Called around for service representative to come out and access my furnace problem. Found a local rep. Paid the typical assesment I thought was fair.Service rep made his assessment. Great. After quoting me a rediculous price(my opinion) that included the part needed.That's where the buck stops. I researched part's suppliers and found SupplyHouse. Just one call and I reached a representative that quickly found the part I needed(Nordyne furnace inducer motor) and boom, the price was one half the amount the local supplier was asking. I ordered the part and it arrived within the time period the service rep mentioned. The packaging was 1st class. 24 hours. Good Job Supplyhouse.

I purchased over a dozen hydronic baseboard heaters from Supply House. Several failed and the ones they sent to replace the ones that broke also failed. One employee admitted they had a defective batch. Despite this they told me they would not honor any more warrantee claims. Home Depot has the same ones and they will stand by what they sell. Avoid Supply House they stink.

Great customer service, but their returns can not be combined since they ship different items to different locations. If they can adopt an Amazon model I would give them 5 stars.

We needed to replace some steam air vents at home, that's relatively easy to do without hiring a plumber. I found the items easily on the website, placed an order and received them quickly.

Turns out that cheaper is not always better... one of them broke after a couple months and released a lot of steam on the basement wall. I contacted customer service, they provided a refund, and I was able to order a replacement- this time of higher quality, at a higher price, hoping it will last for years.

Very good experience overall!

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy the cheapest items you find, it's better to pay a bit more for good quality.

I've worked for many years in the customer service industry. I know how a review can effect your business. That's why I want to be perfectly clear about my experience with Supply House. 1st of all I spoke to a helpful representative (Danny) who looked up my part and made sure it was what I needed. He ordered the part with me on the phone so I could verify, in real time, that it was ordered. He only charged me for ground rates and the overall cost of my part was $100.00 cheaper than any other place I looked. Needless to say I was super skeptical when I received the part by 7 pm the next day! Apparently they found a distributor close by my area and were able to get it to me next day! The part I ordered was a control module for a air handler blower motor. The part was an exact match/pre-programmed and super easy to install! Thank you guys for a job well done! I will definitely tell my friends about you and use you again soon! Thanks again Danny, good job!

My gas water heater ship prep consisted of four layers of triple walled cardboard surrounding the boxed unit, then strapped down to the pallet, and then shrink wrapped in plastic. When I got the unit after a two day delivery, the unit looked pristine. The low price company guarantee plus the knowledge that I already had two other non-competitive offers for the same water heater that were $300 to $700 more made this an absolutely a no-brainer to shop any where else.

I've ordered from SupplyHouse for many years now (used to be called PexSupply back in the day). They are always reliable, and ship incredibly fast. The minimum purchase for free shipping is not outrageous like on other websites, and never takes more than a day or two to reach me. They do a good job listing as many details as possible on their item pages so that you know which product to select. Lastly, they are usually the most competitively priced, but even if they are not, they will match their competitors if you just email them. You can't beat that! SupplyHouse is always my first stop when looking for HVAC and Plumbing supplies!

I needed a paid receipt for the water heater I bought online at supplyhouse.com, in order to receive the rebate my electric company was offering. I called the 1-888 number, and Chelsea answered. In less than a minute I had a paid receipt in my e-mail! That is awesome customer service! The shipping of the water pump, was handled well, also! Awesome company to deal with.

I needed a rebuild kit for an anti backflow valve. I called around locally, and none were able to get the kit in less than two days. I ordered from Supply House at 4:00pm. The web site claimed it would be here the next day. I thought, "No way. I'm ordering late, I'll give it a couple of days." Not a chance. Kit showed up on my front door in 24 hrs to the minute. Absolutely amazing. The exact right kit, at a price near the lowest advertised online. Supply House is my first choice from here on out.

They will get the product to your door in 24 hrs.

I ordered parts and they were actually delivered THE NEXT DAY! And I used their standard shipping. Turned out some of the parts I ordered I goofed up on. Without question they emailed the paperwork necessary for the return and they accepted them and credited my account. I'm so pleased with this company that I cannot wait to recommend them to everyone I know. Fantastic!

I only gave them 5 stars because you don't have an option to give them 10!

