Having to log in to multiple sites, watch a video and then finally have access to my documents was extremely frustrating.

I paid my fee and simply wanted an email. The process you require is redundant and frustrating

I am so glad I decided to do this for my pets and I! I have been living without my two dogs for the past 4 months and it has been HARD on my mental health. I now have the freedom to live with them with my ESA documents that I got back within 48 hours! The 24/7 customer support was super helpful in keeping my peace of mind that not only 1 but BOTH my dogs were in my profile to be approved! Thank you!

When you buy animal support - it's need to ad million more options which cost money to complete all steps animal support - like dog training, special clothes and bla bla bla ….

All is very misleading and I will not renew next year, thank you for that I might add. You keep wanting us to purchase more and more just to get what others get for less than one hundred dollars and some for nothing at all.
I was told it would be very low cost. Needless to say it wasn't at over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, and my dog is an older dog that will not be able to travel a lot. What a shame.

Honestly I wasn't sure what to think about this when I first decided to try it. I've been trying to get my dog ESA certified for two years now and it never worked. They were always adding to the list of things she needed to be capable of and wouldn't believe me when I explained she already could. When I proposed the idea of getting my cat registered they literally laughed in my face. So when I saw an ad for this on Facebook I just thought "why not try it?". So I answered the questions which were very simple and inclusive and boom! They told me I was approved. I got both my dog and Cat certified in one go with no extra cost. This makes me so unbelievable happy you have no idea.
Because I just wanted to try it. I wanted to see if it was real.

The process was very easy and super fast. Remy got approved right before I had to move in and all fees were waved. Now I don't have to worry about when applying anywhere for housing or have anxiety when I'm on the run doing errands because she can come with me anywhere as well now. I love it!

When asking to upgrade your purchase, they are 2 different charges. I though when i clicked the $87 bundle, for the gear, it would make the price for the one $87 but i got charged $107 and $87. Currently going the the process to get a refund.

I ordered the ESA package for my dog, after my last document expired, and the customer service assured me the package will come with the renewed dates on everything.
I chatted with a lot people from support pets customer support, and by the end finally, one told that the package doesn't include the doctor's letter, so I was able to order just the letter, but until now I didn't get the refund for the package I ordered.
To many people and willy they didn't solve my issue %100.
I use for over 4 years, and when I have the documents, I could use to travel and where I live ( dog's fee).

When I started this process, it was super user friendly, extremely helpful and did not take long at all. My only issue was when I was trying to enter my address to receive my dogs harness, it wouldn't save and just processed for a long time. But I spoke with customer service the next day and every thing was handled.
They were super helpful and resolved my issue immediately.
I chose Support Pets because I wanted to have my dog live with me as she helps me immensely with everyday life and I couldn't imagine my life without her.

I started then before christmas and still dont have my letter not to mention i cant bring my babies home tili have esa letter. A ftiend paid it for me i cant ask jim to pay again i have his bank st showing he paid it.

The whole process was quick and easy. I got my approval and letter pretty quick. I ordered a vest and tracker dog tag as well and look forward to receiving those. I will be submitting the letter to my new apartment and looks like I should be good.

I purchased the ESA package that was going on at the time which included the digital copy as well as the televet however I only received my digital copy and continue to get emails saying I haven't registered either of them yet. I was also supposed to get a freebie since it took several days but that has not happened either.
Very confusing as well as incredibly delayed. It also got lost in all of the spam emails from Support Pets.
In order to be able to certify my animals since they have tasks and help my mental state.

Last year I never received the bundle I paid extra for with the physical card etc…so I didn't order this year even though I really wanted the package. Also I have not received the digital wallet for my second dog Melina and it's hard to get someone to get back to you when there is an issue just like last year.

Very Fast and helpful. Which is why I use Support Pets every year. I am able to take my ESA with me most places. We have not tried the airlines yet. Stores we have, and no problems. Our next try will be on road trips.

Well at first i wasn't sure,but i love my dog Mr.Polo and me are very close although i never did like leaving him in the car while i bought something at the store;this is a challenge i couldn't refuse.
Thought i ordered a full package and i seemed to have left a check point out ,but they communicated with me fast to let me know so i can correct the issue, and it was all worth it ...way to guys!!!
The outstanding comments from other people and the trips without leaving there pets home showed me how support pets really care and they have my back polo too...Very happy with support pets

I've been using for the past 4 years this service for my dog and it has been amazing so far. I don't use it very much for travel, because I don't travel a lot but I do use it for apt complex purposes and it's been great because I can have accommodations. Now I added a new furry baby and just go the service for him too since I cannot live without them. I 100% recommend.

Support pets are the quickest and most efficient way to get an ESA approval. This really saved me quite a bit of money when I moved into my new apartment. The esa fee per year is exponentially smaller than a pet fee.
