I have not been able to get my points for any surveys worth more than thirty points. They would ask you to fill it out and you would spend time doing so. Then at the end it says you're not qualified after you've already given then all this information. They then give you 2 or 3 points to compensate you. By the way 100 points is worth $1. Seems like the only surveys I can get points for are worth only 10 points. It is an absolute waste of time.

I am not sure about the issues others are having but this has seriously worked for me so well I have already told like 5 people and I have just started using this site about 6 days ago. I have already racked up almost 4000 points in this time. Sure it takes a lot of time in a way to get points, but I've already cashed out to make sure this was legit before investing too much time into it and let me tell you it has. I was able to put in my bank information and it said in 4-5 business days the money would be there and it only took 2. SO despite these negative comments, I have had a good experience with this website. After all you know what they say, people are more likely to tell you about something they dislike and doesn't work rather than tell you about something they do like and does.

I was rarely "qualified" for surveys and earned small rewards of 2 or 3 points when "not qualified", but all of a sudden after being a member for 5 months I was unable to see any surveys and got reply that (quote): "Your account activity appears to have violated at least one condition listed in our terms of use and we are unable to assist you..." I was really shocked for getting such a ridiculous clarification and asked them to clarify what was a real reason for the deactivating my account and did NOT get any explanations. In my firm opinion, I was earning a couple of cents per survey I was getting invitation for TOO OFTEN and, moreover, I am a retiree... They unfairly deactivated my account and made me very upset! Poor judgement from their management and policy... It is disgusting to say the least... EH I do NOT recommend this panel!

Took me a couple of weeks to reach 1,000 points only because I kept getting disqualified from every few surveys or they said it filled up. The surveys that you can complete though, give you a good amount of points for the time, such as 50 points in 10 minutes or so. I just feel that this site is sketchy, asking for your address & name. I haven't redeemed my points yet but for anybody who did do they send mail to your address to verify your account?

I have been doing surveys for these guys for about 4 months and it started well. The verification process is a pain in the $#*!, but they did that within a day or two. I cashed out once and they claimed they were going to call me between 7 and 10 business days. That call never came, but after the 10 days, I checked in to my acct. And could cash out the 30ish dollars. No worries, but made me a little nervous after reading these, but I kept on... no problems in months. Steady 10 dollar cash outs every day or two, one day I was particularly bored and managed a 12 dollar pay out in 8 hours. I was impressed, but shortly after, I would click a survey and, without being redirected to any company, it frequently started telling me I must have violated their terms (without ever seeing page one of any survey). Odd, but new surveys directly at the moment of being emailed starting doing it. They never replied to any of my enquiries, and offered for them to compare and answers across the board to my profile. Now they offer only the same closed surveys except for the 35 point Peanut labs surveys, which are listed as 15 to 20 minutes, but their affiliate let's you finish the survey (you know when you get to the classification questions) and just keep redirecting you with no points, just 25 to 45 minute surveys when you have already completed 3... all for that whopping 35 points. All of their other partners now say no surveys are available now as well for most of a week. It has taken 10 days to get to 678. No answers to my questions, again. They were great for a bit and I enjoyed them. They pay garbage compared to others, but it was doable, they offered a good number of and variety of surveys, and their pay out time was excellent. I am going to try to tough out this last payment and I think I will kill my boredom elsewhere. Something happened, but I am not sure what. Too bad.

Out of nowhere banned and took the money I earned, no reasons why, multiple times. No emails, nothing.

Okay so I've been using SurveyJunkie for a while. I've made $10.01 AKA 1001 points with this app. When I tried to redeem my rewards, they were asking me for a phone number to "verify" my account as I haven't put my phone number in my account. When I gave them a phone number to call and verify, which they did within 15 mins as they said but I couldn't pick up so I gave them the number one more time and it took me to a page where I had to put my number as they said they'll call me in 15 mins. AND THEN IT HAS BEEN FOREVER I DIDNT RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL! I contacted them through email and they said to allow them up to 7-10 days to call and reach out to me due to high demands or whatever. It's been over 11 days I didn't receive any call. My another concern is that they don't have a phone number to contact them. How am I supposed to verify my account without a contact number? RIDICULOUS! This app doesn't even deserve a positive review and idk why some people are sugarcoating and leaving sweet comments likeeeee it's so funny and dumb

I have been doing surveys for a while and had no problem. Well today I went to cash in and they said I violated the terms. Said would call in 15 minutes to let me know what happened. Well it's been 5 hours and nothing. If I'm been accused of some sort of violation I would like to know what it is. I'm thinking they just don't want to pay me. It's only $10.52 but I worked my butt off for that. Even if they pay me, I'm done with them. Don't you dare accuse me of something but you cant tell me what it is! BULL$#*!! Parden my language!

In the past I could redeem my points for the cash I was owed. For weeks I've tried to do that. It's only $10 bucks but I'm owed it. I would send in the complaint form, but they wouldn't give a number I could call to verify the account. Then they would say they'd call. They either never called, or would say a set day they'd call and wouldn't. Last time they called 4 days, at night, after the day they said they'd call. They want your bank account info and don't do either an Amazon gift card or deposit to PayPal. I filed a complaint with the BBB so they stop scamming people to do surveys without paying.

I took surveys for this company for about a month and made over $130. One day our power was going in and out while I was in the middle of a survey. I was able to complete the survey, but the points never showed up. I emailed support and then all of a sudden my account was shut down. I tried reaching out and I got the generic email about how I "violated their terms." I asked someone to reach out to me and all I continue to get is their generic email about how I violated their terms whenever I reach out. They tell me to contact customer support to verify activity, but customer support does not help or get back to you. Over $130 that I earned that I CAN'T REDEEM. What a SCAM. Do not waste your time here, because as soon as it becomes time to pay you, they wont pay you and will make excuses as to why.

I filed a complaint with the BBB to which they responded to with the EXACT same email. They sucks.

Everyone is having trouble redeeming money from Survey junkie. Well let me help my account was out for about 3 months I couldn't redeem any money from Survey junkie. I sent many emails and complaints as it looked like they solved the problem & looks like it would let me redeem until I actually verified my account and I'll always get something about 7 business days. I'm here to help everybody that's having problems with Survey junkie and how to redeem money with all these problems. First send an email to survey junkie from you and complain about what's been going on for you. It shall say something about giving you a call in 15 min or so but that not true so I have the number, call *******135 & tell them you would like to verify your survey junkie account make sure you call them from the number you used to sign up or whatever number they used to call you in 15 minutes. Give them your correct name and email that you signed up with. & tell them your redeem Balance and you should be able to redeem right away as soon as they send an email to your gmail.
