Honestly I wasn't sure what to think about this when I first decided to try it. I've been trying to get my dog ESA certified for two years now and it never worked. They were always adding to the list of things she needed to be capable of and wouldn't believe me when I explained she already could. When I proposed the idea of getting my cat registered they literally laughed in my face. So when I saw an ad for this on Facebook I just thought "why not try it?". So I answered the questions which were very simple and inclusive and boom! They told me I was approved. I got both my dog and Cat certified in one go with no extra cost. This makes me so unbelievable happy you have no idea.

I ordered the ESA package for my dog, after my last document expired, and the customer service assured me the package will come with the renewed dates on everything.
I chatted with a lot people from support pets customer support, and by the end finally, one told that the package doesn't include the doctor's letter, so I was able to order just the letter, but until now I didn't get the refund for the package I ordered.

To many people and willy they didn't solve my issue %100.

When I started this process, it was super user friendly, extremely helpful and did not take long at all. My only issue was when I was trying to enter my address to receive my dogs harness, it wouldn't save and just processed for a long time. I purchased the ESA package that was going on at the time which included the digital copy as well as the televet however I only received my digital copy and continue to get emails saying I haven't registered either of them yet. I was also supposed to get a freebie since it took several days but that has not happened either.

Very confusing as well as incredibly delayed. It also got lost in all of the spam emails from Support Pets.
