Sur La Table offers great product at a good price, but never have I had to reach out for any issues before, and now knowing how great their service is, I will definitely keep them in mind on future online purchases. I purchased several drinking glasses for Thanksgiving and a few of them (although packaged well) arrived cracked or broken. So I emailed them and Sebastian responded right away and took care of everything, and even had my glasses shipped and delivered before the holiday which was only a few days away! I can't thank you enough for making it such an easy process and helping me out so quickly.
I was extremely dissatisfied with receiving a clear factory second/reject half-sheet perforated Silpat baking sheet I received. Although Customer Service initially tried to deny my refund despite it looking terrible and uneven, way different from the other Silpat I bought in the order (non-perforated) that is in perfect condition and extremely high quality, I was eventually able to cajole a refund from them and they admitted it was defective. I am still irritated how much time and effort I had to expend to get a refund as navigating CS was tiring. They were initially very cavalier about my complaint and made me work for it to get offered a refund. This very terrible experience has made me completely lose trust in what I had thought was a great company based on my in-person visits to the Sarasota, FL location in the past. It also helps ruin the reputation of Silpat.
Super quick, very responsive and great customer service. I ordered 4 bowls and 1 of them has a blemish. I emailed customer service and Heidy was able to send me a new bowl. She sent me a new tracking number right away. Glad you guys have an amazing policy!
We had a situation come up and we unfortunately had to cancel the cooking class we had booked. The young lady on the phone was super helpful and was able to refund us the cost onto a gift card for future use. I'm really looking forward to the class, and glad to know they can be accommodating when plans change.

I ordered four items. One item arrived chipped. I called Customer Service and was greeted by Chris. Chris was amazing and offered a full refund or replacement without the hassle of returning the chipped item. This level of service is so refreshing. I will always be their customer as this level of service is fantastic.

The day of my scheduled cooking class, I was feeling under the weather and worried I had COVID. Ricardo in customer service was very considerate and helpful, wishing me a good outcome on my test and offering to cancel/refund my class so I could reschedule. My husband and I both just came down with COVID and couldn't make it to our cooking lessons tonight at Sur La Table. Heidi arranged a refund of our course fees even though it was less than the required 48 hours. She was so understanding and helpful!

Just received a 300.00 Le Creuset dutch oven via UPS with a cracked handle. No more in stock in my color. They are forcing me to repackage this very heavy piece, and schlepp it to a UPS store as they closed the only SLT store in CT. The customer service dept. is no longer in the US, and they are not service oriented. Find a local kitchen store and avoid this place as it is by far no longer what it once was. Good riddance, SLT.

I was given a digital gift certificate by my wife for a Date Night cooking class this past February. Unfortunately, we had a conflict on the night that the class was scheduled and had to cancel. Sur La Table issued us a digital credit, which I lost! I just called Sur La Table customer service (over five months since we canceled the class) and described the situation. I only had our names and email addresses - no order number, class number, etc. Within two minutes Brianna located our transaction, provided the order number, and reissued the credit! She was super friendly and fast!

I was assisted by an on-line associate named Ruben. He was very polite and knowledgeable and adjusted the price of the order which I had made within the two week period of adjustment eligibility. Once I saw that the item was further reduced from the price I had paid, I called Sur La Table and I was very impressed and happy with his quick response and assistance.

Sur La Table, ("syur lah tahb-leh") translates "on the table". It matters to me how the best recipes, created in my kitchen end up on my table. You too?

You can even hone your skills with a cooking class in the open kitchen classroom at the back of the store.
I needed to purchase a wedding gift and I needed advice to decide on such a gift. I calked customer service. Ricardo, with knowkedge, experience and excellent understanding of the type of item required, successfully guided me though my choice. He was very attentive and cordial and effective.

I recently bought some items at your Carlsbad, California store, using a gift card from my daughter and her family but I lost the receipt and the card information so I was unable to use the remaining credit on the card.
I called the Carlsbad store and talked with Simona who told me she could not access the card information from her store but she promptly gave me the number of Sur La Table's Customer
Service. I called that number and spoke with Ruben. Within a half hour he found the gift card information and sent me a new gift card, with the credit balance, via e-mail. TERRIFIC service.

Dual Air Fryer worked great until we had a problem, customer service is terrible. Emailed customer services based in the UK and they wouldn't deal with me, insisted I instead rang a US telephone number but the telephone number did not work, refused to send out small part to resolve the problem, would not advise anyone to purchase any Sur La Table products.

Recently Sur La Table began offering some electrics branded as Sur La Table products in Costco. Though these are branded as for us, it is in partnership with Marquee Brands and are not carried on our website or in our stores. Mon Chateau manufacturers products for SLT Costco products which are different from SLT sold items.
For these items purchased through Costco, Costco handles any returns or exchanges and product information. This information should be included with the manual for the air fryer.