Installed a new draft inducer motor for customer part failed and they would not return part saying it was the wrong part that was installed. It was exactly the same part had all the same specification molex plugs exactly the same. This was just a way to get out of standing behind the warranty.

I found SupplyHouse.com after two very unpleasant experiences with a horrible PEX house in Brooklyn, NY. Supplyhouse is a reliable vendor of quality components, not just PEX. I am always concerned about the quality of components in my drinking water and I have every confidence in the quality of goods from this supplier. In addition, the customer service at Supplyhouse is OUTSTANDING. Instead of dealing with a mush-mouth, thuggish, buffoone from a high crime city, you get respectful, helpful, and personable customer service folks at Supplyhouse.com. So to recap, never buy anything from the New York City borough, use helpful merchants with decent staff, and buy quality materials at good prices.

Tip for consumers:
Trust them!, this is a good merchant and do not be fooled by low prices from a third-rate New York City supplier.

I purchased filters for my A/C 12x20x1 when I received them and used one everytime my A/C shut down the filters would drop and make a loud noise. Turns out when I measured the filters they were 11.5x19.5x1. Cost me a $26 to return them. Since they send filters that are what they say they are they should have paid for Mr to return them. I would never buy anything from this company again

I am new to the HVAC industry so I don't really know what I am doing. I reached out to our rep Nicole S on several occasions and she has been absolutely NOTHING but helpful and kind every time. It is hard to come by employees who actually care about their customers and Supply House and Nicole and her team definitely do. I sure do appreciate them!

Representative assured me the item was in stock. It wasn't. Now, I've had to cancel the order and request a refund. A week of time wasted. Thumbs down with this outfit.

We ordered yesterday, and paid $50 for overnight delivery. It was promised to get here before noon and they delivered!

We installed the defrost motherboard, and it works perfectly!

Tip for consumers:
Do make sure you cut off the power outside and the breaker inside the house and turn off the AC HMI (human interface) inside the house before installing. Only grab the edges or the plastic prongs underneath the motherboard. The motherboard appears to be waterproofed, but try and prevent yourself from dripping sweat on it anyhow. Take photos of the installed product before changing it so you can reference it later if needed.

Since my friend ordered the product, I don't have that receipt.

I ordered a Bradford White hot water heater based upon representations it was in stock and could be delivered to my tenant within the week. However, the tracking information kept pushing the delivery date back every day I looked and my tenant had to keep changing plans to be present for new arrival dates. I called customer service to find out why the delivery kept getting pushed back (it was now scheduled for delivery on 8/30) and when I was going to get it. I was promised a call back that I never got. The next morning, I looked at tracking and now it said it was expected by 8/19, a date that had passed a week ago. I spoke to a representative and canceled the order now that it appeared the product was lost in transit and I had my handyman pick up a Rheem at Home Depot. Three days later, I get an email from SupplyHouse saying they are going to charge me a $121 freight fee or the product will "remain in transit" and I won 't get my refund. I've already paid for a new one and nowhere on any of the emails and invoices I received does it say I'll be charged. In fact, it says very clearly I can cancel an order anytime and there is no restocking fee. I should not have to pay a freight fee for an order I had to cancel because SupplyHouse couldn't deliver as promised.

Ive ordered a fair amount of material from these people Im a small business so getting a good price is important. As the majority of the itemes are priced well, be careful because not ALL is, shop it. The biggest problem i have with them is there qouted arrival time, I would say less than 1/2 of my orders come when they say they will, its usally a day or upto 3 days longer than they say its gunna be. Ive called them on this and its more productive to bang your head on the wall. Of coarse its not her fault they say its the shipping company blah blah blah, dont believe it. Ive counted MANY times on getting product when they say it will arrive only to look stupid and get hit with delay charges from customers and contractors for not being able to get project done by going off when they claim i will get material. So DONT count on there arrival date if its important. This is the case even if you are in there "fast track" area or even if your a "trademaster" makes no different. Price = Good Delivery promise = FAIL. Dont state it if cant fullfill

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT put any trust in there shipping promise dates it is not accurate, They will blame it on shipper but its not correct, Dont make the claims if you cant fulfill, Be honest
