still have the items. I am out $1200, have to get my credit card company to get the money back, close my credit card, wait 2 weeks for another card and generally screw up everything
Supply.com accepted an order for a part it does not have and waited more than a month to notify the customer of this fact, the date of promised delivery.
I ordered a Grohe Flow Control through Amazon on May 22,2018 with delivery by June 20,2018.
On June 19th at 5:30 pm, I received an e-mail from Supply.com stating:
We're writing to inform you that your order from SUPPLYdotcom has been canceled because the item you purchased is out of stock.
Please note, that because of the lateness of the email, it is considered the next business day, June 20th.
Y'all need to get arrested for fraud, Then put in jail so big $#*! bubba can screw you so you see how it feels to get $#*!ed.
