Non-existant service. No Customer Support. Although a ticket was processed with my first request for assistance, I never received a response, even after the fourth email within a two week period. If you're not already CSS literate, stay away from Supsystic products. Update: Support Request #*******
After several unanswered requests for help, I decided to remove Data tables pro from my website for the following reasons.
Importing google sheets is not possible and always gives an error message.
The formulas in the cells give errors when you add a row.
Customer service is nonexistent. After 4 requests for help without response I gave up.
Have not seen my money back until now. Their money-back guarantee is a lie.
My advice: stay away from here.
