I've been using Support Pets for 2 years now, I've had no issues ever getting in touch with a doctor or customer service if an issue occurred! Having my pup as an ESA and having the paperwork to back up my medical need has helped my diagnosis in public places. Will gladly continue to use their services.
Initially I was worried this would be a rigorous process or if it would even work out at all, however, with Support Pets they made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I was taken through a questionnaire and provided information about my pet, the next day I had my documents signed by a medical professional and I was able to submit them to my apartment complex. I even got a 50% off text making this whole experience that much more desirable! Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to get their dog esa certified.

It was so easy to register my love bug, JR. Now neither one will hardly be separated by restrictions imposed on by pets and their owners. JR was a gift from God through my husband. JR and I instantly fell in love with each other. Little did I know how much I needed him. He settles me down after being in traffic and running errands. So now I feel great that I can take him almost everywhere and actually go inside the post office, grocery store and not be nervous of being told that JR was not allowed inside. Received my ESA documents within 24 hrs from approval. This has been the best experience I've had trying to certify my dog. I'm very grateful and have already referred others. Excellent service for the price and time of processing.

I admire what Support Pets does for those os if who need an ESA approval but the check out process is made purposely confusing so that you may keep piling charges for extra things you may or may not need without seeing the total amount you're spending. There isn't a formal cart at the end of it, just agreement after agreement. It almost feels like a scam website because of the way the payment process is formatted.

We are very satisfied with are experience getting our cat designated as an emotional support animal. Your system was very easy to navigate and the whole process was fast and efficient. The only issue I have now is the high amount of sales type emails we are receiving. If it continues I will need to opt out of receiving them.

Seemed to offer documents that are of more importance than other sites offered. Only thing i wish was different: I wish they would've included ID Tags, Leash or some sort of item besides just the paperwork, without the extra costs which I found their prices to be extremely high for any type of gear. You can get this certificate at other sites that come with everything: leash, vest, tags and alot more for only $10 more. However I decided to go with what I needed most and that was good documentation & fast turnaround. Thank you!

I was recommended Support Pets by a friend who also has a dog who most apartments don't accept and almost had to consider giving up my furry friend because i had to keep a roof over my head but I don't have to make that choice anymore and he's welcome on so many more adventures with me than I thought possible! Filling out the questionnaire made me realize even more how much being able to have my dog with me really meant. The process was easy. After the doctor reviewed my answers, she did approve the certification. And it took less than 2 days. Now my boy can live with me, and I am able to take him pretty much anywhere.

So after looking on so many websites to try and get a ESA letter I finally came across support pets. I was really skeptical because I didn't want to get ripped off. But pet supports was so quickly to respond and kept me updated through the whole way. It was so fast. I got my letter in 2 days. I turned it with my landlord and they accepted it immediately. Thank you sooooo much pet support! My cat and I know can have peace of mind together.
