I had the most awesome experience with this company order a surfboard it came a day early. Was worried about other ppl reviews about the customer service experience but lucky I didn't have to go through that. All smiles
Unfortunately had a really bad experience with surfdome. It seems a big scam. I had ordered two shirts for Xmas, 4 weeks in advance. Finally received, after Xmas, a package but instead with two cheap backpacks. Ever since, 8 months have passed, I am trying to get my money back or the right goods. Each time a different customer service person who asks the same and no one gets by the stage of the problem and giving a solution. So much time spent, and still my money lost. Can't believe such companies still exist.
Recently purchased 5 pairs of shorts, shoes and vest from here and found the website easy to use, the delivery was exceptionally fast and the pricing amazing. Recommend shopping on this site every day
I bought an osprey backpack, which was $60 dollars cheaper than the REI price. My product arrived before the estimated shipping date and they sent tracking info! My only warning is that my bank did charge a foreign transaction fee on my credit card ($4). So if you have a card that doesn't charge for FTFs use that one! The bag was brand new in packaging and has no defects. Don't hesitate to use this sight, as long as you don't mind the extra time it takes to ship (2 weeks).
They represent like they have a Canadian store, although all their goods ship from the UK and then your hit with 30% duties/taxes. When you land on the site it says would you like to shop at Surfdome Canada. There is no mention that all goods ship from the UK. Stay away

Package was delayed without notice, customer service was non existent, still have no idea when my shoes are coming, and I regret paying these boneheads any money. No one responded to my emails. Zero stars.

I ordered 2 pairs of kids shoes. They sent me two in the wrong size. I phoned multiple times and left messages. No one returned my calls. Phoned UK number, left message. Again no response.
Several emails were sent. Finally received an email response after suggesting that I would follow the matter up with the ACCC. Their response was to post the shoes back for a refund (why should I pay postage. Again... when it was their fault).
Dodgy company, beware
Very slow process and recently bought the item but never arrived and after ton of sarcasm email then only they refund the payment but the process takes probably 2 months to settle with their customer service which is sucks since they only reply 8 days once hahahaha i also dont know what they do at works. Their delivery partner also not helpful and not well recognised so dont bother to call or email for updates you never get the update from the courier. Thanks!

I ordered two surfboards. One board arrived all well, but the second board never arrived. I am in email exchange with Surfdome customer service for the last 5 weeks and their response is that FebEx is not responding to them... very poor. Feels almost as if I was scammed by Surfdome.

Easily the worst service i've ever experienced.
I was a bit worried given the reviews here, but so glad I opted to order from Surfdome. They had a great selection of products, some of the best pricing on the Internet, and I received my first order within 5 days. The delivery was in excellent condition, and the products were accurate. I have saved over $50 shopping with Surfdome!
This page is a scam. It has been saying my order is dispatched for days. It is now Christmas Eve and I got in touch with them to find out it has been lost. They didn't even notify me of this. Now they are saying I can get it on the 30th of December. Awful experience, I would not trust this site.
I ordered a product compatible with a backpack that I own from the same brand. What I received in the mail was a larger and different model that was not compatible. I sent over 10 different emails and help requests, and racked up close to $200 in international service call charges, not a single response. They did ship the item fast, but better hope they decide to send you the right product and don't expect a return because their customer service is virtually nonexistent.

I took my chances and read the reviews but the price point was to cheap to pass up. I ordered a travel backpack, Osprey Farpoint 70 Backpack - Volcanic Grey. Paid $139 with promo code and shipping was free to Canada. It took 4-5 days to arrive from UK which was surprising. Upon arrival, I paid an extra $30 for duty. Not a bad price compared to local shops.
Paid for shipping for an item and was charged by Surfdome. Then was charged again because the were sneaky and made the order cash on delivery. No notice of this. Would not refund the money they took for shipping and paid twice. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy here.
I panicked a bit as I didn't get a confirmation email, then read all these terrible reviews and thought I might have been scammed, but I called CS (5m wait) and turned out I made error on email info. Items arrived quickly and as described for an excellent price. I would say to other reviewers to read the t&C's on returns when buying online. I have made the mistake before ordering shoes from Spain and return was too costly to be worth it. It's part of the deal being able to order cheap stuff from around the world. If in doubt, support your local shops. This is a legit company that gave great service and support. Thank you.

What a joke of a company
Ordered a Osprey daylite, never arrived, and then had a different person responding to each email I sent. Most didn't have English as a first language and all of them responded in a way which was clear that they hadn't read my email. They might offer competitive prices but that's no good if you never receive the item and your call for a replacement/refund then goes unheeded.
I didn't even want to give them 1star!
Customer services are awful! Never answer the phone, the only email you get back is the automated one!
Ordered these trainers on the 3rd December as a Christmas gift and apart from the order confirmation email I've heard nothing since!
Clutching at straws I messaged them on Instagram after an explanation to which I get told the item is out of stock and I won't be getting it.

Bought a pair of Birkenstock's and used the size chart and the shoes came in a size too big. Not a big deal, we'll...$15 to ship, $21 to return(they don't do exchanges). You have to return the shoe and order a new pair. I wasn't spending another $15 to get the correct size... went to Nordstrom and had great customer service, but now I'm out $36. Never will I use this company again!
I was looking for an Osprey Fairview 70. I did a quick search on google and Surfdome was the cheapest. I compared it to online shops and local shops in my area, they didn't come close. I purchased the backpack for $129.58 CDN and when it arrived I paid $36 for duty charges. It came in 10 days which wasn't too bad for free shipping. I'm happy that I saved on this purchase and that it went through lol. I used PayPal to make this purchase, they offer some sort of protection if anything goes sideways.
I ordered 172cm Candide Faction 2.0 skis and they sent me 178cm skis. Not only do they charge for the return where I have to pay they did some odd security check that made me wait on my item for several days. I should have headed the warnings about this awful site but I did not.
I was a bit nervous to order from a site that had so many complaints, especially ordering from a different country. I had no problem. Item was exact item, correct size and great pricing. Will definitely order from Surfdome again.
I ordered a carry on suitcase from these clowns, I was in Australia and the website had. com.au on it making me think that they were in Australia, Check out was in AUD, Got an email saying it would be delivered by Friday and a tracking link that did not work. Friday rolls around and I thought I would ring them, that's when I realized they were in fact in the UK. Lady was unapologetic about the misleading website and could provide no reason why the package wasn't delivered. I had left the country by almost a week by the time the suitcase was delivered and apparently I am supposed to organise someone back in Australia to sort out shipping it back to them. Shop elsewhere, not worth the hassle!
Ordered a hat from the site and it said it would take a month to arrive. The day before it was suppose to arrive surfdome cancelled my order for no reason, didn't refund me the shipping costs and still had the item on there website. I emailed them asking why my item was cancelled and the shipping wasn't refined and they only said I wasn't entitled to a refund in shipping. If that's not a scam then I don't know what is. Item is still on there website...
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses and Surfdom sent the package via FedEx. The package was held and needed information from Surfdom. I sent 3 e-mails and called 3 times. None of the e-mails were responded to and each time I called I was on hold for 15-30 minutes. When I spoke to a representative they told me they would contact FedEx to resolve. From my chair, they took no action with FedEx. I am expecting FedEx to return the package to sender and I am not sure I will be reimbursed my purchase price back from the company. Be very careful doing business with this company.
